physically i'm still. well. you know. but emotionally mentally spiritually etc swimming naked in the river has fixed me
#i looove swimming in the river i love being there when no one else is because it's early and chilly#swimsuit is like. ok fine. underwear swimming is better. naked swimming is restorative#this morning almost got spotted by a couple guys fishing but i got underwear on right when they started coming down the path lol#it's just so good#i got a wetsuit shirt but i've been in the water while it's like overcast and not quite 65f air temperature Without#so i'm hoping i can keep up the daily swimming another couple months#i don't want to have to go to a pool :/ i guess i will in the winter bc swimming has been rly good for pain and winter is always rough#but i like the riverrrr
