#after the last couple of days of eating a whole load of cakes.. cookies.. chocolate.. french fries... and crisps...#i got brave enough to step on a scale ๐
#it was not as bad as it seemed... i'm only about 1kg up#phew ๐ฎโ๐จ#now let's get back on track ๐ช#(the craving for the trashiest McDonald's burger and milkshake remained... but I'll save that for when things get too bloody too handle ๐
