#definitely something i developed in the last few years#but im noticing the symptoms get worse as it gets nearer for my period to drop#gotta go get this checked out but it wouldn't surprise me my dad has a history of GI problems too :/#i take after him way too much akentjfnvkkrr#i got his horrible allergies i have his booboo personality i used to look like his clone as a baby and now...this BOOO#i love cheese and spicy food too much dont do this to meeeee!!!#I think ive kept it pretty at bay cause my diet is very vegetable and light protien heavy as it is so#if i have to make dietary changes it wont be TOO hard but you can pry cheese out my cold dead hands
