nothing frustrates me more than differences between programs. why does it take 20 steps to do something in arcgis pro that makes sense in my head from using digital art programs. why cant i figure out how to do really basic functions in powerpoint that would take me two clicks in indesign. they're doing this to spite me specifically

#when my intuitive knowledge of layers and layer folders/grouping comes from digital art and then GIS Does Not Work Like That #i hate powerpoint too unfortunately i have to create a presentation in it with a coworker helping #so like...even though one can Technically work on the same indesign project and she Technically has indesign. she doesnt know how to use it #i feel it now. why my other coworker said he designs presentations in indesign #im aware though that the differences in gis vs digital art have a lot to do with the whole #'information mapping software' part since i'm not working with rasters like i am in digital art #unfortunately i dont understand the differences Enough
