#liz thoughts#i got consitpated this summer when i switched to espresso#i was constipated for a few days and then i had a big cup of kurig black coffeee and got so much out#and i eat my fiber#i eat like 30-40 grams of fibre daily cause im not scared of it#and my co op serves all fiberous foods lol
