#i have like...mixed feelings about her admittedly but#i found her biographies on c/oa and AB to be up there in terms of quality tudor bios#my thing is sort of that like...i've both read her books and watched her in her guest spots on documentaries#and she's really changed her tune about...one particular topic#which like. is fine. it totally makes sense to reasses your view or even change it as you do further research#but when it's such a complete reversal i like...want to hear more about what evidence or reassessment in particular led one to change#their mind?#or even the change acknowledged#the most egregious by far in that regard tho has been w/eir#'it is a misconception that yellow was the color of spanish royal mourning anne was wearing' right... a misconception you* popularized#acknowledge it!
