My sketchbook is being held together by tape, an elastic band, paper glued to the pages, and me hoping really hard that it doesn't break
#i think it weighs about 1kg now#which is uhhh (googles) 2.2 pounds#it is an a5 sketchbook#my last one hit i think 1.4 kg when it was done#my friends joke they can use them as weights but tbh#i had an a3 one for my art coursework for '22-'23 and that hit 4.5 kg#and that book is ridiculous to try and carry#basically making the most inconvenient sketchbooks is a hobby to me#if i think ahead I'll take a picture with my current sketchbook and uhhhhhhh an old one of the same brand#to really empahasise how ridiculous this book is#it holds open at like a 50° angle
