#noop nooping#thinking too hard and extreme black and white thinking and needing a therapist i should have called them over a month ago#i dont know if the one i was seeing is on officr so thats why i have to call but if she isnt in idk what im gonna do bc it takes forever to#get a different one especially one that actually works for me#and the one i was seeing Knows my history so its like i can just hit the ground running and be like hey! so some fucked up shit happened!#but with someone new i have to go over my history really fast and give them whiplash just like how i did with david#he was like 'wow you are very. open ' i was like 'ya'#i got yuckies they need to come out now
