Their eyes widened in awe as they stood ankle-deep in the rapidly rising floodwater, completely captivated by the ominous view of the dark, turbulent sky above. Despite the urgent cries of a desperate voice calling out their name, they couldn't tear their gaze away from the raging storm brewing over the churning sea. The immense power of nature seemed to hold them in a trance, even as the water threatened to pull them farther from the safety of the shore.
the storm, with its relentless fury, appeared simultaneously terrifying and breathtaking, like a vengeful goddess unleashing her wrath upon the earth. It was a sight to behold as it ripped trees from the ground and transformed solid ground into a turbulent sea, claiming it as her own domain. Only the gasp of surprise as they were abruptly pulled back brought them out of their reverie, their father swiftly scooping them up and rushing them away from the water's edge and back toward the road.

the motel bed creaked, old metal frame whining under the weight that shifted on it "scott...scotty..baby wake up!" they shook the man, who shifted, giving them a half asleep look of annoyance "stop it, go back to sleep" he dismissed them rolling over "come on" they whined back putting their face against his neck "it's 6:15! let's go find some storms to chase!"
"we don't leave until 8. go back to sleep"
they huffed, flopping back next to him "ya know tornadoes don't have office hours" "yeah well storm par does, now at least be quiet so i can sleep" they sighed, knowing not to push him anymore, especially in his sleepy state.
"i'm sorry, 'm just excited..it's gonna be so fun, my first official chase!" they gushed, sitting up again "it's not fun, it's work, you have to stay focused today. you don't have a hall pass to be stupid and reckless just because we're engaged. on company time you're a stormPar employee first and foremost"
their shoulders drop at that "..i didn't expect special treatment.." a lie, of course they had expected a little special treatment, they were engaged and scott was the only reason they had even met the 'qualifications' for storm par, having helped them go to school just so they could work with him instead of staying at 'home' working a shitty job and waiting for the season to end for him to come back home.
deep down they were nervous to work along side him, nervous of his expectations. he was harsh, they had seen it the few times they visited him at work, something that ever so often made them question their relationship was the way he treated others, he was so degrading to the stormPar crew. but at the same time they all just took it, the storm par team stayed the same, so perhaps what they've seen was just bad days. they hoped they were.
"well boss, what're we doing today?" they said getting off the bed and beginning to get dressed despite scott attempting to coax them back to bed. he sighed their name, shoving his face further into the pillow "..we gotta get some kinda data for riggs, so probably find a storm" "don't get sarcastic, im excited" they sat on the edge of the bed, almost sitting on his long legs "i know you're sleepy but show me a lil more excitement please..we've been working so hard for today"
their words finally made him melt enough to roll over on his back and look up at them "god you're pathetic, come here" he said at their hurt puppy look, tugging them to lay on his chest "..javi convinced his little girlfriend from new york to come out, so your first day unfortunately probably won't be great" they slumped at that, face falling at his negativity "but...there is supposed to be some interesting systems rolling in west of here, you'll see a tornado eventually...get you're little adrenaline junky rush you want so bad"
his reassurance made them giggle, pecking his lips before resting their head down on his chest "..i guess a lil more sleep won't hurt.." they mumbled with a small smile as scott wrapped his arms around them.
_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_
the small truck stop was rowdy, full of people rushing about in cheap rain ponchos, some drinking despite the earliness of the morning, music played from various cars making it all a little overwhelming "god damnit.." scott sighed at the sight as they walked down towards the storm par vehicles "what is all this?" they asked, confused at the state of once empty lot, yesterday when they arrived the truck stop was creepily empty and not even 12 hours later it was packed.
"it's nothing, just ignore it" he took their wrist and tugged them alone "don't seem like nothing..seems like a party.." "it's a circus of idiots, ignore them" they silence nodded, pulling back their arm back so scott was holding their hand instead.
it wasn't too complicated once scott went over all the equipment, they weren't entirely sure why they even needed a degree when the computers did everything but they wouldn't tell that to scott, simply nodding along as he showed them everything.
"..are you even listening to me?" scott's annoyed tone brought them out of their thoughts "no..i'm sorry, you're just so handsome in uniform" they smiled but it didn't waver his annoyance "i meant what i said, no special treatment" his finger in their face like a scolding parent "my expectations for you are higher then anyone else because i know what you can do" they looked down and nodded "alright, alright, sorry"
his hand briefly landed on their shoulder and giving a light squeeze, it was a subtle gesture of an apology and an i love you while he maintained his professional persona "there's javi" he sighed as javi got out of his truck with a blonde woman, javi calling everyone to huddle up and introducing her to the group and vice versa, giving the crews colleges rather then names. they awkwardly stood off behind scott, offering a tight smile to the woman, kate, as javi had introduced "only the best" javi grinned after kate dryly joked about it being the whole alphabet.
"except for scott, my partner here, he went to MIT instead of muskogee state, but uh he makes for it with his beautiful amazing personality" javi joked shaking scott's shoulder slight, they peaked around scott's shoulder as scott gave a sarcastic smile.
"well kate's only giving us a week, but while we have her ooh it's gonna be the wildest tornado you've ever seen, fellas" javi said causing the crew to laugh in anticipation "this is gonna be so fun" they muttered lowly to scott, rubbing his back "don't get your hopes up..everyone with a ten dollar weather app knows it, we gotta stay ahead of this circus" they followed his gaze to the large crowd they had questioned him about earlier "don't be mean" they tapped his back in a scold.
over the commotion of the crowd, one source of music seemed to be getting louder, closer, and people started moving towards where it was coming from in excitement. a red dually leading a van and RV, horn blaring over the music the RV played.
hm, that truck looks familiar..
"hey, stormPar! we're live on youtube, say something!" oh god "blow me boone!" scott put a hand up to hush the guy from acting up in front of the camera "don't engage. don't engage" their heart felt like it was simultaneously in their feet, gut and throat all at once as they spun around to face away, a quiet prayer that they wouldn't be recognized; a hope that by some miracle their entire being would morph into someone else.
"hey, smile, man, science is fun right?" they wanted to vanish. needed too. their face burned with embarrassment, and shame almost, as they tried to think of how to wiggle their self from having to explain some loop of excuses as reasons, or even just having to have awkward small talk with tyler like they hadn't completely ghosted the poor guy 6 years ago "who are they?" "chasers out of arkansas" "hillbillies with a youtube channel"
"scott- i gotta uh use the bathroom- imma be back.." they tapped on his arm "..you alright?" he glanced back at them, an eyebrow peaking out from his sunglasses " 'm perfect..find us a good storm for my first official chase" they gave a tight smile before jogging off.

Wild ride
"Damn, Y/N," he murmured, running his hand through your mildly tangled hair. "You're something else."
You smile, feeling utterly sated and content. "And don't you forget it, cowboy," you reply, planting a lazy kiss onto his bare chest.
Pairing: Tyler Owens x fem! Reader
Genre: smut
Word count: 5206
Summary: Tyler comforts you through a panic attack after a storm. He then rescues you from your fight with Javi. You take a drive to a hotel and then things get very heated.
a/n: this is entirely a reader insert to the movie bc I thought it would fit so perfectly. Also this is the longest oneshot Iâve ever wrote lmao đ Hopefully you enjoy!
When you moved to New York it wasnât just to get away from the place where your friends all died. It was because you couldnât live there without feeling guilt about being the reason everyone was out there to begin with. The shame and guilt was burning you, inside and out. All for what? What did it get you? Nothing. If you couldnât tame a tornado you were going to do everything in your power to help people prepare and get out before it was too late. So when Javi came to you asking for help with storm par, you wanted to tell him no. You wanted to say that there was no way you could ever possibly go back not after what you did.
But when he was explaining how they would be making a perfect 3D scan of the tornado and how it can be used to help save lives, you knew you had to help. He was right. You could get him close enough to the tornado in order to set up the portable units.
As time passes you find yourself more intrigued by the self proclaimed âTornado Wranglerâ, whatever thatâs supposed to mean. At the same time though, heâs frustrating. Like all he cares about is chasing the storm and making money instead of realizing how much damage these things cause.
âJavi, we have to help.â You say sternly as he keeps talking about the stupid sensor. âJavi! Itâs a small town, theyâre going to need all the help they can get, we need to help.â He sighs.
âAlright, alright. Iâll look for it later, okay?â You press a hand to his arm gently. âYou made a good call. They really do need our help.â Javi pulls off to the side of the road, taking the keys out. You quickly leave the truck and go off to help.
We worked through the afternoon, finding lost heirlooms, important documents, and small mementos that people had thought were lost forever. Each time, their faces would light up with relief, and Iâd feel a small sense of satisfaction, knowing I could make a difference.
The sun had broken through the clouds, casting long shadows over the town. The cleanup was far from over, but the worst was behind us. People were starting to talk again, making plans to rebuild. There was a sense of hope in the air, fragile but growing stronger with each passing minute.
Youâre watching Javi and Scott interacting with an old guy and someone who lost their bar. Your eyebrows furrow as they offer him a card. âDidnât know storm par was in the business of helping people,â you hear the familiar cowboyâs voice ringing through the air.
âWell, from what I see theyâre trying to make a difference.â You turn to look at Tyler, wrapping your arms around your upper body.
âThatâs one way of putting it,â he narrows his eyes while looking behind you at Javi.
âWhat?â you clench your jaw.
âDo you even know who youâre chasing for?â, his voice raises slightly. âHow much more do these people got to lose before yâall are done making a difference?â His face tightens as he grinds his teeth slightly.
âSorry, says the guy setting up shop selling t-shirts and mugs after a stormâs hit.â You turn around before he can answer. Pulling the keys Javi gave you out of your pocket. Right as youâre reaching for the door, Lily yells your name.
âHey, take some food,â she hands you a brown takeout box and a water bottle.
âOh, I donât have any cash on me,â you give a half smile.
âItâs okay, thatâs why we're always selling shirts and mugs, so we can help give people food.â You shake your head as your eyes widen slightly.
âThen you should keep it, in case you run out.â She hands you the water bottle.
âAt least take the water, stay hydrated.â You nod and tell her to stay safe.
Once you get back to the motel you quickly take a shower. Sitting down on the bed with your laptop you look up âMarshall Riggsâ you bite down on your cheek, your eyes closing after you read up on him. Pinching your nose bridge you let out a sigh, closing the device.
Thereâs a knock at the door, you get up slowly and open it. âSome of Javiâs crew said you were staying down by the rodeo.â You donât say anything in return so he offers you a small pizza box. âThought you might be hungry,â you take it and shut the door in his face.
You reopen the door, âThank you, Tyler.â He smiles sweetly.
âHow are you doinâ, after all that?â Your head nods softly. âHow about I show you something nice, city girl.â He offers you his arm.
âAnd whatâs that?â Stepping out of your room you close and lock the door before taking his arm. He doesnât reply but instead leads you to the stadium at the rodeo. The sun dipped low on the horizon, casting a warm, golden light over the dusty rodeo grounds. The air buzzed with excitement and the scent of grilled food, mingling with the earthy smell of the arena. Families filled the bleachers, kids waving flags and clutching cotton candy, while seasoned rodeo-goers leaned against the rails, hats tipped low, eyes sharp with anticipation.
As the night wore on, the rodeo continuedâsteer wrestling, bronc riding, and more, each event bringing its own excitement and challenges. The crowd cheered, laughed, and gasped, caught up in the spectacle. In the arena, cowboys were competing in the team roping event. Dust kicked up as the horses thundered forward, riders expertly casting their lassos around the horns of the steers. The crowd roared with approval when a duo managed to secure a flawless catch, the announcerâs voice booming in congratulations.
âSo tell me about yourself city girl,â Tylerâs voice is low and gentle.
âYou know you keep calling me that,â you turn to him, â but this isnât my first rodeo, I grew up here in Oklahoma.â Turning back to the events in front of you.
âWould you look at that, I finally learned something about you.â His lips curve up as he admires your side profile.
Back behind the scenes, in the holding pens, a few of the seasoned ranch hands started to glance nervously at the sky. They could see it nowâa line of dark, swirling clouds on the horizon, moving faster than seemed natural. A wind had picked up, too, sharper and colder than it had been just minutes ago. But the rodeo continued, the excitement and noise drowning out any sense of unease.
A leaf falls onto your head, you reach your hand up into the air as you watch the leaves fall around you. âTyler, the air feels heavy, this isnât right.â
In the ring, the next event was starting: the barrel racing. A young girl was about to make her run when a sharp crack of thunder boomed overhead, so loud it momentarily drowned out the announcer. The crowd murmured, looking up at the sky as the first raindrops began to fall. But as she rounded the first barrel, the wind hit, strong and fierce, whipping dust and debris across the arena. The rain intensified, turning into a heavy downpour that sent people in the stands scrambling for cover. The announcer tried to keep up the energy, but his voice was lost in the wind. In the distance, a low, ominous rumble filled the airânot thunder this time, but something far more menacing.
There's barely time to react before the rodeoâs emergency siren began to wail, a long, shrill warning that sent a chill down everyoneâs spine. People were running, some heading for their cars, others diving for the nearest ditch or sturdy structure. The craze of people began pushing and trampling one another, Tyler quickly grabs a woman who fell. He helps her up to her feet and guides you toward the hotel youâre staying at.
There! Letâs check for a basement,â you nod as you both run inside. Thereâs a couple arguing with the clerk, youâre checking around for a doorway that might lead to a basement. Tyler tries to ask the man working the front desk but to no avail. âOutside, thereâs an empty pool.â You yell to Tyler, âwe can try thereâ he nods and you begin leading the young mother and daughter out the door, Owenâs and the man follow close behind. Once you get the mother and girl down you jump in. Directing them toward the open piping. âHold on there, cover her head.â
You grasp onto the pipes holding on tight as you feel Tylerâs chest pressing against your back. He keeps his hands tight around the bars, he keeps himself tight against you making sure you donât move.
âYouâre gonna be okay, keep holding on. Iâve got you. Iâve got youâ heâs whispering into your ear. You tightly squeeze your eyes shut feeling as though youâre being transported back to the day when you lost everything.
It started with a flutter in your chest, like the faint rustling of wings. You tried to ignore it, chalking it up to nerves, but the flutter didnât go away. Instead, it grew stronger, spreading through your body like wildfire. Your breathing quickened, shallow and rapid, each breath feeling like it wasnât enough, like there wasnât enough air.
It started with trembling hands, and then your whole body followed, shaking uncontrollably. Feeling lightheaded, as if the ground beneath you had suddenly disappeared, leaving you suspended in a void. My chest tightened, squeezing tighter and tighter, making it even harder to breathe.
As quickly as the storm had begun, it passed over. Tyler wraps his arms around you. âY/N? Is everything okay?â Your body continues to shake as you canât seem to breathe. âItâs okay, just follow my breathing,â he turns you around so your face is in his chest.
âDeep breaths, in and out,â Tyler gives gentle directions as he rubs his palms over your arms.
âI think Iâm okay now..â your voice is soft and hoarse as you choke the words out. His cold, rough hand gently brushes the hair from your face.
âYou look like youâve been through hell tonight.â He says, while helping you out of the pool. You stifle a small laugh in response. Boone and the rest of his crew come up to the pair of you, asking if youâre both alright.
âY/N, baby. Are you okay?â Javi appears behind you, his hands gently pressing into your hips as he pulls you into a tight hug.
Tyler feels a pang of jealousy as he watches Javi slide his hands lovingly around your hips and pull you into the hug. He tries to shake the feeling, reminding himself that itâs not his place to care. Still, he canât help but feel a sense of protectiveness wash over him.
âI came as soon as I heard,â his eyes filled with worry as you looked up at him. âWhere did you hide out? The pool?â You just nod in response, finding comfort in his arms. Javi keeps repeatedly asking if youâre okay, running his fingers through your hair and resting one hand on your waist.
âYes, Iâm okay. Itâs okay,â you pull away from him, giving a soft smile. âI was with Tyler the whole time, he made sure I was okay.â He nods but his eyes flicker behind you.
âJavi, your little girlfriend is fine, now let's get to work.â Scott says loudly, catching the attention of Tyler and Lily. âApparently this place was family owned so Iâm gonna start working on numbers. Riggs is gonna want those first thing.â His voice and face are both emotionless and cold, sending a slight shiver down your spine.
âWait wait,â you hold onto his arm. âWhat exactly is Riggs getting out of all your data collection?â
âWhatâs the matter?â He scratches his neck and awkward expression flashing over his features.
âIs profiting off of peopleâs tragedy part of your business plan? Why are you doing this?â You pull away from his body.
âRiggs is offering these people a way to move on with their lives.â He takes a step back from you, his voice raising slightly.
âSwooping in and taking advantage of people, who have just lost everythingâ you take a deep breath to steady your shaky voice âYou have no idea what thatâs likeâ
âI donât know what thatâs like?â His fist clenches âHow about losing three of my best friends while you were trying to land a big fat grant for your science project?â
Your eyes fill with fresh tears as you look up at him, lip quivering. âTake your keys, Iâm done.â You toss them at his feet walking off as fast as you can. Finding yourself drawn to Tyler and his wrangler team.
Tyler witnessed the whole exchange, and his protective instinct flares up again. He watches you stomp away from Javi, a mixture of anger and concern etched on his face. He notices the tears in your eyes and the wobble in your lip. He steps forward and places a gentle hand on your shoulder. âHey, sweetheart. You okay?â
âCan you just take me somewhere please?â Your voice trembles while Javi yells after you. Asking you not to leave like this.
Tyler shoots a warning glare over his shoulder at Javi before turning back to you. âOf course, darling. Anywhere you want to go.â Owenâs voice is soft and soothing, a stark contrast to his rough exterior.
He gently takes your elbow, steering you away from Javi, and his crew. Tyler leads you over to his Truck in the parking lot where the motel once was, his hand still on your elbow. Tyler opens the passenger door and guides you onto the seat, shutting the door before making his way around to the driver's side.
A sigh escapes your lips as you relax into the seat. You softly massage your nose bridge keeping your eyes squeezed shut as a tear escapes one of your eyes.
Tyler watches you silently as you try to regain your composure. He can sense the pain and hurt radiating off of you, and he wishes he could take it all away. After a few moments, he breaks the silence. âHey, look at me for a second.â He puts his hand on your knee rubbing small circles into your skin.
You open up your eyes, turning to look at him. Your lip still quivering slightly. Tylerâs heart aches as he looks into your tearful eyes. He reaches out and gently wipes the tear away with his thumb, his rough hands surprisingly tender against your face.
âHey, you donât need to worry about anything right now. Youâre gonna stay with me tonight, okay?â His hand travels down your cheek as he leans over and presses a soft kiss to your forehead. Before he starts the car he reaches into the backseat pulling out one of his hats, putting it on with his signature smile.
âYou know, you deserve way better than that,â he turns the keys in the ignition. âYou can do way better than him anyway.â You giggle while brushing your teary eyes.
âDo you think Javi and I are a couple?â Your once sorrow filled eyes light up with your laugh. A small smile tugs at the corner of Tyler's mouth as he watches you laugh. The sight of your smile warms his heart, and the pang of jealousy eases a bit.
âI mean, he seemed pretty possessive of you back there. And the way he was touchinâ up on youâŚâ he lets his voice trail off, his jaw clenching slightly at the memory.
âDonât tell me that makes you jealous,â a small smirk decorates your lips. You lean closer to his side, turning your body to further face him.
Tylerâs breath hitches as you lean closer to him, a wave of electricity coursing through his veins. He tries to keep his cool, but the hint of possessiveness flickers in his eyes once again.
âJealous? Me?â he scoffs, trying to convince himself more than you.
Your eyes light up âOh youâre totally jealous,â you brush your fingers over the skin on his arms, moving your hand to meet his.
A shiver runs down Tylerâs spine as your fingers travel along his skin, his heartbeat quickening at your touch. He tries to maintain a cool demeanor, but the flutter in his chest gives him away.
âJealous? Of that jackass?â, his voice a little rougher this time. He looks down at your hand in his, noticing how small and delicate it looks against his own, rough and calloused hands. He swallows hard, fighting the urge to interlace his fingers with yours.
âIs that so?â You interlock your fingers with his as you lean over to kiss his temple. âItâs okay to be jealous, just tell me you donât like seeing other men touching me,â you whisper into his ear, your voice filled with amusement.
Tyler takes a sharp breath as you interlace your fingers with his, his hand clamping tight around yours. âIt does make me jealous,â he admits, his voice a gravelly whisper. His free hand squeezes the steering wheel, the muscles in his arm flexing tightly. âAlright, I donât like seeing other men touchinâ you.â He brushes his thumb over the top of your hand.
A blush quickly rises up your face as you squeeze his hand firmly. Resting your head against his shoulder you bite down on the inside of your cheek. âAre we almost to a hotel?â Your heart races as you feel the muscles in his arm flexing.
Tyler glances out the window at the passing scenery, trying to distract himself from the feeling of you resting against his shoulder. He clears his throat before speaking, his voice still low and rough.
âWeâre almost there. Just a few more minutes.â He rubs his thumb over your knuckles, the gentle movement betraying the tension in his body. He canât help but steal a glance down at you, taking in your blushing face and the way you bite down on your lip. He fights the urge to pull you into his lap and press his lips against yours.
Using your free hand you run your fingers over his thigh, letting your mind wander as you think about your plans for the night. Trailing your hand closer and closer to his hips teasingly.
Tylerâs breath hitches as you run your fingers along his thigh, his body tense as you trail your hand closer to his hips. His mind starts racing with impure thoughts, visions of you pinned beneath him, your skin against his. He swallows hard, his muscles tensing further as he tries to control himself.
âYouâre playinâ a dangerous game, you know that?â his voice low and rough, almost coming out as a growl.
âYeah?â You run your fingers over his golden belt buckle, âI like dangerous games,â your tongue poking out as you lick your bottom lip.
Tyler swallows hard when you touch his golden belt buckle, his body shuddering under your touch. He shifts in his seat, trying to hide the effect youâre having on him while also struggling to keep his eyes on the road.
âOh yeah? How dangerous are you willing to go?â he asks, his voice thick with desire. He glances down at your tongue on your lip, his eyes darkening as he imagines what it would feel like against his skin.
âThat depends, love,â you press soft kisses into his neck, moving your hand from his, resting it on his chest. âHow far are you gonna wanna go?â Your eyes flicker to the hotel sign as the truck pulls into the parking lot.
Tyler lets out a shaky breath as you pepper kisses along his neck, his heart stuttering at the feeling of your lips on his skin. He places a hand over yours on his chest, feeling the rapid beat of his heart thundering beneath your touch.
âDamn, darlinâ, youâre really testing my limits right now.â he manages to say, his voice a growl. âBut if it were up to me Iâd go as far as youâd let me.â
He looks out the window as the truck pulls into the hotel parking lot, his mind racing with all the possibilities that the night holds. He leaps out of the truck running to your side to open the door for you.
âWell, you better hurry up and find us a room then,â you shut the door behind you. You pull the hat from his head, placing it on yours.
Tyler watches you stride ahead of him, his eyes drinking in the sight of his hat sitting on your head. He adjusts his jeans, trying to hide the stiffness growing in his groin as he follows you up to the hotel check-in desk.
âYouâre a damn tease, you know that?â he mutters to you as he gets the room keys from the attendant. You flash him an innocent smile as you step into the elevator.
âBut youâre too cute when youâre flustered.â Looking up at him you press both hands against his well-built abs. You slip your thigh between his legs as he reaches for the buttons on the elevator, pressing into his groin.
Tylerâs breath hitches at the feel of your hands on his stomach, his muscles flexing under your touch. His heart nearly pounds out of his chest as your thigh brushes against his stiffness, a guttural groan escaping his lips at the contact.
âJesus, darlin'...youâre gonna be the death of me.â he pants, the words thick with lust. He struggles with the elevator buttons, his hands fumbling as his mind becomes increasingly clouded with need.
You stand up on your tippy toes to whisper in his ear âThatâs the plan,â. You move one hand up to his jaw, pulling his face to yours. âAre you gonna kiss me yet?â You mumble.
Tyler swallows hard as you tease his ear with your hot breath, his body growing taut with desire. He looks down at your face, his gaze fixated on your lips as you speak. The words send a shiver down his spine, his restraint slipping by the second.
âYou want me to kiss you, darlinâ?â his lips hover just above your own. He runs a thumb across your lower lip, his eyes darkened by lust.
âTyler, I want you to do much more than just kiss me.â Your arms wrap around his neck as you press your chest against his. âPlease,â you breathe out. The elevator dings as you get to the floor of your room.
Tylerâs control snaps at your words, a low growl escaping his lips as you press against him. He grabs your waist, his fingers digging into your skin as he pulls you close, the pleading tone of your voice nearly undoing him.
âDonât gotta ask me twice, darlinââ He mutters, his voice low and gravelly. He picks you up, wrapping your legs around his waist as he carries you out of the elevator and towards your room. You giggle into his ear while he unlocks the door.
Tyler grins at the sound of your giggles, his chest rumbling with a satisfied chuckle. He kicks the hotel door open, his eyes locking on the queen-sized bed in the center of the room. He sets you down on the edge of the bed, towering over you as he places his hands on your thighs. You both kick your shoes off really quickly before getting back to it.
Your hand goes to the back of his neck as you pull his face to yours. You kiss him with hunger. Your free hand sliding up his shirt as you feel his smooth abs.
Tyler groans deep in his throat as you pull him towards you, his body responding instantly to your touch. He devours your lips with a primal need, his tongue exploring your mouth as he presses his body up against yours. His muscles twitch under your hand, fire spreading through his veins as you glide your fingers across his abs.
âGoddamn it, Y/N⌠you're makin' me crazy.â he gasps, his voice thick with desire. He kisses you again, his hands roaming up your thighs, tracing the curves of your body with rough yet tender caresses.
Your hands trail down his abdomen, landing on his belt buckle once again. Your fingers fumble with his belt before successfully pulling it out. Breaking the kiss you quickly remove your shirt, throwing it to the corner of the room.
âMm TyâŚâ sucking on your bottom lip as you lean back on your hands while looking up at him seductively.
Tyler sucks in a sharp breath, his body tensing under your touch. Once you remove your shirt, revealing the soft skin beneath, his gaze trails over your body, his eyes darkened by lust. He watches you lean back on the bed, your eyes locking with his in a sultry gaze.
âMmm darlinâ...â you sit up and pull him closer by the loops on his jeans, his strong legs coming between your own, spreading them apart. Lifting up his shirt you press kisses all over his tanned skin.
He reaches his hand out to touch your exposed skin, his fingers gently tracing your collarbone. âThen why donât you do something about it baby?â You ask in a low tone.
His hands rest on your waist, pulling you closer as you spread your legs even wider for him. âOh baby, you don't know what you're gettin' yourself intoâ he whispers, his voice rumbling with need.
He suddenly grips your hips tightly and flips you onto your back, his body hovering over yours as he pins you against the bed. Reaching up you pull his shirt over his head almost moaning at the sight of his toned body.
He smirks as he watches your eyes rake over him, his ego growing at your reaction. âYou like what you see, Y/N?â He asks, his voice rough with desire as he looks down at you, his body pressing against yours.
âMost definitely,â you capture his lips in a deep kiss, maneuvering to put him on his back, straddling his hips. Moving back you unbutton his jeans and slide the zipper down. Pulling the pants off his hips you smile to yourself as you see how worked up you got him. Your hand slips into his boxers wrapping around his length.
He lets out a guttural moan, body arching into yours at the contact. âOh God, babyâŚâ he gasps, his eyes fluttering shut as he lets out a string of curses. Tyler's sharp intake of breath was your reward, and you relish in the feeling of power it gives you. He grips the bed sheets tightly as you pull his dick out, wrapping your lips around the tip.
âFuck,â he moans as you pull off and sit back on the bed, making sure your teasing antics continue. All you really want is for Tyler to take complete control and you know exactly how to make him. With slow, purposeful movements, you remove your bra, freeing your breasts and running gentle hands over your own body, nipples hardening under your touch. Then you sit back, pulling your panties off, giving him a show.
Tyler's breathing quickens, his desire palpable. "Damn it, Y/N, you know what I want," he said, his voice thick with need. "Stop teasing and give it to me."
A slow, seductive smile spreads across your face. "I'm not teasing, Tyler," you say, reaching for his hand and placing it on your thigh. "I'm just getting started." Guiding his hand, you slowly part your legs, exposing your wet, eager pussy to his touch. Tyler's fingers delve between the folds, his touch both gentle and demanding. You moan, eyebrows furrowing as you squeeze your eyes shut, your head falling back while you relish in the sensation.
"That's it," you whisper, eyes fluttering shut as your eyebrows furrow with pleasure. "Touch me, Tyler. Make me cum." Your voice comes out in a gentle beg.
Tyler's other hand joins the first, exploring your most intimate places, his thumbs circling your clit as he plunged his fingers into the tight hole. Your hips buck as you begin riding his hands with waves of pleasure crashing over you.
"Yes, just like that," you pant, your body trembling. "Oh, God, Tyler, don't stop. I'm so close."
Tyler quickens his pace, his eyes never leaving yours as he pushes you closer and closer to the edge. "Cum for me, Y/N," he commanded, his voice hoarse with desire. "Let me feel you fall apart."
With a sharp cry, you climax, your body shaking uncontrollably as pleasure rips through your entire body. Tyler continues working his magic, drawing out your orgasm and prolonging the exquisite sensation.
Finally, as the waves of pleasure subside, you collapse into the bed, your chest heaving as you try to catch a breath. Tyler hovers over your frame, his eyes smoldering with a mixture of triumph and desire.
"That," he said, his voice raw, "was just the beginning. Especially after all of that teasing you did,â his voice low and sultry. Tyler's lips curve into a devilish smile as he positions himself between your trembling legs. In one smooth thrust, he enters you, filling you completely. Moaning at the stretch, your body welcomes the invasion.
Tyler begin to move, his hips driving into you with a rhythmic pace. Meeting his thrusts, your nails digging into his back as you urge him on. The bed creaks in time with their passionate dance, the sound of your guysâs passionate gasps and moans filling the room.
"Harder, Tyler," you moan, your body craving much more. "Fuck me harder."
Tyler obliges, his movements becoming more urgent as he plunges into you again and again. The room echos with the sounds of your carnal coupling, the air heavy with the scent of sex.
Your body coils tight once more, climbing towards another orgasm. "I'm gonna cum again," you cry out, voice hoarse. "Don't stop, Tyler, please don't stop."
Tyler grunts his response, his own orgasm building. He reaches between their bodies, his fingers finding your slightly swollen clit and rubbing it in circles. It was all the stimulation you needed, and with a shout of release, you shatter into pieces, juices flooding around Tyler's hard cock.
Feeling you contracting around him, Tyler finally let go, thrusting deeply into you. Moaning into your ear as he spilled his seed, filling you with his warmth. You both cling to each other, breathing coming in ragged gasps as the two of you ride out the waves of your shared ecstasy. Collapsing onto the bed, bodies still joined, Tyler rolls onto his back, bringing your exhausted body with him so laying sprawled on top of him.
"Damn, Y/N," he murmured, running his hand through your mildly tangled hair. "You're something else."
You smile, feeling utterly sated and content. "And don't you forget it, cowboy," you reply, planting a lazy kiss onto his bare chest.

i love backstage pass so much đ theyâre so crazy in the best way possible and I just love their dynamic so much I donât even really have words I just appreciate this story that youâve made, and your characters mean so much to me
in the last fic when princess made grabby hands at bucky and he immediately was like yes I will pick you up
they know exactly what each other needs without even really saying anything and theyâre so in love itâs so much fun to read
can I ask what inspired backstage pass? idk if youâve talked about it before but itâs such a well build storyline I JUST LOVE THEM SO MUCH
babe this is. this is a lot. i am legit trying not to cry rn. it means everything to me that you love this merry band of degenerate misfits
iâve always had a really easy time picturing bucky, steve, nat, clint, and scott as rockstars. yes. them specify. idk. all five of them are chaos gremlins, so it wasnât a big leap
i saw the initial teaser pic they put out of seb as tommy lee, and i wrote this. initially it was just supposed to be an anonymous bucky x reader bathroom hookup, but right there are the end, the bucky and the reader decided (independent of me) that they were, in fact, in a relationship
so thatâs the ember that grew into backstage pass. i wanted to start from the beginning though, not just jump into an already established relationship. most of the time i see fics about bucky and/or steve as musicians theyâre just terrible people. no shade on the people who write, or read those fics (i read them too) but i just needed a different dynamic
so i wrote could i come again, please, backstage pass was born, and the rest (as they say) is history
thank you for this ask. it hit me right in the feels đ

Fic Writer Review
Thanks @dekalko-mania for the tag! I had fun with this and it was nice to see my progress both overall and just this year alone.
Also gave me an excuse to post a couple of fics as their own works and not as part of one-shot collections
1. How many works do you have on AO3?
88. Although some are one-shot collections that I have yet to break apart so technically itâd be more?
2. Whatâs your total AO3 word count?
285,412 đ˛
And itâs 175,154 for just 2021 alone! đ¤Ż
For comparison, 2020 it was 58,257
Then again I did phic phight this April and that month alone I wrote 50,357 words so...
3. How many fandoms have you written for and what are they?
Two. Mostly Danny Phantom, but I got a few Percy Jackson fics too.
4. What are your top 5 fics by kudos?
The Ravens of Casper High
Unclaimed
Where The Lines Overlap
Feline Fine
You Walked Right Into This
5. Which of your fics do you want more attention for?
Stone Baby Curse, mostly so I remember it and actually update it đ
6. Do you respond to comments, why or why not?
NoâŚ. but sometimes I'm not sure what to say, like just saying thanks for a nice comment doesn't seem to be enough or sometimes it's so nice I get so flustered I'm just thinking in keyboard smash. Other times if I answer the question it would spoil upcoming stuff, but I usually try to then answer the person in the upcoming chapter notes so they know I did see their comment.
But sometimes I do.
7. Whatâs the fic youâve written with the angstiest ending?
Ignoring the huge pile of wipsâŚ
I'd say it's probably Just Because It Didn't Kill You, Doesn't Mean It Isn't Fatal, because of major character death, and it was so slow, and the first time I killed him in a fic. đ
8. Do you write crossovers? Whatâs the craziest one youâve written?
Yes! Not often, but yes.
I guess if I have to choose, it'd be the Teen Wolf one, Under the Full Moon.
Partly because I was a little too eager to post the first part when I really hadn't thought enough about where I wanted it to go and how I'm going to get there (and how overly ambitious I'm being by wanting it to be like JAMF). And also I had no idea how little of an overlap there was between the two showsâ fandoms. If you boil them down to their bare essentials, they are really similar shows. Teenager gets turned into a supernatural creature and has to navigate the changes while also keeping their town safe from other supernatural creatures all while keeping a dual identity from the people they care for the most.
Granted, Scott has a way better support group than Danny, but he also deals with more death (in a permanent sense) than Danny.
9. Have you ever received hate on a fic?
Nope. I think that's mostly because I don't think I'm very popular though.
10. Do you write smut? if so what kind?
Nope. Way too Ace for that. đ
11. Have you ever had a fic translated?
No, but I think it's for the same reason as the lack of hate comments.
12. Have you ever co-written a fic before?
No. Iâm not sure if I would be a good fit for that. When I'm able to write is really hectic and I'd feel bad for making someone wait. (I'm already doing that to my readers)
13. Whatâs your all-time favorite ship?
For DP, it's Gray Ghost. I just really liked how their relationship grew in canon (and I think it's really funny that Danny's type is "beautiful women who can kick his ass")
But if weâre talking about my OTP to end all OTPs? Then I have to say Percy & Annabeth from the Percy Jackson series because they are so good together. đĽ°
14. Whatâs a WIP that you want to finish but donât think you ever will?
I want to finish all of them. đ
I have so many ideas and I don't want to keep them to myself, but then I have all these unfinished works that I've now cursed other people with wanting more.
Every time I get a comment on stuff that I want to continue that says "can't wait for more" or "I wonder what happens next." I'm just sitting there like, "me too. đ˘"
But I think the wip that is going to forever just stay a wip is A Bad Idea because I have absolutely no idea what to do with that one.
When I wrote it originally I had this whole thing planed out but then I let it rest and when I looked back on it I was didnât like it. It covered something that I really donât like to read and I donât even know why I was going to write it that way. But I really like the start. Itâs so good. It sounds like itâs going somewhere but then thatâs it.
I was hoping that if I just posted it anyway I might get an idea or maybe someone else would mention something and Iâd get inspired, but nope.
15. What are your writing strengths?
I think I'm good at dramatic tension & surprising the reader with twists. I feel like every time I set up a plot point or introduce a new character, I think I'm being super obvious, but then I'll get comments that try to guess before the reveal and the guess will be some random other thing or after the reveal, I'll get lots of surprise reactions that they genuinely didn't see it coming.
Which is great but I'm also surprised by the surprise. đ
16. What are your writing weaknesses?
Finishing what I start. Updating regularly.
17. What are your thoughts on writing dialogue in other languages in a fic?
I've occasionally had a word or phrase in another language (using my good buddy Google translate) but I try to keep it very limited because my knowledge of other languages is pretty limited. And a lot of language stuff bleeds into the culture and vice versa and I'd need either contact with someone who is native in that language or to spend a lot of time researching before I did anything super extensive.
So far I've only used some Spanish and it's been in fics (and being used by) Paulina.
I guess my take on using another language in a fic is to use it sparingly and only if it makes sense for a character to use/know the language.
18. What was the first fandom you wrote for?
Danny Phantom! It's my one true fandom! đ
19. Whatâs your favorite fic youâve written?
You want me to pick a favorite child? How can I? I love them all so much! đ
But seriously, I'm not sure. Last year I might have said Carnival Mythika, but seeing as I'm still trying to finish that one⌠>:|
I do also think fondly of Down Dog, because I came out swinging with angst on that one and now I'm flipping it to be more of a wacky hijinks of forcing two people to work together while also keeping secrets both a shared secret and their own secrets.
Oh and my DID au, Safety In Numbers, because I've been having fun incorporating and reinterpreting canon.
And the Port Amity au, Seaside Light Keeper, (that I know what happens next but no one else does cuz I haven't written yet)
Oh and Dante's fave, the Adopted Prince au! It is fun to write this big bad guy as being a total softie just because of Danny.
20. What fic are you most proud of?
First you ask me about faves and now who I'm most proud of? Oh no.
I mean the ones that are my faves are ones I'm proud of⌠đ¤
You know what? I think Lively Conversations In Dead Manâs Land is the one I'm most proud of. It's one of the first ones I ever wrote, one of the very few GrayGhost fics I've written and I still love it.
Tagging: @bibliophilea, @kawaiijohn, @aj-itated and anyone else who wants to!
