My friends didn’t know that the religion teacher (a nun) was collecting a worksheet and one of them drew demons on the page and the other cursed/used language a nun would not approve of on it and I fear for them both

my dads house is so random I was going through my baby stuff and I found my R.E book from when I went to catholic school and they literally had me doing colouring in of the eucharist hshaiajsjd and pages of insane worksheets that are all like, "draw a picture of you on your first day of school :) who is always with you? _ _ _. draw a picture of when god was with you" and like "draw a picture of you and your best friend. when you are baptised _ _ _ _ _ becomes your friend. draw a picture of jesus being crucified to save you :-)" etc

like WHO is coming up with this 😭😭and you can tell from what I filled in and drew that I didn't really understand any of it but i just knew to write jesus if there was a 5 letter blank and i liked to remember the stories. so all the ones that are like "draw god" are just blank or scribbles (points were made) because um i was 5 how was i meant to comprehend any of this.. but it was cheeky af bc R.E is meant to be about teaching you what different religions believe not. telling you what your beliefs are and like my school report is there as well and for R.E it says to my parents that like im learning about what catholics believe and how a church is laid out and i can compare it to my own background not like being told that jesus is my friend and having to write a list of everything i want to thank god for ?!?
