i want to shoeer so bad but i am EXHAUSTED after work and doing v e r y small chores

i cleaned out the fridge and took out trash and put a load of laundry together

and am SO S L E E P Y thinking about showering is making me want to c r y

and i will NOT want to shower before work because it tskes my hair FOREVER to dry

OF COURSE I forgot to add my health insurance card to my new wallet thing and so now I'll be paying out of pocket at dentist. luckily I had extra money so can cover it, but it still sucks to now be out like $200

i have a huge blood clot on the inside of my cheek and it moves around. and it's so painful and it hurts so bad but it's so funny at the same time I feel like a cat playing with a ball of yarn. except the yarn is inside of my face and it feels like a rock
