Made some doodles of the relevant OC I'm answering for, Zaki c: He has diabetes and some autoimmune disorders.

🌺 - does your OC use any mobility aids or AAC devices or other equipment? describe them!

Zaki uses a cane! He's a fantasy race that lives a long time, and as a result of progressive illness and injuries over his life has had amputations that have been replaced with prosthetics. Though his prosthetics are magical/advanced in nature (fantasy setting) and could allow him to walk freely, he still deals with muscle weakness, fatigue, and joint pain and uses a cane to help his mobility and pain management. He sometimes uses a wheelchair at home and his work to be more comfortable during flare ups. He's on the autism spectrum, and when he was a child he was less verbal and used non technology AAC with his mom before he went through speech therapy.

🦚 - does your OC have any routines that are extra important to them? how do they get ready in the morning? how about going to bed?

Zaki has a fairly long morning routine. He puts on his glasses prosthetics and does some basic stretches with them to calibrate. He takes his medications and checks his blood sugar, then starts getting dressed. He has photosensitivity and takes some time to put on protective clothing and sunscreen before having breakfast. His routine changes slightly over time as he travels and meets his partners, but he always likes doing it in a certain order. It's a routine he and his mom did together when he was young as she shared many of his medical issues and taught him how to manage them. He considers it special. He doesn't have as much of a routine for nighttime other than his meds, but he does like reading before bed.
