man apparently now that i don't have school assignments to feel guilty about not doing i construct things to feel guilty about not doing. like wanting to work on merlin fic when i still havent finished part four of triptych

#i am determined though to not force myself into working on triptych pt 4 and just letting inspiration/desire to work on it come to me when #-it will. and if when it will is never then i will accept that too #i dont want to turn writing any fanfic into a chore. i write fic fundamentally because it is something that i WANT TO do and while i do have #-other motivators such as the desire to give triptych a more well-formed conclusion and satisfy the people following the series. i do not #-want to lose myself in these secondary motivations and thus forget what drove me to write in the first place #i started writing for fun and thats how i want it to remain. and if it stops being fun then well i just simply won't #magpie thoughts #magpie's writing adventures #triptych brainstorming #magpie's writing struggles #(and yet as i say this i still feel fairly confident that i WILL push through and at LEAST finish the fourth part some time soon.#do what i say people not what i do
