insane to me when ppl talk about brain fog bcause half of me still doesnt really kno what it means cos the definition is way too loose & half of me is like. huh i think ive just been experiencing this almost my whole life

#99.txt #impossible to know which part was from covid bcause i was already mentally ill :(#ptsdish episodes are much worse post covid tho ✌#when i say my whole life obv i dont mean 24/7 just like. its always been a THING.#realised i should have been treated for psychotic symptoms at like. 9.. -_-#instead of 20 or whatever #im better than ive been before but damn. i think im just one of those ppl whose problem doesnt fit neatly into one diagnosis #diagnoses are just labels anyway. at least (especially) for mental health #but it makes it hard to know what to do :p #im just quirky :p ^_^ xP #i got quirky boy disorder !!! so they put me on antipsychotics.
