#i dont know how the procedure would go re: RGF verification#but if its the way it sounds like to me then u should be free to apply for a FIG license without their blessing....#(also if any of this requires the RGF's approval then what the fuck is the neutral status for?)#i mean i know effectively it means squat but like. not only on principle but thinking about other sports.#their national feds have almost certainly not signed off on olympic participation of certain athletes bc of political views#all jokes aside i do think that not being affiliated with team russia since like early 2019 at the latest keeps her eligible#we know she didnt take money from national team funding bc shes eligible for ncaa so.........
