Portalshock!
or alternative title: "Portal: Submerged"
or just Bioshock x Portal works too
Tumblr media
i am so proud of this it took so much time!
Here's without the background:
Tumblr media
and here's a reference I did for the characters and the cool art deco gun
Tumblr media
me throwing story ideas at a wall and trying to see what sticks below
alright so i've been thinking
I'm not sure if Ryan and Cave coexist or are they merged into one character, but Rapture or rather Raperture as I like to call it (it sounds so funny i can't) was built as a secret or not secret labolatory, just like how in Portal, Cave Johnson bought the salt mines. Probably mostly habitated by scientists and their families.
ADAM is being tested there alongside normal Aperture stuff (gels, portals etc). I believe that at the beginning, when the city was built, the company (Raperture Laboratories?) was pretty popular, gaining prizes like Aperture was, maybe the city's existence was a common knowledge too, but as the time went on and less astronauts, war heroes and olympians wanted to be test subjects, something happened, that led everyone to believe the city got destroyed? Maybe accident, maybe a cover up on purpouse?
Maybe they get new test subjects like they get Little Sisters in bio2 from the surface?
Dang, maybe the test subjects ARE Little Sisters, that when they complete testing, instead of getting killed like in portal, go through mental conditioning and became what they are in Bioshock. Or maybe not, maybe they return to the Relaxation Vault and just grow up, completing tests for the rest of time. Chell probably is one of those sisters. They might be spliced with ADAM so even if they are hurt, they can heal quickly so it's perfect for testing.
Whoever reads this, if you have any ideas I beg you to please share them I would be so glad to read those please

Since Steam summer sales are arriving soon, Tecsie decided to clean up their Steam wishlist a little bit by writing a Steam Wishlist Clean Up post which was inspired by Lia’s Down the TBR Hole book blogger meme.
I really liked this idea and asked Tecsie if I could take part too so here I am. Though with a slight difference, Tecsie managed to go through a lot more of her wishlist in one go. I already know that will not be the case for me. So you’ll likely see a few of these.
Sit back, enjoy, and browse some video games with me.
Starting Point: 170
I love doing these posts and how excited y’all are for them too! We’ve done enough to know whats happening now so lets dive right in.
We’re opening this post with the three games I already knew I plan to remove whilst opening links. The Banner Saga 2 is a sequel to a game I haven’t started, never mind finished. Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Final Fantasy X | X-2 HD Remaster are two games within series I’ve already mentioned not wanting to keep on my wishlists because I either own too many of them (LEGO) or wont forget about them and know I’ll pick one up when I’m ready (FF).
Far Cry Primal is an open world that you can explore and go on an adventure in. Whilst y’know killing some old beasties. I’m pretty sure I want this game.
Heroes Rise Herofall is the sequel to a text based game I’ve finished a few times. Its built up entirely of text and you can select what routes you want to go down by the different choices you make. Loved the first and cant wait to see where this one takes  me.
I completed Shadow Warrior as much as I could – not quite 100% on the achievements but I’d love to run through it again and try it on a harder difficulty to pick up some of the – and I LOVED IT. Its so ridiculous, bloody, and funny that yes I need Shadow Warrior 2; whats even better about this game is that it has co-op too so realistically it’d be a perfect game for my boyfriend to pick uptoo.
Have I played Bioshock Infinite? No. Will I do one day? Yes. Is it worth me getting the Season Pass before then? Yeah I’d say so.
I’m already playing some of The Witcher 3 but this is The Witcher Adventure Game which basically makes it a strategy board game and yeah I’m really into playing video games like this. For any of you non-gamers, keep an eye out for this name in the future as Netflix are working on an adaptation for it or y’know, read the books too 😉
South Park: The Fractured But Whole is a sequel too… Ooops. I forgot that. Yeah I dont own the first so bye bye.
*sweats nervously* I guess making it ten posts in without coming across one of these games its pretty good given one of my most played games is an idle game called Sakura Clicker. Sakura Dungeon is made by the same people but this is an RPG story based game where you capture monster girls, collect lot, and reclaim what is yours… and there is anime tiddies, probably doing a bounce. I’ve always wanted to playthrough one of the Sakura games but there are very few that have achievements, this one does, so I’m keeping this fanservice anime trash!

Stats at the end of this post
Priority: 1 / 10 Keep: 5 / 10 Remove: 4 / 10 Steam Wishlist total: 151
We did it! I hope you like this post. Please let me know if you love any of these games or think you could be interested in any. I really enjoy doing these type of posts as I think it really shows non-gamers the wide choice of games out there because its not often I’ll play those that are big in the media.

Arcadia Hidden Room
As you walk into arcadia there is a broken down elevator with arms holding chains go past that there is a door with a torch lit only one is lit now with the fire plasmid lite the other one and the door will open.
Elevator
The code to the elevator to access Fontaine’s apartment is 5744.
A Little Big Daddy Help
Need a little help getting the little sisters awayfrom the big daddies? First step: Find a securitycamera. Second: Let it see you and send out asecurity bot. Third: Hack the bot so its on yourside. Fourth: Go for that little sister again withyour new helper; see it it goes any better.
Easy Way Of Killing Big Daddy’s
Use 2-3 of the crossbow trap ammo on a big daddy, first line up 3 traps spaced apart in a line going across a room and then shoot the big daddy from a distance so he runs towards you. Stand where he will come for you, but go through the traps instead he will die after he hits them.
Elite Rosies And Bouncers
When you reach Sander Cohen’s level, instead of regular Bouncers, Elite Bouncers will show up guarding the Little Sisters which means it’s going to take more hits to kill them. Stock up on first aid kits and eve hypos and then attack with an Electro Bolt (hopefully you’ve upgraded it to level 2 or 3). I like to use Insect Swarm as well. While the Big Daddy is distracted hit it with steel-tipped crossbow bolts and frag grenades or Heatseeking RPGs. The Bouncers do more damage to you but are easier to take down. The Rosies are more complicated. If you can get close to a stunned Rosie then hit it with steel-tipped crossbow bolts and exploding buck shotgun rounds. After that, the Little Sisters will be helpless. Armor piercing rounds also help as well.
Defeating Dr. Steinman
Hopefully, by the time you’ve reached Dr. Steinman you would have upgraded at least one weapon. If that weapon is the pistol or machine gun then it’s the most effective against the doc. Stock up on first aids and eve hypos and then use as much antipersonnel rounds as possible on the doctor. Use an electro bolt blast to stun him and then blast away at his health until he falls. Search his body for items!
Defeating Peach Wilkins
Peach Wilkins is the boss you face after Dr. Steinman. When gaining access to Fontaine Fisheries, Peach Wilkins will attack you with heavy firepower. Stock up on all kinds of ammo, especially grenades as well as eve hypos and first aids. Hit Peach with an electro bolt to stun him and then use your grenade launcher and shotgun rounds. keep doing this and Peach will go down easy.
Defeating Sander Cohen
After you help Cohen create his masterpiece, he’ll grant you access to the tonic in the glass case. If you want the item chained up next to it, attack Cohen. Cohen is a Houdini Splicer and must be dealt with using Incinerate, Electro Bolt, and Steel-tipped crossbow bolts. You can also use Telekinesis to catch his fireballs and throw them back at him. Use incinerate to hurt him. Then use the crossbow to hurt him and electro bolt to stun him. If you do it correctly you can beat him quickly and without losing much health.
Defeating Atlas
At the end of the game, you must face Frank Fontaine, aka Atlas. Before fighting him, stock up on first aid kits. EVE hypos and plenty of grenade and crossbow ammo, mainly frags and steel-tipped arrows. Save before taking the elevator up because there’s no vita-chamber in fontaine’s lab. When you get up there, stab Fontaine with the needle. Then the fight begins. Your steel-tipped bolts will do the most damage. Hit Atlas again and again while using Winter Blast and then Fontaine will go back to the chamber where you must stab him with the needle again. Now Atlas will be made of ice so use Incinerate and more steel-tipped bolts. Atlas will now call on security bots. Shoot the bots down or hack one and let it fight with you. After you damage him, stab him once more with the needle. Now Atlas returns again with Leadhead Splicers helping him. Use the frag grenades to take out the Splicers and Atlas with ease and any RPGs or Proxy mines you may have left. After hitting him with the needle once more, Atlas will fall and you will receive 100 gamer points for defeating him.
Taking The Right Photos
Make sure your VERY FIRST photo shot of each creature type is an “action!” shot. You’ll get a bigger bonus. For an action shot, snap a photo while they’re attacking you. If it’s out of focus, don’t panic – try again. Note: if you didn’t get an action shot, you might get penalized for trying multiple photos of a creature type.
Icing Those Big Daddies
This is a super quick, super clean method for defeating those pesky Big Daddies, without losing any health! First, make sure you have a substantial amount of liquid nitrogen ammunition for the chemical thrower, and a suitable weapon for owning the monster such as explosive buck or armor piercing machine gun rounds. This shouldn’t be an issue, as there is generally more ammunition than you can use strewn about Rapture. With these weapons in hand, you should be able to freeze the big daddy with liquid nitrogen, switchto your shotgun, squeeze off a couple of shots, and switch back to the chemical thrower to keep the beast from thawing. If you continue to switch between the two guns, the big daddy will stay immobilized and shatter within seconds, thus making the game’s most grueling and arduous fights extremely simple. Do it correctly and you won’t need to use a single health pack! This may also be possible (if somewhat harder) with a higher level winter blast plasmid, although this will definitely drain a large amount of EVE. The downside to this tactic is you won’t be able to loot the corpse after the fight, although this only means you’ll be missing a few dollars.
