idk if this not the general consensus but even as one of the loudest/most annoying dorian missers and dorym truthers, between exu and the whole robbie leaving for almost 100 episodes of c3 im totally content with the dorym that we were given. we got the early relationship angst they had to work through to get to "no debts between us". we got going to one partner's hometown. we got the flirting that could be played off as friends being supportive. we got the possessiveness protectiveness. we got the nicknames that were practically pet names. we got the being separated for reasons outside of their control that meant we got long-distance, time makes the heart grow fonder pining. we got friends trying to nudge them along. we got the corny awkward "it's complicated" when one of them got flirted with in the others absence. we got the testing the thought of a possible romantic relationship out on the friend group. we got the they need to get back to their partner and heaven help anyone who gets in their way. we got the emotional reunion. we got the grand "the world is ending and i love you anyway" confession. we got the perfect first kiss(es!!!!). maybe it happened in the time is a weird soup one shot but we got the official boyfriend label. robbie and liam (and travis and aimee and aabria) managed to fit so much into what they got and i genuinely couldn't be happier.
