when or if I started shipping it: uhhh i guess late 2014 when i started reading the books? my thoughts: they’re in love okay, newt is gay and thomas is bi and they get a sad ending and it sucks What makes me happy about them: they’re rly kind and sweet to each other and there’s that bit where thomas dreams abt newt and honestly what a mood What makes me sad about them: mmmmm i WONDER WHAT :)))))) Things done in fanfic that annoys me: honestly just a lot of the fics i used to read in the tmr fandom were p badly written and ooc so there’s that BUT!!! the one thing that annoyed me especally was people maknig thomas peppy like his actor like???? thomas ISNT PEPPY and he’s not dumb either, he’s quiet and smart and impulsiveThings I look for in fanfic: aw shit i cant remember well, uh i guess??? like in the glade stuff ususally, or in paradise, both of them being alive and recovering?? y’know with fluff and hurt/comfort and cute lil crushes in the glade and hhhh Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: no one lmao My happily ever after for them: BEING ALIVE AND RECOVERING AND LEARNING TO BE TOGETHER AND TRYING TO BE HAPPY

How I feel about this character: he’s a good and sweet boi but he’s also a fighter and he’s stubborn but also?? that he’s so selfless and honestly hurting so much more than the rest of them but he always puts the others first and hides that pain and he’s rly gentle and good and i love him very much All the people I ship romantically with this character: thomas. that’s it My non-romantic OTP for this character: uhhh probably him and minho My unpopular opinion about this character: he’s not ‘the glade mother’ bc he’s a guy pls stop he’s the glade dad, heck probably the glade older brother, stop equating gentleness with just mothers lmao One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: I WISH THAT HE FUCKING LIVED FUCK THIS My OTP: wow…i wonder My OT3: no
