#i get so embarrassed going out with the red raw skin patches 😖#gonna trhy and stop picking at the patch on my scalp too im worried ill get like deep into the skin layers and end up#picking to the skull. its obviously unlikely but there are so many cases of people who cant stop and it becomes a health hazard :(
