Ever think about how, Eli Shane, a 15-16 year old, probably hasn't been to any doctor in like a year?

Like, think about it Eli hasn't been to a doctor since he took the Drop.

So, eventually, the Gang just drag him to several doctors because;

"Eli Shane, you've been blasted into several walls. YOUR GOING TO GET YOUR FLOPPING SPINE CHECKED"

So, they take him and-

First, it's a miracle Eli is able to stand because boy, your bones should not have that many cracks- get this kid in splints and strap him down to a bed for like three months.

Second, eye doctor, and Eli Shane needs glasses thanks to all the dust he's rolling around in while slug slinging.

He gets set up with actual glasses for the time being as contacts get processed for him, so until the contact lenses get delivered Eli Shane gets to look even more like a nerd with his blue glasses

And finally, the dentist

Boy not only gets all his wisdom teeth pulled, but also has to get braces.

And by the time they get home to the Hideout Eli is very upset because everything he ever feared about being a teenager has come true(thank you Surface society and your standards)

So while sitting on the couch, all grumpy in his hoodie and sweatpants, sucking soup through a straw because he can't eat solid food for a few days thanks to getting his wisdom teeth pulled, Trixie snaps a photo and posts it to the SlugNet.
