Pitch GamRezi literally turns to the screen and says to viewers "this relationship is bad because they do not have an ashen partner to mediate. This is why the ashen quadrant exists, so that pitch relationships can be healthy. Which this one isn't because they do not have an ashen partner." and people STILL took it as a portrayal of how all pitch relationships are meant to look. I stay mad about it.

#there are other pitch couples or crushes and not all of them went like that #even with terezi #she was flirting with june pretty hard lol #i guess yeah they didnt get together yet it was tje end of the comic but it was there and was cute #her and karkat were at least partially pitch too on account of karkats fifty billion mixed signal beam that he was constantly sending at her #and they broke up and it was awkward but not like #actual abuse #her and vriska were a fucking mess #but also not exactly easy to read as one person abusing the other #its just not so clearcut it was a weird messy revenge cycle #if you read their earlier stuff as pitch #(i do because its fun)#but anyway #gamrezi was a fucking mess but thats partially cause rose was a really bad auspistice and no one else stepped in either #terezi was depressed gamzee is gamzee and everyone else was a mess
