enjoy this bad messy sketch of some cherries i did and tried to attempt to color with alcohol markers
haven’t worked with my alcohol markers in a while and i remember when i first used them when i was 15 i had no idea how to work with them and two years later it’s obvious i still don’t know how 😭 i will probably look up some tutorials later tomorrow and see how they should work and how to properly blend them 👍 i want to start using markers more again especially if i want to color in some doodles and sketches but don’t feel like busting out all the painting stuff lol

summary: you find a vintage record store full of rare finds, the man behind the counter the rarest of them all word count: 2,4k warnings: 18+ only, reader is able-bodied & wears a dress, way too much music talk, food & alcohol consumption, pet names, touching in public, dirty talk a/n: written for @secretelephanttattoo's Secret Springs challenge! i saw record store on your wheel and ran away with it - this is highly self-indulgent with the music references (like woah) but what better place for it than secret springs :) not beta'd, keep slaying
Tumblr media
The stair treads creak as you head up to the second floor, blank CDs are fastened to the risers and old warped vinyl hangs from the ceiling. A faint melody floats down the stairwell that you don’t recognise, the instrumentals rising in a crescendo as you climb, the varnished railing worn and knotted.
You’d found this place online on your quest for a bargain, the secondhand vintage vinyl shop is situated on a fashionable street at the top of town with picturesque mountain views. After stalking their social media pages, you decided you’d just come and see it for yourself. Having mentally prepared yourself for parallel parking, it was unusually stress-free for a Saturday morning, the sun just beginning to warm the air.
Reaching the landing and glancing around, the room is essentially wallpapered with band posters, crates and crates of records are alphabetically organised, and a gallery of LPs sits on shelves behind the counter. A few customers are rifling through the various collections, one man perched on a barstool with headphones wired into a cassette player. The space is light and vibrant, it feels like a sacred haven.
What really catches your eye is the man behind the counter — unruly silver-streaked hair, trimmed moustache and greying beard, unreasonably broad shoulders that fill out his faded thin t-shirt.
“Mornin’!” He looks up as you round the bannister and flashes you a winning smile, his brown eyes sparkling in the light filtering through the windows. “Anythin’ in particular you lookin’ for?”
You greet him shyly as you enter the room, “Just came to look around, thanks.”
“No problem.” He turns back to his newspaper and you can’t help but stare, stuck in place as you think you’ve found far more than you could’ve imagined.
-
The sheer number of records fitted into the quaint shop is amazing, with some dividers spilling over into two or three boxes. Flipping through the S category, you find Sade, Stealers Wheel, Steppenwolf, Stevie Nicks, and countless others — a never-ending supply of artists and albums, some popular and some obscure.
Your eyes go wide at seeing Pretzel Logic, a favourite album by a favourite band. You’ve considered for weeks whether or not to just buy the damn thing online at full price, but you never did. Now you see why, some sort of divine intervention leading you here to snatch it up at a fraction of the cost — or it led you here for that man.
You’ve been peering over to him every time you move to the next crate — crinkles around his eyes, plush lips, deft hands. It’s almost unfair how beautiful he is, hidden away up here from the rest of the world. Admittedly you tried looking if he had a wedding band on, but you scolded yourself before you could complete the task, not wanting to get caught.
Time slips away from you as you switch between scouring through everything and stealing glances at the mystery music man, your fingers cramping from holding onto far more records than you’d planned to take. You scan over the tables and check for anything you may have missed, slinking through the room and placing your selection on the counter. You rummage in your bag to find your wallet.
“Fan of Steely Dan, huh? Gaucho, Pretzel Logic, Countdown to Ecstasy… You’re cleaning me out here, darlin’.” You lift your head at his words, losing yourself at the endearment.
“Yeah, uh… couldn't help myself,” you huff a laugh, feeling heat under your skin as he keeps his attention on you, a half smile on his face. “I did pick out some others, too. For some variation, you know?”
He fans the records out on the table to see each one.
“Yeah, thought you might be a Fleetwood Mac girl, Eagles is a bit of a surprise, but a pleasant one… Steely Dan, though? Wouldn't have pinned a girl like you as a fan of ‘em.”
“A girl like me…?”
“Far too pretty.” He winks at you with a tilt of his head, that half smile now spread fully across his face before he moves to add up the total. Your mind races as you try not to stand and gawk like an idiot.
“I saw online you had Dark Side of the Moon… do you uh, still have it, by any chance?”
“Full of surprises… I’m afraid we sold that one already, noticed it’s a bit of an elusive find ‘round here.” He drums his fingers against the wooden top and looks at you briefly, his eyes warm.
Shuffling papers around, he picks up a notepad, big hands and thick fingers dwarfing the pages. “I can keep an eye out for you, if you’re okay giving me your number? Won’t bother you, just business.”
“Yeah, sure.” His fingers graze across your skin as you take a pen from him and write down your information. Tearing the page off, you slide it across the counter and tease him, “Wouldn’t mind if you bothered me.”
“Well then, maybe I will. I’d love to know what else you got in your carefully curated collection.” He doesn’t take his eyes off you as you pay for the records, and he slips them into a brown paper bag, folding and unfolding the top like he doesn’t want you to leave.
“There’s actually this nice restaurant—” he turns to look behind him, grabbing a small carton and repositioning it on the counter, stalling as he tries to find the words, “—they have uh, live music on Friday nights… if you’d be interested.”
“Sounds fun…” You mull it over, impressed by his boldness but still wary. “Can I let you know?”
“‘Course, no pressure, here,” he writes his own number on a new page and tears it off, holding on as you reach for it and brush your fingers over his hand.
“And you are?”
“Joel Miller.”
Joel Miller. You quite like that.
-
You’d stared at Joel’s number for days, a constant back and forth on whether or not you should go. On the one hand, you knew nothing about this man except his name and where he worked; on the other, you’ve seen just enough of him to be well intrigued…
You caved and said yes, which brings you to the present day — it’s Friday afternoon and you’re pacing in front of your wardrobe, worried about what to wear. To avoid losing your mind over this, you text Joel for some insight.
You: So, what am I supposed to wear tonight?Joel: Place is smart casual, I guess
Smart casual — arguably the worst fucking dress code description in existence.
You: That doesn’t help meJoel: Just wear a dress or something nice? I’m sure whatever you choose will be perfect
Perfect? Well, that certainly raises the bar. You suspect that Joel isn’t impressed by material things, and isn’t phased by flashy appearances, but you still want to make an effort. He called you pretty once already and you’re hoping he’ll repeat it tonight.
-
Approaching the restaurant, the brick wall facade is lined with fairy lights, the stars just beginning to twinkle in the darkening sky, and muffled music sounds through the windows and glass doors.
Joel waits out on the pavement like a gift from God himself — black dress pants, a hint of chest peeking out from behind his button-up, a blazer hooked on one finger over his shoulder. You can’t help the way your gaze runs over him, noticing how his tummy just pokes out past the waistband of his pants, and just how well fitting those pants really are. You swallow to steady yourself.
“Hey.”
“Hi…”
You fall into silence as you take each other in — a low heat settles at the base of your spine and you drop your eyes to the floor, holding back a giggle like an enamoured schoolgirl.
“Shall we?” He pulls the door open and gestures for you to lead the way, eyes sparkling and a crooked but warm smile on his face, a guiding hand on the small of your back as you step inside.
Black-framed minimalist posters line the walls, the floors are polished dark wood and exposed brass light fixtures hang at varying heights from the ceiling. You pass a long, elegant bar lining one side of the room as you’re led towards the back of the restaurant — this place oozes sophistication, even the waitstaff are in fancy uniforms. Not smart casual.
Joel pulls a chair out for you as you reach your table, a small reserved card rests against a floating candle and two red roses bloom in a slender vase.
“Do you mind if I take the wall?” you ask timidly, pointing towards the opposite bench.
“Not at all.” His gaze is soft as he shakes his head, eyes trained on you as you both take your seats.
“I just— I like being able to see, it’s uh…”
You smooth your hands over the tablecloth as your voice fades off, resisting the urge to make a game of blowing the candle out. You flit your eyes up to look at Joel, finding he’s already staring at you, candlelight flickering in his eyes. You drop your gaze to the table again, failing dismally at suppressing the grin that spreads across your face.
“You look gorgeous, by the way — if you don’t mind me sayin’. Knew you would, of course, but…”
It seems your outfit choice has paid off — gorgeous?
After hours of flinging clothes off hangers, you’d finally settled on a black, mid-length dress — a sweetheart neckline with white piping, the same white mirrored on the hem, a daring slit up one side of the skirt. There’s nothing casual about it, but seeing Joel dressed up and the finely decorated restaurant has calmed your nerves.
You don’t dare look at him again as the waiter returns and places two menus on the table. The night’s barely begun, and you hope it doesn’t end any time soon.
-
There hasn’t been a lull in the conversation once during dinner, a sharing dessert now in the centre of the table as Joel swirls what’s left of his whiskey around the glass. He held back all evening, fingers twitching and curling into a loose fist alongside yours on the table until he finally allowed himself to dance them across the back of your hand.
“How’d you get into all this record business?”
“Started workin’ there on weekends as a kid, wanted to earn some pocket money. The old man who owned it was like a mentor, he taught me all about the world. He left it all in my hands when he retired, and I’ve never looked back.”
A fond smile on his face as he retells his memories, you saw the first day you met how happy and comfortable he was in his charming shop, and it seems that charm bleeds over into him, too.
“And you get to meet all kinds of people — loud, friendly, aloof… pretty ones, too.” He gives you the same wink and devilish grin as before, continuing his stories as if you aren’t burning across the table.
-
Sometime during the night, he’d moved to sit next to you, claiming he ‘wanted to see the band’ — the arm draped on the bench behind you and fingers trailing across your shoulder says otherwise.
He mentioned at the shop that there was live music here on Friday nights — the one thing he didn’t mention? That tonight’s particular band was a jazz quartet — the slow, smooth, romantic kind of jazz, the kind that acts as the perfect backdrop for a night of cheeky flirting, lingering glances and desperate touches.
“Joel, can I ask something?”
“Shoot.”
You roll the edge of the tablecloth between your fingers. “Is this a date?”
“It can be, if you want.” You drop your hands and eye him, unimpressed by his response.
“Alright, I’ll admit, I was hopin’ for a date. I wasn’t really sure how to ask, didn’t wanna come on too strong.”
You’re silent for a beat, considering how to respond. “I mean, you could’ve just asked.”
“Well then, you wanna go on a date?” He tilts his head, eyebrows raised.
“I thought we were already on one.”
He chuckles at your remark, downing the last of his whiskey and momentarily tracing a finger along the rim of the glass. You focus on his movements, imagining his fingers tracing patterns into your skin instead.
As if he can read your mind, he twists himself towards you and plants that same hand just above your knee, fingers curled towards the inside of your leg as he scrapes his nails against you.
“And?” His voice is almost a whisper in your ear, “Has it been a good one?”
He glides his hand up your leg and into the slit of your dress as you nod, higher, higher, higher until his fingers brush against lace. You wonder if he can feel the fabric dampening.
“Y’know the Pink Floyd you asked about? It wasn’t sold, I kept it for myself. I’ll play it for you sometime.”
“You’re gonna talk about music? Right now?”
“What should I talk about instead? The delicate panties you got on? How wet they’re getting?”
Your breath hitches as he shifts his fingers, tucking them just under the edge of your panties and caressing your skin. Glancing around, the band are still playing low and slow, most tables having cleared out by now.
“Would love to see ‘em, if you’ll let me. I’d really love to see what’s underneath though. Pretty girl like you’s bound to have a real pretty pussy, too. Certainly feels like it, Jesus.”
He presses his fingers into you with more force this time and you turn your head to him. His eyes are dark, pupils blown wide and not from the dim lighting. He glances down to your lips and back up to your eyes again and you close the distance between you. He repositions the arm around your shoulders, hand holding the back of your neck as you lock your legs together and grind yourself against him.
His lips are soft, beard and moustache tickling your skin as he swipes his tongue against the seam of your mouth. You moan into him as you part your lips, letting him lick into you and you can taste his whiskey. He pulls back and you whine, teasing you with just enough to leave you reeling for more.
“What’s wrong, baby?”
“Take me home, Joel. Please, I need you.”
“Sure thing, sweetheart. Wanna hear the music you can make.”

I would go nuts if you do something for Ghost! Make it filthy ? based on your f list , how about a combo of : chubby with size difference, breath play, breeding, light bondage, orgasm control and heavy aftercare? Or make it light , how about a combo of : chubby with size difference, oral , begging, slow burn, multiple orgasms and ofc heavy aftercare?
Tumblr media
I really hope I didn’t go too far with this lmao
Hit all the notes except the slow burn, dealer’s choice on if this is a “no pregnancy, only breed” situation for kink purposes, or if Simon fully intends on following through with getting the reader pregnant 😇
Spoiled
Pairing| Ghost x F!Reader Rating| M Word Count| 3.5k Kinks/Content/Warnings| Breeding kink, orgasm control, breath play, squirting, overstimulation, acknowledgement of (but no use of) safewords, size difference, bondage, oral (f!receiving) possessive/simp!Simon, plus size!Reader, multiple orgasms, Simon is a touch mean at times but it’s all above board, and aftercare (or at least the plans of what the aftercare will be lol). I think that covers everything!
Tumblr media
You’re wearing his favorite dress and Ghost is ready to climb out of his own skin.
Any other situation would have him pinning you on your back, the skirt of your dress pulled up while he pounds you into the nearest surface he can lay you out across.
However you work underneath Laswell which means he gets to watch the hem of your skirt dance across the skin of your thighs during a meeting he is rapidly losing all interest in.
He’s also not the only one looking which raises his hackles. The rest of the 141 are minding their business, eyes on Laswell up front. They know who you belong to, and have the self control to not slobber all over themselves like rabid dogs at the sight of a pretty girl.
It’s the other men in the room.
He can’t blame them; You’re bright eyed and sweet, pretty face with a plush body that Ghost loves tying up in whatever position he can think to put you in. And the fucking dress doesn’t help.
It is work appropriate. There’s a part of him that is willing to acknowledge that. It just flatters you perfectly. And the hem bounces enough to give a mouth watering peek at the insides of your thighs when you’re walking away from him.
Whether you’re oblivious to the eyes on you or you simply don’t care enough to acknowledge them, every time Ghost’s gaze settles on you your attention is fixated on him when not pointed at Laswell.
He’s suddenly seized by the thought that the ring on your finger clearly isn’t enough of a deterrent for unwanted gazes. You’re baiting him, heedless of the others drawn to you.
Sure she’s married but is she satisfied? He knows damn good and well some of the men- some of the specific ones in this room- are dogs. He can hear the question as they pace and look for a weak spot to dig under the proverbial fence.
He needs to make sure everyone knows you’re his. Clearly it’s not enough to show you’re taken.
His mind wanders, thoughts of filling you with him until you’re swollen with child. The evidence readily apparent to everyone that you’re kept satisfied by your husband.
The only thing that keeps his mind from spiraling completely is a well timed prompt from Price, forcing Ghost out of his head and back to the meeting he wants over and done with already.
Once home, Simon is able to drop the mantle of Ghost- at least for the time being- and turn his attention to you.
It really is his favorite dress on you, but it looks substantially better on the floor.
He’s got you laid across your bed, hands cuffed short to the headboard.
You always were handsy in bed. Wanting to pet and stroke and touch- it’s cute how you squirm for him once he deprives you.
“Si- Simon!” His name is a plea as his tongue goes to work between your legs.
He should be used to the sight and sounds that accompany having you bare before him. God knows the two of you have been together long enough for that- and yet every time he gets you to drop your panties his blood sings in his veins like the first time.
He’s fucking enthralled with you. Your smile, your laugh, how quick you are with a witty retort- always the smart ass until he reminds you there’s a better use for that pretty mouth. How easy it was to manhandle you in bed (how you fucking love it).
He adores how soft you are. Lush thighs spread over either shoulder as he goes down on you like a man who’s been stranded in the desert. One hand digging into the flesh of your hip, the other banded across your belly to keep you still as you buck in his hold.
He’s being a mean bastard, he knows. The pair of you have your little arrangement.
“Simon- please!” Your body strains against the cuffs uselessly. If your hands were free you’d be scrambling for purchase where you could find it- burying in his hair, fisting the sheets beneath you. Flicking his gaze up to your bound hands, he grins seeing how your fingers open and close in fists- needing to hold and touch and not being able to.
“Gotta wait for me, love,” he reminds you.
Simon controls your orgasms. Where you cum, when you cum, how you cum and most importantly if you cum.
Usually he’s magnanimous about it. Arguably he still is. If he really wanted to be an asshole about it, he’d be stuffing you with two of his fingers- the width of three of your own- and stroking that spot that had your body burning, eyes rolling into the back of your head while you cried and made a mess for him. Forcing you to fight yourself, to show a little impulse control, reveling in how you squeal and buck against him in protest.
Those soft thighs are trembling like leaves atop either one of his shoulders, splayed open enticingly.
“Pleasepleaseplease.”
He struggles to pull himself away, reveling in how tightly you’re wound. Simon could easily spend hours between your legs.
When initially cuffing you to the bed, his plan was to not let you finish until after he’d cum in you. Wanted to be mean about it, could hear you crying for him to finish you off. No point in getting you off, love, until I’ve filled that pretty little cunt to the brim. Whole lot of effort for nothing if I do it before, isn’t that right?
Simon spoils you rotten though and only has himself to blame for it at this point. Any time he manages to get you laid out before him it is a guarantee he’ll finish you off at least twice.
Hell it’s practically a necessity, the only thing stopping him from proceeding with his initial plan. Your body would choke down on him, usually needing to be fucked open with his mouth and fingers before being able to take the length of him without protest.
You’re squirming again. The break from his tongue lashing against your clit allows you to regain some composure but still twitching in anticipation.
Not that your respite lasts for long. Simon trails one of his fingers across the seam of your lower lips, watching how your legs jerk on impulse as his touch ghosts across your swollen clit.
“So sensitive,” he teases as you let out a plaintive whine at the contact.
His middle finger slips past your folds, sliding easily all the way to the 3rd knuckle. Giving a few slow thrusts, his ring finger soon joins.
The room is quiet except for the sound of your breaths and how absolutely wet you are. It’s filthy how his fingers squelch inside your cunt. Your moans pick up as he deliberately drags the pads of his fingers across that spongy spot inside of you.
Your brain seems to only be able to remember two words- “Simon” and “please”, chanting them as he works you closer to the edge.
“Be a good girl for me,” he answers cryptically, biting back a laugh at the tortured look on your face. Be a good girl and cum? Or be a good girl and don’t cum?
The hand not buried in your cunt trails up your body- amusement flickering across his face as you jolt from ticklish spots, his hand roaming up your belly, between your breasts and taking its place wrapped around your throat.
Your brain remembers three more words, the alternating chants broken by your accusatory “You’re being mean,”
He is. He’s done worse to you for sure, but he knows the accusation is also another plea. I don’t know how much longer I can hold back please let me cum and call me a good girl- I want to be good.
“You ever consider you’re a spoiled little princess?” He muses to you, lips hovering over your own as he awaits the smart assed retort he just knows-
“It’s your fault I’m like this,” there it is. He grins, giving a chaste peck that is wildly juxtaposed to the sinful things he’s doing to you.
The hand wrapped around your throat tightens. Not enough to damage your delicate wind pipe but enough to put the pressure on the blood vessels in your neck. He adjusts his other hand ever so slightly so his thumb can press against your clit, circling in firm movements in time as his ring and middle fingers work that one spot inside of you.
He gets the desired result- you clenching on his fingers, bucking and squirming uselessly.
“Sorry, what was that?” He asks with a falsely sweet tone, grinning as you hiss.
All the pressure from his hand is placed on the sides of your neck, your pleas and protests turning into mindless babbling.
Simon isn’t entirely without mercy, he just enjoys pushing you as close to the brink as he can.
“Come on then, love- cum for me.” He finally allows, watching with rapt attention as your eyes damn near cross.
His wrist and forearm are wet as you gush around his hand, grinning as your mess is timed with each thrust of his fingers. He doesn’t withdraw until he’s certain he’s wrung every last drop from you, although you’re not left unattended for long.
His grip on your neck lets up, doubly to let you recover from your orgasm as you gasp like a stranded fish as much as it is to have both hands free to position you how he wants.
Mindful that there’s not much slack to pull you down with, Simon holds you steady while he moves to place himself between your legs.
Your flesh is hot, swollen and needy as he lines himself up, one hand on your hip and the other grasping his length. Pliant as you are from your orgasm, it still takes a few thrusts to work you open enough to take the full length of him.
Simon is more than willing to feed you inch by inch of his cock, relishing in the wet suction of your body as you cling and clench around him.
“That feel good, pretty?” He poses the question to you as his hips clap against yours once you’re warmed up and taking him all the way to the base.
“Yes! Simon- yes!”
And what a fucking sight you make. Laid on your back, arms stretching over your head towards the headboard. Those pretty, plush thighs spread wide to accommodate him, giving Simon quite the show- watching as he buries himself in you to the hilt over and over and over again.
He damn near wants to drool watching how your body bounces from the recoil of each snap of his hips. Makes his mouth water- makes him want to turn you into a fucking chew toy, the need to bury his teeth in your soft flesh. His eyes will flick from one part of you to the next, reveling in the soft bounce of your thighs, your belly, your breasts- he couldn’t pry his gaze away, enraptured with the doe eyed, fucked-dumb look on your face when his eyes drift up high enough.
“Whose cunt is this?”
The answer to the question is obvious, and one you know well. It’s not even really the actual question he has- more the lead up than anything else.
“Yours!” He shifts himself slightly, the change in angle working for you based on how you bark out “Oh! Right there!”
Simon grinned, knowing full well what he's doing as he moves to his original position. “You gonna prove it, love?”
Your head must be swimming from the delayed response- frustrated at him for deliberately ignoring your plea and changing the rhythm on purpose.
“Prove it?” Those glassy eyes focus on him, the words sounded out slowly by your cock drunk brain.
“Prove this cunt’s mine,” a sharp thrust elicits a yelp that’s just shy of, but nearing the border of too much. “Oughta fuck a baby into you. Show everyone you belong to me.”
The way you clench down on him draws a grunt deep from his chest, telling him just what you think of that idea.
“Everyone’ll know what a good fucking girl you are,” he’s working himself up, winding tighter and tighter as his mind runs away from him entirely. “Lifting your” he staggers as your clench is timed perfectly with his thrust “-fucking skirt for me,” a few more quick thrusts, “spreading those gorgeous thighs,” his hands are gripping your waist like a lifeline- “letting me have my way with you and not- wasting- a- fucking- drop.” his last words punctuated with strong snaps of his hips.
He’s babbling now, face buried in the crook of your neck as each thrust draws staccato cries from you. “Gonna look so fucking pretty- not gonna be able to take my damn hands off of you,” which was saying something given the current rate he was either bending you over or tying you up.
You clenching around him like a vice wasn’t helping matters either. “Simon please- I want it. Baby I want it. Please cum in me-“ and how was he ever going to ignore a request like that? With you asking so nicely while your cunt works its magic on his cock.
His body dwarfs yours, all broad shoulders and delicious muscling from years of training and physical work that comes with the job. You’re caged under him as he raises his head from your neck and his mouth crashes into yours.
“Mine,” he groans out between kisses. There’s going to be bruises across your body as his grip tightens on you- one hand still fisting the flesh of your hip, the other hooking underneath one of your knees and spreading that leg out to the side, fingers digging into the skin of your thigh as you both grunt at the change in angle.
The noises the two of you are making are absolutely obscene; the slap of his heavy balls against your ass, the wet sound of your cunt taking every last inch of him. Simon’s damn near on the verge of hyperventilating, keyed up as he is between you being as receptive as you’ve been to his dirty talk, reciprocating by pleading him to cum in you. How your thighs are trembling, muscles wound tight as you strain against your binds.
He prides himself on not being a selfish lover. Even as worked up as he is, the forefront thought in his mind chasing his own pleasure so he can be a good husband and fill you up like you’re pleading for so so prettily- there’s still that one part that keys into your reactions. Making sure you’re loving every stroke he gives as he chases his own high, that those yelps don’t take a turn for too much instead of please god don’t stop don’t stop don-
His vision whites out for a second as his orgasm hits him like a bus. The coil that had been twisting tighter and tighter springs free as he buries himself in you one last time with a groan befitting a wounded animal.
The urge to collapse settles on him, but Ghost pushes it aside. You’re tied to the bed, entirely unable to take the brunt of his weight like that and wouldn’t be able to wiggle out from under him with your hands bound.
He grounds himself as he comes down by peppering you in kisses, hands roaming your body. Your face, your neck- anywhere he can reach until he feels his legs are steady enough to comply with what he asks of them.
You’re still keyed up, having been worked close to a second orgasm but not quite getting to cross the threshold before Simon. He can hear you distantly, mewling and pleading for him to finish you off and has every intention of following through.
Moving back down between your legs, a shiver runs up his spine as his over sensitive cock drags across the sheets. Settling with his face between your legs he takes a moment to observe his handwork.
Your cunt’s pretty and swollen- sensitive to, from how you jerk when his breath fans against you. Making soothing motions on your hip with one hand as he shushes you, his eyes focus on the thin line of his spend dribbling out of you.
Well that simply won’t do.
He uses one finger to trace back up your folds, pushing his cum back exactly where it belongs before sliding two fingers into you once again.
It doesn’t escape his notice how much easier it is this time, your fucked open body still soft and pliant for him. He debates teasing you about it for a second but the look on your face has it clear you’re close to crying- tension and anticipation having tears welling up in your eyes.
Spoiled the thought flashes across his head. Course it doesn’t help that he’s utterly whipped. He’ll give you anything you ask for just because you want it.
His head drops, eyes on you while his tongue lashes as your clit and his fingers fuck his cum back into you.
You cry and strain and buck against his hold. Simon knows he won’t have to wait long to feel you clenching around his fingers- it never does when he uses his mouth and fingers at the same time.
But he does wonder how quick he can wring a third out of you once he pushes you over the second time.
He’ll find out shortly- you’re already babbling, knowing the routine and half afraid he’ll make you hold it please let me cum please-
“Go on, pet.” He doesn’t so much pry his face away as he just mouths into your flesh, but got the same result either way.
Your back arches as you clamp tight on his fingers- Simon doesn’t let that get in the way of his ministrations, continuing to mouth at your clit and stroke that spot in you until your cries of pleasure turn into okay okay okay oka-
He doesn’t stop. You try crawling away from him but he puts a stop to that by quickly banding his forearm across your abdomen.
You have a safeword- kettle- if it actually was too much, and unless he hears you say it he’s going to keep a hold of you like a dog being threatened with having his favorite toy taken from him.
You’re being fucking loud, no way the neighbors can’t hear you unless they’re simply not home, and Simon doesn’t give a singular shit as he works you from your second orgasm clear into your third.
His efforts are rewarded with another rush of your cum, soaking his face and dripping down his chin.
Good. He’s still fixated on the idea of you being fat with his child, and the way he sees it the more he gets you to cum the better his chances are of it taking.
Your efforts to squirm out of his grip only increase, futile as they are.
“One more,” he lifts his head to offer you. “Be a good girl and give me one more.”
Those tears that had welled earlier are falling now, and Simon thinks you look absolutely divine with tear tracks down your face, make up smeared to hell.
“Okay,” you nod with a shaky breath- hips still trembling but no longer trying to squirm away from him.
He descends on you once again, intending to make the most of your compliance. What a good little wife he has.
He’s got your fourth orgasm rushing over you in record time, relishing in the way you tense and relax as your body tries to fight the overstimulation before your mind would quiet it. His hand strokes your hip and thigh soothingly, mumbling praises into your skin the entire time.
True to his word, he pulls away once you’ve come down.
You’re watching him with glassy eyes, limbs trembling as you finally catch a reprieve from his mouth.
“I’ll untie you now, okay love?” He’s checking where you are mentally, if he pushed too far-
You nod to him, eyes following as he steps away from the bed to grab the keys off the nightstand.
Your wrists are released from the cuffs only to be encircled by Simon’s hands- so much bigger than your own- as he gently rubs them and checks for any marks. “You alright, love?”
The soft smile you flash him has him ready to melt. “I’m good,” he watches you stretch, the slight wince. “Shoulder’s a bit tight.”
“I’ll run us a bath and we’ll see what I can do about that hm? How about you think about what you want for take out?”
He starts to turn, tethered in place as you reach out for him.
“Don’t go yet.”
He lets you lead him back into bed with a light pull on his hand.
Absolutely spoiled rotten, and yet Simon will gladly give or do anything for you if only you ask for it.

5 times you took care of the 141st, and one time they took care of you
Happy (late) holidays everyone! I hope you enjoy this piece!
Platonic!141st x medic!reader
Warning: Canon typical violence, minor angst, hurt/comfort, medical inaccuracies, military inaccuracies, very minor gore, hospital type settings, minor illness, fainting, brief mentions of vomiting, cursing.
1st
“Need a medic stat!”
You rushed through the battle ground, attempting to make your way to the other side of it. This was made extremely difficult by the large chunks of rubble scattered about, oh and the fact they are at least a dozen people shooting at you.
“Stitch!!”
“Soap I’m on my way, apply pressure I’ll be there soon!” You panted, vaulting over some rubble and sliding to cover to prevent getting shot yourself.
The mission had gone to shit extremely quickly. You were just supposed to get the information and get out, stick together and move quickly. You all were not anticipating bombs being dropped on your heads from enemy aircrafts.
They had scattered you all quickly, as each of you attempted to avoid being hit. It seemed as that was their plan because as soon as you all were split up enemy soldiers surrounded you out of nowhere.
Price has called for an evac, but the lack of non blown up landmarks made it difficult to regroup.
You fired off a few shots into the smoke, praying they found their mark, and took off once more.
Going over and under rubble, left and right, in and out, it felt like you were never going to reach Soap.
Just as you were about to start violently cursing the gods for the situation you were in you saw Soap a few hundred yards off from you. To your surprise he looked to be in alright shape, the lump next to him however you couldn’t say the same for.
“Soap I have visual on you, what’s the situation?”
“The situation is Gaz is bloody shot!!”
Cursing under your breath you moved from your cover once more. Keeping low to the ground, more crawling than running at times, you finally made your way to Soap and Gaz.
Sliding in next to them you got to work. Looking Gaz over, you immediately started treating the biggest and most obvious problem, the bullet wound in his stomach.
Soap had tried his best to stop the bleeding, that much was clear from the soaked gauze packed into the wound, but with the need to return fire he couldn’t keep up with it.
You applied heavy pressure on it, praying that’s enough to keep him alive until he can get to a hospital.
“Price where the hell is that damn evac?!”
“3 minutes out, landing in what used to be the hospital parking lot. I’ve got Ghost with me what’s your status?”
“Me and Soap are alright, Gaz has been shot and is loosing blood fast he needs to get out of here asap!”
“We need to move!” Soap yells at you over his shoulder from where he’s returning fire at the enemy.
You act fast, harshly rubbing Gaz’s sternum to wake him up.
His eyes barely peak open, “Stitchy? What’s goin’ on?” He sounds drunk, which with how much blood he’s lost doesn’t surprise you.
“Hey, hey buddy, stay awake, your badly hurt we need to move.” You chirp, trying to keep your voice light despite the situation. “How you feelin’ bud? Can you talk to me?”
As you speak you rummage through your pocket, sighing in relief when you find what you were looking for, a stim shot and some pain relief.
Gaz had nodded off again in the brief time you weren’t speaking, and you lean in again to speak to him. “Gaz!! Come one buddy, keep your damn eyes open!”
“Stitch!” Soap calls from behind your back, the urgency in his voice can not be ignored.
“I know!” Deciding that you don’t have time to wake him up, you quickly stab the stim shot into his thigh.
That wakes up Gaz with a start. He flinches in pain, his eyes now wide open.
“Welcome back to the world buddy!” You shout at him, quickly injecting him with pain relief and tightening the sloppy bandage around his midsection one last time.
“Soap! Ready to move!” You call to him, hauling Gaz’s arm and part of his body, over your shoulder.
Soap leads the way, ducking behind rubble and returning fire when he can. You both move as quickly as you can, you would be lying if you said you weren’t struggling to keep up. Gaz was already fairly heavy, he also has all his gear on him which did not help your situation at all.
You were falling a bit behind Soap, but you kept hauling both you and Gaz towards him as fast as you could.
You were not going to let either of you die out here.
Finally you both reach the evac sight. Laying eyes on Price and Ghost you feel like you can breath again.
You run up next to where they’re positioned behind a large chunk of rubble. Laying Gaz down with his back to it you go to check his bandages again.
When you glance up to his face you notice that he’s awake. “How ya feelin’ bud?” You shout over the sound of gunfire, applying more pressure to his bleeding wound.
“Like shit.” He quips back.
You struggled to hear him over the sound of gunfire, but you were glad that he was conscious enough to talk to you and process what your saying.
Finally, fucking finally, your hear the sound of what might as well be the holy grail.
The heli lands about 20 yards away from you, cruising down to the ground, before it’s even landed Price is yelling orders.
“Stitch and Gaz move first, the rest of us will cover you from behind!”
You throw Gaz’s arm back over your shoulder and haul him onto his feet, thankfully he’s now awake enough that he can help you instead of you dragging him. Once you reach the heli you throw the top half of his body in, causing him to wince in pain.
“Sorry bud!” You shout over the noise of the chopper, pulling him the rest of the way in. You lean over him, securing him inside the chopper, then lifting up his shirt to check and make sure his bandages are still tight. Thankfully the bleeding has slowed down enough where there is minimal blood visibility through the bandage which makes you breath a sigh of relief.
You feel the heli taking off and you glance over your shoulder to make sure all your boys got onboard in one piece.
“Any other injuries I should know about?” You shout over the sound of the Heli.
“Your gonna have some if you don’t bloody sit down and secure yourself!” Price yells back at you.
You back off sitting yourself down next to Gaz. He was still hurt badly, but at least now he was as stable as you could get him.
All things said?
That was a shit show.
2nd
You hummed as you fluttered around the med bay busily. Moving from one spot to the other, carefully taking inventory with your trusty clipboard in hand.
You were truly in your element, everything was calm, orderly, and you were free to just do your job without any interruptions.
The door to the infirmary swung open, hitting the wall with a bang! In came Ghost, dragging a whining Soap behind him.
Ghost looked seriously pissed off, his eyebrows were noticeably furrowed under his balaclava and his shoulders were hunched. If you were to rely on context clues the only reason Soap was here was because of Ghost’s firm grip on his bicep.
“Can I help you?” You ask, face completely dead-pan.
Ghost doesn’t respond, just roughly pushes Soap towards you. Now that you have a better look at him you can see that his shoulder looks… wrong to say the least.
“What did you do this time?” You sigh, walking over to grab Soap by his ear.
“Owww” Soap whines “Sure! Pick on the injured person why don’t ya?”
“How do you always get injured at base but never on missions?” You taunt, pulling Soap over to the nearest available gurney.
You gesture for him to sit down on the bed, and when you turn around you notice Ghost, still standing where you left him.
“Either sit down or leave Ghost, there’s no lurking in my medical bay.” You say, grabbing what you need to treat Soap.
Returning to Soap you gently push him down on his non-injured shoulder. “Y’know if you wanted me like this you could’ve just asked.” Soap taunts with a wink, prompting you to sigh.
Thankfully he’s in a tank top or you would have to cut off his shirt, you know from personal experience with treating him that when you have to do that he makes plenty of comments.
“Alright, this is probably gonna hurt like a bitch, don’t punch me.” You say as you put Soaps arm in the proper position for realignment.
“Wouldn’t dream of it la- OW WHAT THE FUCK.”
“All done” you quip, pulling off your gloves. You look back over your shoulder to see Ghost has moved to the foot of the gurney.
“What were you two even doing?” You ask, putting your supplies away and getting different ones out.
“Fuckin” “Sparing” They say at the same time.
You should’ve know better than to ask.
3rd
You can’t believe this. You can’t believe your boys. You knew they could be stupid sometimes but this is next level!
Thankfully most of them had gotten away with minor injuries, and somehow you had gotten out without a scratch, despite not even knowing the plan before they decided to execute it.
Soap and Ghost had only bumps and bruises, somehow, considering they were in the thick of their stupid plan. Gaz had a few scrapes and a sprained ankle, but you patched him up then set him off with a crutch and a promise to go easy on it. And the captain? You don’t even know how he managed it considering he’s supposed to be the smart one, but he broke his leg.
So now you are in the med bay, essentially holding your own captain hostage (not like he could get very far if he did decide to run off).
He is not a good patient. None of your boys are. He complains about being there, says how he wants to leave and how he wishes he could do things for himself. You understand that, but the best thing for him at the moment is rest, and he seems adamant on not taking it.
“Stitch”
“If you ask me if you can leave again I’m smacking you.” You say while walking over to him.
“I don’t suppose there’s any way for me to go get food is there?” He asks, looking far to innocent for his own good. He’s planning something. You just know it.
“I’ll call one of the boys to bring you something up.” You quip, already walking away, intent on y’know, doing your job.
“Stitch” You hear him call as soon as you walk away.
“Yes sir?” You question, turning around to stare him dead in the eyes.
“How long until I get out of this hell hole?”
“Until your leg heals or you get put on leave.”
“Leave?” He sounds actually startled at that proposition, prompting you to walk closer to him.
“Just for a few months sir, until your leg heals.” You soothe. As quick as the startled look in his eyes appeared it was gone. Masked down under his cool captain facade.
“You can have a few months of uninterrupted down time with your husband. Doesn’t that sound nice?” You ask, walking over to stand next to him, setting your hand on the knee of his uninjured leg.
“Have you met yourselves? You all will get killed without me here!” He exclaims, running a hand through his beard in exasperation.
“You’re one to talk sir.” You say deadpan. “Trust me the boys will be fine. They will be better off without you for a few months than they will be if they see you constantly cooped up in here.”
“Stitch, nothing good can possibly come from me not being here!”
“Sir,” you quip as you sit on the side of his gurney, “you need to give them more credit. They’re smart, strong, soldiers, and if you order them to they’ll hold themselves together until you return.”
“You think they can’t behave unless their ordered?” Price smirks.
“What can I say, I know them to well.”
“Hard to argue with that.”
4th
You woke up to a thudding in your head.
Thud, thud, thud.
Thud, thud, knock.
Knock, knock, knock.
As you come to, your groggy self realizes that loud, obtrusive noise is not coming from within your head, but outside it. You go to answer the door, (tripping over your blankets on the floor in the process) and find Ghost standing behind it.
You realize with a start that he’s in civvies, and has replaced his balaclava with a simple black face mask. While this should’ve been expected, it still comes as a surprise to you. They look unnatural on him.
“Ghost? What are you doing here?” You ask, trying not to scream on account of it being 3 am.
He nudges you to the side, walking in so you can close the door, and it’s then that you notice that his black shirt is getting even darker with blood.
“Ghost, what the fuck.” You sigh, grabbing his arm and pulling him towards your couch. “Stay here, I’ll be right back with first aid.”
You run to the bathroom, fling open the cabinet under the sink to grab the first aid kit and run back.
“If you ran like that during missions we might have to cover you less.” Ghost muttered.
“Oh shut up, what did you even DO.” You ask, pulling up his shirt with a pad of gauze ready in your other hand to staunch the bleeding.
You find the culprit quickly, a long but shallow gash along his side. It would need stitches, but thankfully you could do that here.
“How’s it look doc?” He mumbles, barely legible.
“You’ll be fine after some stitches but how did you even do this? We’re on leave.” You question, absolutely exasperated. You all were on leave and you still couldn’t catch a break from your idiot boys.
His response is mearly to grunt and look away from you.
“Alright then, well I’ll go ahead and clean it up for you alright?” You mutter.
You go through the motions, this is something you’ve done a million times. Clean, antiseptic, stitches, bandage, done.
As your putting everything away you notice Ghost is staring at the floor, and something about him feels… off.
As you go to put the first aid kit away you nudge his foot with yours, “You feelin’ alright bud? You can stay the night if you need.”
“‘M fine” he mutters, still not making eye contact.
“Wow that was convincing.” You dead pan as you walk away from him to go put up your first aid kit.
When you return to his side you gently rest your hand on his shoulder and say, “Listen, I don’t know what happened but you can stay here as long as you need. I gave you all this address for emergencies after all.”
He eyes you, before reaching up to your hand on his shoulder and giving it a squeeze, “Thanks Stitch”.
“Anytime.”
5th
You are starting to believe you’ve done something to piss off the gods.
You have just gotten back from leave and already the rest of your task force is sick. It started with Soap, who had come back to base with it, except he insisted it was nothing and went about training like he normally does. Him refusing to rest like you told him to led to him getting Ghost sick, not a surprise with how much they… “hang out.”
Next was Gaz, who despite you telling him not to, was adamant about treating them. When he inevitably fell to the illness he went whining about it to Price, who despite his best efforts, still got it. You suspect if he hadn’t still been trying to get his leg back to what it was before he broke it he could’ve outran him.
And then there was you. The sole survivor.
For some reason all of them had decided to wallow in your room, something about Soap insisting it had “healing properties” because your a medic. You told him to get out. He didn’t listen.
Gaz had curled up in your bed, Price had taken the couch, Soap curled up in your arm chair, and Ghost took the rug.
You were going to do so much cleaning once you managed to get these fuckers out.
But for now, you had to be in medic mode. So you went in. Armed with a face mask, gloves, everything antiseptic you could get your hands on, you started your plan: get the sick bastards out of my room.
The first step was making them feel better, so you decided on a classic sick food; chicken noodle soup.
You pushed the door to your room open with your back, on account of you carrying a heavy tray with 4 bowls of soup.
“Hiya boys, how are you feeling?” You chirped, setting the tray down on your desk. “I brought dinner if your feeling up to it.”
Much to your amusement Soaps head immediately shot up at the promise of food. “What did ya bring?” He rasped, the poor thing had lost most of his voice when he got ill and he was only now starting to get it back.
“Chicken noodle soup, although I’m not sure the bastard who started this whole mess should get any.” You quipped, even though you were actively handing him a bowl.
“Thank ya kindly.” He mumbled as he took the bowl from you. As far as your boys went Soap was the closest to looking like his regular self. Yes he didn’t have much of a voice, and his energy was way down from normal, but he was the least pale, and obviously the one with the most appetite.
“Anybody else want any?” You asked, glancing about your room turned sick bay.
From the corner of your room you saw Price weakly raise his hand from the couch. “Geez dramatic much?” You snorted out a laugh while handing him his bowl.
“Don’t bully the ill Stitch.” Gaz huffs from your bed.
“Your in my room, I’ll bully as much as I please.” You huffed “Now do you want soup?”
You saw Gaz lift his head to look at the soup questioningly before shrugging and nodding yes.
Once you had one bowl of soup left you looked down at the dark puddle on your rug. “Ghost, dinner time.” You chirped.
“Leave me to my death.” He moaned back at you.
“Oh you’re hardly dying, here sit up and eat something you’ll feel better.” As you spoke you gently crouched down to him and started repeatedly poking him on the shoulder.
“What do you want you heathen” he muttered as he finally sat up, only to have a bowl of soup forced into his hands.
“Eat.” You said.
“I’m not hungry.”
“I don’t care.”
Reluctantly Ghost pulled up his mask to his nose and began to eat his soup, with everyone fed you looked around to see if anyone was done.
Like you expected, Soap was already done and Gaz was about 2/3 of the way through his. Time for step 2, probably the hardest part: Medicine.
You walked over to your desk and looked through the bag you’d brought in with the tray. You were muttering curses under your breath when you finally found it. A bottle of NyQuil. Not only will it help their colds, it’ll also knock them out so you won’t have to deal with them! Win win! Looking over at Soap you decided he would be your first target.
Loading up a spoon with the liquid you carefully step over to Soap, trying to not set off any of his alarm bells.
“Can I take your bowl?” You ask him, making sure to have a normal tone that doesn’t give away your true intentions.
“Sure, thank ya.” He rasped handing you his bowl. Before he could fully take his hand off the bowl you whisked the bowl away and shoved the spoonful of medicine into his hand.
He stared at the spoon like it was poison, “Stitch, what IS this?” He questioned.
“Medicine.” You quipped back. “It’ll make you feel better. Maybe if you take it you can insist on training again to go infect more people.”
Soap let out a raspy groan, but despite his previous complaint he swallowed the medicine, making a comical face after tasting it, and handed the spoon back to you.
Your next, “victims” as you choose to call them, didn’t put up much of a fight.
Gaz didn’t complain once he realized you weren’t leaving him alone until he took it, and Price took it without a word. Overall, a pretty positive experience. Your next challenger however would be much more difficult.
You eye up Ghost, and decide at this point attempting to be stealthy is pointless, he’s already seen you carry out your plan, and thus you approach him with your ammo loaded spoon fearlessly.
“No.” He groans, voice muffled from how he’s laying face first in your rug.
“Ghost, it’ll make you feel better.” You try, but the mountain man simply acts as if he didn’t hear you. You start repeatedly nudging him with your foot, over and over and over again until finally he picks his head up to look at you.
You can’t see much of him because of the mask, but from what you can see his eyes are much more puffy and red than normal, and anyone could notice the subtle rasp to his voice that’s not normally there.
“You need to take the medicine.” You spoke calmly, like you were talking to a cranky toddler. “It’ll make you feel better. Plus everyone else already took theirs.”
“Well they’re weak.” He groaned, and yet he still snatched the spoon from you, shoved the medicine in his mouth, and then threw it back at you.
“Dramatic much.” You whispered to yourself, getting up to put everything away.
If there’s one thing you got from this experience it’s this:
You work with literal children.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1st
You felt like shit.
Not that you plan on letting that fact be known.
You’ve been attempting to put on some blush and concealer for the last 30 minutes in an attempt to make yourself look more alive. Your only responsibility today is a meeting to discuss your next mission so while it’s technically against dress code you don’t think anyone will notice, or if they do notice you doubt they will care.
Your body however seems to be stubbornly rebelling against your master plan to seem healthy. Your attempts to stand at your desk and put on makeup keep being thwarted as your head pounds any time you stand up and your vision blurs.
Despite your bodies valiant attempts to incapacitate you, you did manage to get your makeup on, put your clothes on, and get out the door.
Once you hobbled your way into the meeting room you saw that everyone was already there, as you took much longer than expected getting ready, which led to you being late.
“Damn Stitch you look… rough.” Gaz commented with a wince.
“Shut it.” You muttered, your voice already half gone.
When you woke up this morning you knew you were in for a hell of a week. You throat hurt like hell, and your voice was nearly gone. You kept coughing and sneezing and your head hurt horribly. All the same symptoms of what your boys had.
Despite your best efforts to get them out they had ended up staying for nearly a week. Soap left after about 2 days of rest, as he had it before the chaos started, but even with their ring leader gone the rest stayed put, with little signs of recovery. Due to this, your constant cleaning in between bouts of caring for them was futile, and 2 days after they recovered, it seems the inevitable happened. You caught it.
You sat with a thud in your normal seat next to Gaz, nodding at Price. “Sorry I’m late sir.” You grunted, barely able to get the words out.
“Are you feelin’ alright?” He asked, eyes narrowed at you suspiciously.
“Never better.” You lied.
Price was still eyeing you with suspicion, but he turned to begin the meeting anyway.
Nothing much of note happened during the meeting, except the fact that Gaz kept giving you looks of increasing concern, and every time you let out a muffled cough Ghost gave you a death stare. Soap looked at you more than Price for the whole meeting, despite him getting told off numerous times.
At the end of the meeting you moved to get up to retreat to your room, but as soon as you rose your head started spinning aggressively, the world blurred into one large mass of color, and then black.
~
You woke up with a start. Sitting up and immediately backing into the nearest corner you assessed your surroundings.
You were in your room, and the lack of light coming through the window let you know it was night. You must have slept a while as it was still morning when your meeting ended. Upon feeling a weight tighten on your waist you looked down and felt your cheeks grow warm.
Gaz was curled up right next to you, his arm wrapped around your waist. He was sleeping peacefully next to you, his body curled slightly. You thought it safe to assume he was curled around you until you shot up.
Looking around the room you saw the rest of your boys spread around. Ghost was lying peacefully on your rug (honestly you found his obsession with it a little concerning), with Soap half on top of him. Price was laying on your couch with his god-awful hat on his face, presumably to block out the nonexistent light.
Your thoughts were interrupted by a bout of violent coughing. Your lungs felt like stress balls as they were squeezed under the muscles of your chest, and in one violent motion you swung yourself out of bed and rushed towards the bathroom.
As you emptied your stomach contents into the toilet bowl you felt someone wipe away the sweat on your forehead and crouch down next to you.
“That’s it, get it all out.” You heard Soap mumble next to you.
As your stomach finished emptying itself and you spat into the toilet into an attempt to get the taste out of your mouth Soap gently leaned over to wipe your mouth for you.
You sat back on your haunches with your eyes closed, breathing heavily. You creaked your eyes when you heard multiple pairs of footsteps quickly approaching the door.
Ghost stood directly behind Soap, looking at you with poorly masked concern. Next to him, with a death grip on his elbow, was Gaz, who was not even trying to mask his concern at your state. Behind both of them peered Price, and while he displayed a glare on his face, you knew him well enough to know that was his way of showing concern.
“Respectfully Stitch, what the fuck?” Soap gently said next to you.
Instead of actually responding like all of your years of training and experience are screaming at you to do, your emotions take over and you start violently sobbing.
You feel miserable. You head feels like it’s stuffed full of cotton, your throat is on fire, all your limbs feel weighed down with lead, you can’t even stay awake long enough to walk to your own room and now your emotional state is such shit your violently crying in front of all of your boys.
The first one to react is Soap, who instantly tightly pulls you into a hug. The next is Gaz, who rushed over to tackle you- gently! In a hug. Price awkwardly walked over to sling an arm around you as well, and Soap turned around to grab Ghost by his ankle and drag him in.
“I-I’m sorry.” You gasped out between sobs.
In response to your statement Soap and Gaz’s arms tightened around you, pulling you impossibly closer.
Finally, Price spoke. “Alright crowding em’ isn’t gonna help anything. Soap make sure they brush their teeth then get them the fuck to bed. Ghost, grab the medicine they gave us and anything else that might help. Gaz make sure they have water and a Gatorade on their nightstand. I’m gonna run to medical and get them some anti-nausea medication.”
Hearing that your boys all scurried off to follow orders.
Soap carefully raised you up, and made sure you had steadied yourself against the counter before releasing you. He grabbed your toothbrush for you and put a generous amount of toothpaste on it. After he handed it to you and made sure you were good he started busying himself with anything he thought needed a bit of tidying around your bathroom. Which was apparently a lot.
As he worked he spoke lowly, “Gave us all quite a fright there. Thought you were hurt for a moment and rushed ya to the med bay. They told us you were just ill and had us bring ya to your room.”
You spat out your toothpaste and muttered between sniffles, “sorry.”
As you cleaned off your toothbrush and your mouth Soap approached you and pulled you in tight. “I know we annoy the hell out of you with our recklessness, but I don’t know what I would do without ya. You’re the glue that holds us all together, without ya’ we all would be dead 10 times over.”
As Soaps little speech ended someone cleared their throat behind you, prompting you to turn around.
There stood Gaz, leaning against the doorframe. “He’s right y’know.” He said softly, slowly approaching you. “We would fall apart without you. And if keeping you in good shape means tending to you while your vulnerable like you do for us so well, then we will do it happily.”
“Gaz, you all gonna make me cry again.” You sniffled, rubbing harshly at your eyes.
His eyes grew wide at that and quickly pulled you into another hug, “Please no.”
“Alright, alright. We need to get ‘em to bed. Let em’ rest and what not.” Soap said gently pulling you from Gaz.
“Right right.” And with that Gaz gently took your hand leading you towards your bed. Soap followed closely behind, keeping a hand on your shoulder the whole time, like he was scared you would fall over again (not that you can blame him).
As they settled you in Price came in through the door, carrying a bucket and a small pill in his other hand.
“Alright, this bucket is incase you get sick again.” He said, setting it down next to your nightstand. “And this pill is for your nausea.”
He handed you the pill and the glass of water Gaz had gotten for you earlier. As you took the pill Ghost finally walked over with the medicine he has taken way to long to find.
“Alright here ya go.” Ghost said, attempting to hand you the spoon once you took the pill.
You however, were apparently not sick enough to not cause problems on purpose as you leaned comically far away from the spoon.
When Ghost gave you a pointed look you simply shrugged and said “Revenge bitch.” Before grabbing the spoon and taking the medicine.
“Alright I think that’s everything.” Price started, “We’ll leave you alone now and let you rest. Come on boys.”
As they moved to leave something came over you, making you call out to them, “Wait, uh please wait. Can… can you all stay? Please?” As you spoke you curled up further into your blankets, attempting to hide yourself in them.
Soap was the first to react to your question. “Aww sure Stichey, of course we’ll stay!” He smirked, practically prancing over to you to playfully ruffle your hair.
You scoffed, already regretting your decision, and rolled over to face the wall muttering, “forget it.”
“No no no.” Gaz said, quickly walking over to you, making sure to give Soap a good smack on the back of his head on the way. “If you want us to stay we can stay. It’s the least we can do. Right?” At that last word he shot a pointed glare towards the other members of the 141st, who all made varying gestures of agreement.
With that figured out your boys all settled in. Gaz practically latched onto you, pulling you to his chest and tucking your head under his chin. Soap, feeling extremely left out, decided to snuggled into your back, wrapping his arms around your waist and nuzzling at the back of your neck. Soap waved Ghost over and with a sigh he slid his legs under everyone else’s and leaned half against Soap, half against the wall.
“Well looks like I can’t fit- what a shame,” Price began, only to have the back of his shirt grabbed by Gaz who proceeded to practically throw him over everyone onto Ghost, who promptly threw him off. He eventually settled in next to Ghost, half leaning on him, his legs fully intertwined with everyone else’s.
Once everyone was settled you felt incredibly comfortable. Your boys were all around you, and while yes, you still felt like shit, their heat and comfort more than made up for it.
The most important thing you got from this experience?
Your boys may be annoying sometimes, but there is nothing they wouldn’t do for you.
“I need you to do another run tonight.” Garrick tells me as my fist hits the punch bag he’s bracing for me.
”I went last night, not my turn to go.” I tell him sternly as I throw another punch.
Garrick’s hand snaps in front of me, my first landing firmly in his palm as he moves in front of me. It was pretty rare for Garrick to pull rank on me. Especially in the case of supply runs. But I knew as he looked down at me he was. The look in his eye was one I had seen plenty of times as he commanded riders and squads.
”I know, but we’re short a rider for tonight so I need you to step up.” The commanding tone slipping into his voice.
I rip my hand from his, crossing my arms across my chest. I was absolutely wrecked. I’d only gotten an hour or two of sleep after getting back this morning. Paired with a full day of classes and training, I was wrecked. Everything ached. My body screaming at me to rest.
”Can’t someone else step up? I know there are riders who didn’t go last night and aren’t scheduled to go tonight.” My voice almost pleading.
Garrick just scowls down at me. “You know I don’t like pulling rank, but I need you to go. It’s an order. I need a more senior rider on this run.”
I sigh and slowly nod. I knew there was no changing Garrick’s mind. It was clear he wasn’t taking no for an answer. And he’d only see my fatigue as an excuse or complaining. Something he would tell me to suck up and deal with like I’d have to in the field.
“Fine. I’ll go.”
I should have pushed back. I should have said no. I should have stood my ground. But I didn’t. Did what was asked of me. And I’d paid the price. I knew I was too tired, too fatigued to do the run. But I’d gone. Gone and fallen off my damn dragon mid flight due to exhaustion. Luckily they’d caught me before I’d hit the ground. But the impact of landing in my dragon's claws had caused some damage. The impact had left a massive bruise down my side, spreading down my thing. A hiss escapes my lips as I prod it with my finger. Today was going to suck.
I muffle a moan of pain as I slip my jacket on. Thankful today was cooler, meaning I could hide the bruises on my arms with the jacket. I’d also convinced the other riders not to say a damn thing to Garrick or Xaden about what had happened. They didn’t need to know. I just hoped I could get through the next few days without them noticing. I wasn’t scheduled for another challenge till next week at this stage, no flying today and it wasn’t uncommon for me to miss the optional training after classes. Easy.
Or so I thought. As I step into the hall pain flares up my side. The few steps I’d taken around my room this morning were bearable. But this was agony. Shit. It was going to take all my concentration to hide this today. A few riders look my way as I make my way slowly down the hall towards the stairs, a slight limp in my step. I was essentially walking like I was crossing the parapet. Each step thought out and planned to stop the pain becoming too much for me to bear.
A hand clamps down on my shoulder as I enter the dining hall, clamping my mouth shut to stop the gasp of pain that threatens to escape. “Thanks for stepping in last night, I heard it went well.” Garrick’s familiar voice says next to me.
”Yeah, it went great.” I say, my voice tense, before roughly shoving his hand from my shoulder before walking as fast as I can to grab some fruit before heading to my first class.
”Is everything ok?” He says, quickly catching up to me in a few steps.
I look up at him and give him a tight lipped smile as I grab the apples. “Everything’s great.”
Something in my tone or face must tell him not to follow me. Normally he would. But all I feel is his eyes staring at my back as I do my best to walk away normally. I know he knows something is up. Hell, we were sent to the same foster home after the rebellion. He knew me better than anyone else here. There’s no way he doesn’t think my behaviour is off.
The next time I see him is battle brief. His eyes lighting up as soon as I walk in. His hand waving me over as it always does. I don’t miss the scowl that forms on his face as I remove my eyes from his, instead choosing to stand at the opposite end of the room with some of my squad. A spot I never go to. Even my squad mates look at me funny as I join them, noting the unusual behaviour.
”He needs to know”. My dragon drawls in my head.
”No. It’s better he doesn’t. I’ll be fine in a few days.” I retort.
”You nearly died. If I didn’t catch you-”
”But you did. So he doesn’t need to know.” I say, cutting them off before slamming my shield up.
I feel their attempts to get through. Each attempt getting closer to breaking through, but I put all my focus into keeping them up. I feel them huff down the bond before their attempts stop. My shoulders sagging in relief as I can shift my full focus off keeping them up. But I quickly find out why my dragon's attempts stop. The feeling of being watched washing over me. I turn my head and meet the piercing gaze of Garrick. Garrick who is pissed. So pissed that the other third years around him take a step back. Even Xaden.
”You told Chradh?!?” I snap down the bond.
”Yes, because he needs to know.” They snap back.
”No he doesn’t.”
”Well he does now.”*
I curse at them down the bond, but it's too late. My anger hitting a very solid wall as they raise their own shields. Great. The rest of the class all I can notice is Garrick staring at me down the line of riders standing at the back of the room, even with me facing the front of the room. All I can feel is his eyes on me. His eyes assess me for the damage I know he’s been told about. As Devera calls the end of class I do my best to make a run for it as Garrick starts pushing down the line of riders. I hear him behind me telling other rider’s to move out of this way, no doubt shoving some of them too. I barely get a few steps outside the door before his hand grasps my bruised arm turning me around to face him, a loud yelp escaping my lips that has him releasing his grip on me instantly.
”Why didn’t you say anything?” He nearly yells at me, the riders leaving Battle Brief scurrying away as fast as they can.
”Because it’s noth-”
”It is not nothing!” His voice echoes off the walls as he cuts me off, everyone stopping to stare at us now.
Garrick and I just stare at each other. His chest heaving as he breathes heavily. I can tell it’s taking a lot of self control to keep himself from yelling at me. His tell tale jaw tick catching me eye. His eyes quickly scan the hall and all the cadets staring at us. This was not the place to be talking about what had happened. Yes third years were allowed out at night and often got sent out for patrols, but last night wasn’t exactly a sanctioned patrol.
He quickly grasps my hand in his, probably wanting to avoid grabbing a part of me that could be bruised before dragging me out of the building. I struggle to keep up with him. Pain flaring in my body as I stumble after him. Eventually we come to a stop in front of the Gauntlet. With all first years now bonded to dragons and flight classes today, there was no chance of someone finding us out here. Garrick releases my hand, pacing back and forth as he pinches the bridge of his nose between his fingers. Clearly still pissed and trying to process what he’s been told by Chradh.
”I’m f-”
Garrick comes to a sudden stop in front of me, his head snapping towards me, his gaze filled with such intensity that it has me taking a cautious step back.
”Don’t you dare say you’re fine!” He growls out as he takes a step towards me. “You nearly died last night and you didn’t think to tell me! You can barely walk!”
”But I didn’t. They caught me.” I say gesturing up to the flight field.
”And what if they didn’t!” His voice fuelled with an emotion I have never heard come from Garrick. An emotion that has my heart skip a beat.
Pain and fear. Garrick’s voice is laced with pain and fear. As are his eyes that have me pinned to the spot.
”We’re dragon riders. We die all the time.” I retort, my own voice shaking slightly with fear.
”I’m aware! But it doesn’t mean I’d be able to deal with you dying. Especially if it was because of me sending you out on a mission.”
”Every time you send one of us out we could die.” I say as I take a slow step forward, wincing as pain shoots up my side again. “Why is this time any different? Since when do you care what happens to a rider you send out?”
”Because it’s you! Because I couldn’t handle it if you died!”
I stumble backwards, my mouth opens to protest, but the words die on my tongue as Garrick's lips meet mine in a fierce, desperate kiss. My mind goes blank, thoughts scattering like leaves in the wind, consumed by the passion of the moment. I lose myself in the kiss, every thought, every worry evaporating in the heat of his touch. My hands come up to clutch at his shoulders, anchoring myself to him as he claims my mouth with a possessive fervour. I feel his fingers thread through my hair, tightening in a way that makes me shiver. A small whimper escapes my lip as pain shoots up my side, causing Garrick to break the kiss to make sure I’m ok. He’d clearly forgotten my injuries in the moment, and the guilt is evident on his face. But as a grin spreads across my face, a giggle escaping my lips, he breathes a sigh of relief before chuckling.
”Despite how long I’ve been wanting to do that, and how much I want to keep going, we’re getting you healed first.” He says, trying to be stern. But there’s a slight giddiness to his voice he can’t hide.
”I’ll be f-”
”I swear to gods if you say you’re fine I will carry you over my shoulder to the healers quadrant.”
The warning is loud and clear, and I know Garrick will not hesitate to do that even if it would cause me pain. There is nothing he wouldn’t do for me. I purse my lips and nod at him before motioning to lead the way. I definitely owed my dragon an apology after that.
”You’re welcome.”
“Yeah? And what are you gonna do about it, Captain?”
You cross your arms and look up at Price during a briefing, standing as if you were taller than him. You had strongly disagreed with a decision he made for a future mission and the rest of the Task Force was staring at you in awe of your sudden assertiveness and attitude towards your superior.
He wanted to go in to take down the Shadow Company and rip them apart from the inside out, sending you in first as bait, and you had argued that would be too obvious something was up. You proposed infiltration would be better, stealthier, and you would go in first and have Gaz lead you around base through the cams until safe for the others to sneak in too.
But Price was not having it with your disagreement and sassy attitude like a spoiled teenager arguing with her dad for not getting something she wants.
“I’m not letting you go in with risk of being caught and killed. Graves is a narcissist, going against him is dangerous. Much easier to pretend you come in peace, alone. It would boost his damned ego.” Price says.
“He’s not fucking stupid. He fooled us all. Only someone as equally dense as him would think that’s a good plan.” You snap back at him.
The 141 stare at you, scared for what Price is gonna say next. His eyebrows raise in disbelief at your insult, and he steps closer, slowly and carefully to you.
“Watch your tongue soldier.” He growls at you through clenched teeth.
And that’s how you got here, looking up at him asking what he’s gonna do about it.
He then grabs you by the back of your neck, spinning you around and pushing you towards the door which he slams open with his free palm, leaving the rest of the team watching in shock at what the hell just happened, and even more so the cliffhanger of not knowing what is going to happen.
Price shoves you into his office, slamming the door behind him and pushing you towards his desk, stumbling over your feet.
“Gonna teach you some fucking manners. What the fuck’s runnin’ through that stubborn little mind of yours that’s got you thinkin’ you can talk to me that way?” He says, caging you in between him and the desk making you lean back while he places his palms on either side of you. His voice dripping with anger.
You don’t break and continue your arguing with him.
“Well maybe if you talked to me before making me the center of some bullshit plan then I’d have some respect for your decisions.” You spit back at him.
He spins you around and slams you against the desk, pressing your cheek into the cold wood of it while your palms fly up onto the desk to catch yourself.
He leans in to your ear, pressing his body flush against yours, one hand in your hair pressing your face into the surface of the desk and another between your shoulder blades to keep you steady.
“Yeah? Well maybe if you weren’t such a fucking brat and learned to watch that pretty little mouth of yours I wouldn’t have to do this would I? But this is what you wanted, wasn’t it.” He whispers darkly into your ear, and you feel yourself throbbing at the way he’s manhandling you and saying such dirty things to you.
You’d be lying if you said you hadn’t dreamed of this, but you can’t let him know that. No, you were stubborn, you couldn’t let him win that easily.
“Fuck you.” You say through your smushed cheeks, and Price laughs.
“Yeah, bet you wanted that too.” He says amused.
“Gonna teach you a real good fuckin’ lesson yeah? Maybe you’ll learn when to shut your fuckin’ mouth.” He says as he yanks you up by your hair and you hiss.
He pulls you with him behind his desk and he sits in his chair, pulling you down with him and you fall over his lap.
“Yeah that’s it. Over my lap.”
You whine at his roughness and the pain from pulling your hair, still trying to process what’s happening.
Then, Price’s hand yanks your cargos down, leaving you in a cute lacy thong.
“Oh sweetheart, this what you’ve been hidin’ under all this?” He chuckles villainously. “Wonder if what you got under that shirt matches.” He smirks, and all you can do is whine in shock of what he’s doing to you, but fuck did you love every second of it.
His amused tone then turns angry again as he pulls you up by your hair again, forcing you to crane your neck back to look at him, hands gripping his thigh.
“Gonna spank this pretty little ass fuckin’ raw until you apologize to me.” He says, then shoved your head back down to fall over his thigh.
He rubs a hand over your ass, massaging your cheeks and then he lifts his hand up, and forcefully brings it back down.
Smack
The sound of his palm slapping your skin echoes in the small room of his office, and you yelp at the force of it. Price laughs again at your submissiveness.
“Not so chatty now are you?” He says as he lifts his hand back up and you squeeze your eyes shut in preparation of the next spank.
Smack
Price keeps spanking your ass harder and faster until it’s red with his handprint branded onto your ass cheeks, nothing but the sound of your whimpers, the slapping of skin, and his dirty words filling the room. You refuse to give him the apology he wants both because of your stubborn, bratty self, but also because this was making you soak your panties like you never have before. This was a dream come true having your Captain manhandle you and punish you the way you deserved for being so smart-mouthed with him.
“This is what you get, when you fuckin’ smack. backtalk smack. me smack. you get spanked smack. Like you deserve smack. You fucking smack. Little minx.”Smack.
Price delivers three more fast and hard spanks to your ass until he hears you sniffle.
Your head is hanging down over his knee so he can’t see the tears rolling down your cheeks from the pain of Price’s hand smacking your ass repeatedly.
“Aww sweetheart.” He says before he laughs to himself.
“Are those tears? What, you gonna cry from a few little spanks to this pretty little ass?” He asks in mock sympathy with a smirk on his face.
You sniffle again and whimper not answering him, still hiding your face.
He tugs your hair up to see your tear stained pouty face.
“Aww those are tears.” He fakes a frown, mocking your expression.
“You can make this all stop if you just say you’re sorry love.”
“Mm mm” you shake your head, a few more tears escaping your eyes and rolling down your cheeks, making him chuckle darkly again.
“You know.” He says as his hand creeps its way down to your clothed pussy, rubbing right where you were practically gushing out of your thong all over the both of your thighs.
“If you weren’t so wet, or rubbing your little clit all over my knee, I’d believe you didn’t want this to stop from your stubbornness. But I think you like getting spanked don’t you sweetheart?”
You just whine in response and rub your pussy over his knee again, not caring about letting him win anymore. You just wanted him to make you cum now.
He laughs at how pathetic you look and he moves your thong out of the way to stick a finger in your dripping pussy.
“Oh fuck love, you’re even wetter than I fuckin’ thought.” He says as he pumps his finger in and out of you slowly, other hand still gripping your hair so you keep eye contact with him.
“You apologize, and I’ll let you cum. Got it?” He says sternly.
You hesitate for a second, not really wanting to push your pride aside, but you needed to cum. Your pussy was throbbing and leaking so hard you couldn’t even think straight and you felt like it would never stop unless you got to cum.
You nod, and Price starts thrusting his finger in and out again. You hump his knee as your eyes roll back into your head. He lets go of your hair, making your head drop down again so he can spank you as he fingers you.
“Go on sweetheart. Say you’re sorry for being a brat.” He says bringing his palm down over your ass cheek again, making you jolt as he finger fucks you still.
Your mind goes fuzzy as he inserts another finger, his ring and middle finger fitting perfectly snug next to each other as they move in and out your sopping pussy.
You moan loudly at the sudden stretch which makes Price just finger you faster.
“That’s it. Keep rubbing that pussy on my knee. Rock those hips. Fuck you’re so damn tight. Such a pretty ass all marked up with my handprint.”
He remembers why he’s doing this in the first place and grips your hair one last time, pulling you up again.
“Say. It. Or I’ll fucking stop.”
You feel your orgasm get closer and closer and the thought of him stopping was worse than anything in this moment.
You look up at him, mouth open, fucked out look on your face with tears running down your cheeks now from pleasure instead of pain.
“I’m sorry. Fuck John I’m sorry. Just, please don’t stop.” You whimper out pathetically. “I won’t talkback to you again just please, let me cum.”
Price smirks and stops his movements, which makes you whine out loud.
He leans down to your face, licking your tears off your cheek before dragging his tongue up to your ear to whisper: “Good.”
He sits back up and speeds up even faster, fucking you so good with his fingers as you continue to hump his knee. Your hands are gripping his thighs for leverage as you feel yourself at the edge of your release.
“Cum for me. Cum all over my fucking fingers. Show me how sorry you are.” He demands, grip still tight on your hair and fingers pumping in and out faster and faster each time.
“Fuck John I- I’m, I’m cumming fuck-“ you babble out right before you roll your eyes back and squirt all over your bare thighs, Price’s clothed thigh, and his hand as your orgasm rips through your body making your pussy pulse around his fingers.
“Oh fuck sweetheart. Yeah look at that. Soaking my hand, fuck. Squeezing me so good.”
He fingers you through your orgasm, then he lets go of your hair and you drop your head down trying to catch your breath.
Price pulls your now soaked thong back over your pussy and pulls your cargos back up, wiping his hand on his own. He then helps you up to sit on his lap and you curl up on him, leaning your head into his neck.
“How you feelin’ sweetheart?” He asks.
You hum in response, closing your eyes.
“Listen, we can discuss the plan over again. I won’t force you to do anything you’re that uncomfortable doing.” He tells you.
You open your eyes.
“Funny you think I was ever going to listen to you in the first place.” You retort with a smirk.
He laughs.
“God, what am I gonna do with you?” He asks jokingly.
“Well if it’s anything like what you just did, then I’m in full compliance.”
You both laugh and you snuggle back into his chest, both knowing you were definitely going to back talk him again, but also both glad you ever did.
“Don’t take this the wrong way, John. But, I really don’t like how much I’ve been seeing you.”
Captain John Price raised a brow, groaning as he situated himself in his usual seat. The man was soaked in blood, a sight that you’d begrudgingly gotten used to but still hated. He had no right to take offence, he was in your office every other week with varying injuries. The way you saw it, he was in that office more than you were.
“Kinda hard not to take that the wrong way, darlin’.” He chortled as he readjusted his bad arm, the noise just as pained as it was amused.
“Saint,” you corrected.
“Saint,” Price rolled his eyes.
You sat down in front of him, a huff pulling from your chest as you took him in. There was a long moment as you both stared at each other, silent and almost comical.
“I’m sick of your shit, Captain.” You gave him a deadpan glare.
John scoffed, “oh, don’t be like that.”
“No, seriously ” you threw your hands up, “You owe me a drink.”
Price’s eyes widened in disbelief but you ignored him as you slowly dabbed antiseptic across his wounds. You could feel the muscles beneath your fingers tense as he fought to find the words.
“I’ve been asking you to let me buy you a drink for weeks!” John hissed, his eyes flitting cautiously to the doorway as a nurse walked past. He didn’t want to compromise your professional reputation, no matter how much you drove him crazy.
You only raised your nose at him, “well, that’s because I don’t mix business and pleasure.”
“And now is the exception?”
“No, now is the payment for putting up with you and your accident-prone kids’ fuckery.”
Price laughed, it was full-bodied and warm and something that you could listen to forever. Your hands faltered in their work. Usually, you were steadfast- but John Price always had you on the edge of your seat with a pounding heart and a fuzzy mind.
“Well, then.” The Captain conceded, relaxing a little more into his chair. “I’d better make it a damn good drink.”
You hummed your agreement, leaning in closer to get a better look at the wounds on his neck.
“A damned nice place too,” you said distractedly, “no grubby bars for this one.”
How did he even manage shit like this? You were so in awe of the strangeness of his injuries, that you hadn’t realized the effect your proximity had on the good Captain. Your words whispered across the skin of his neck and jaw like a gentle caress. The knowledge that he could kiss you right now simply by tilting his head down a little, it drove him insane.
“Of course not,” he rasped, “I’d take you somewhere fancy. One of them nice cocktail bars, maybe.”
You smiled as you tended to him, your gaze glued to where your hands worked their magic. You couldn’t have seen the way his eyes flickered from your brows to your lashes, and then to your lips. You wouldn’t have noticed the way he clenched his jaw and prayed to anybody who was listening that you weren’t talking shit.
“I’d love that,” you murmured, pulling your touch from his skin to reach for the wound dressings. He craved the warmth immediately. “You’d be in a suit and all.”
Price chuckled, partly at what you’d said and partly by how distractedly you spoke.
“Is this all part of your master plan to see me dressed up?” The Captain said jokingly. His heart stopped when you finally flicked your gaze up to his.
It was at that moment that you realized just how close you sat to him, your mouth going dry at the proximity. You could smell him so clearly as if all your senses had suddenly kicked into overdrive. John always smelt like pine and tobacco. You wondered if it was just his body spray mixed with those damned cigars, but part of you knew it had to be some pheromone that drove you crazy.
“Funny,” you regained your bearings, leaning back in your seat to observe him. “I was going to accuse you of the same thing.”
Those ocean-hued eyes sparkled with mirth, roving over your features as if he were committing them to memory. John had a way of seeing beneath all the armour you wore, but somehow it never left you with the sense that you were defenseless. He always made you feel seen but safe. He was comforting.
“Won’t lie to you, love. I’d give anything to see you all dressed up,” John said honestly, a small smile tugging at the corner of his lips.
You raised a brow challengingly but the Captain only watched you, as comfortable as ever and confident in his words. After a long moment of silence, you finally spoke.
“A lot of these boys would,” you rolled your eyes. “Not exactly invoking confidence here.”
John straightened in his seat a little.
“Well that’s the problem, innit?” He said, shooting you a meaningful look. “They’re boys, not men.”
You opened your mouth to respond, maybe with something smart or clever or anything really that would throw the good Captain off kilter. Instead, you were interrupted by a woman leaning in through your doorway. It was the new nurse that had transferred from another unit only a few days ago.
“Saint?” She said softly, eyes flicking between John and yourself. “Just wanted to pop in and let you know that this is the last patient on your roster.”
You smiled, trying to ignore the way that her hand sat precariously on your door handle. The stomach-churning realization that she didn’t know the protocol for your office was making it difficult for you to speak.
“Awesome, thanks Angie.” You choked out.
As you opened your mouth to remind her to leave the door open, the woman skittered away as fast as she’d appeared. You watched as the door swung shut, anxiety roiling in the pits of your gut. The sound of it clicking closed felt like the final nail in the coffin.
You took in a deep, calming breath. “Lovely.”
Price stood up from his seat instantly, resting a hand against your shoulder as he moved to pass you. “Easy love, I got it. You just focus on getting me back into fighting order, yeah?”
 “Yeah,” you rasped, your fingers shaking as you slowly reached for your stitching kit. The sound of John’s footsteps behind you felt like a hammer in your chest and you tried to fight the urge to swing around and watch him.
You trusted John. You knew he wouldn’t hurt you and you knew this was just a reaction from your prior experiences. A closed door and a turned back had been a recipe for disaster last time, but this time you were with the good Captain- you were with John.
There was a long silence from behind you as the door rattled and you tried to ignore the sound, focusing on attempting to thread the string through the eye of the needle. Your hands were trembling far too much for it to be anything but a joke.
“Saint.” John said from across the room.
Not love, not darlin’, not even Doc.
Just Saint.
You held your breath, swivelling slowly on your stool to face the man behind you. Price stood by the closed door, his expression carefully blank. He had a palm resting on the handle.
“I need you to take a breath,” he began. “Don’t panic.”
Too late.
You said nothing, painfully aware of how dry your throat suddenly felt. Each breath felt like your skin scraped against sandpaper, and with every beat of your heart, it felt like it was only going faster.
John rattled his hand against the door and to your horror, it didn’t budge.
“Saint,” he raised his other hand with his palm facing outward, an attempt to placate you. It was well and truly too late for small acts of comfort, it was well beyond that point.
How could they have accidentally locked the door?
You stumbled off your seat, reminding yourself of the breathing techniques that you had taught both Birdy and Ghost. How could you help them when you couldn’t even help yourself?
You were a fraud.
“That’s fine,” you said, sounding anything but fine. “This is fine, we just need to call the nurses on the outside.”
“Saint.”
You reached clumsily for your table, the tools and bottles tipped overboard to bounce against the vinyl flooring. You swore beneath your breath, painfully aware of how hot it had suddenly become. Sweat trickled down the length of your spine, prompting your anxiety to run with it.
You had forgotten what you were even looking for.
“Saint.”
You needed to get out of there. You needed to get that door open. You couldn’t be in there, couldn’t be left to the mercy of another soldier. Your heart thrashed wildly in your chest, your ribs aching as they tried to contain it.
“Saint!”
The door was closed and there was a man in the room with you. If you showed weakness it would only encourage him to attack, you needed to maintain the facade. You needed to be strong. Your fingers found the scalpel handle on your table. You wouldn’t let it happen again.
“Saint!”
You shot up straight, whirling around on the soldier now standing behind you. The instinct to protect yourself overcame any situational awareness that you had, you weren’t going to go through it again. The blade in your hand came down hard, aiming straight for his chest.
Price caught your wrist instantly, ocean gaze baring deep into yours.
A desperate noise, something akin to a sob fell from your lips.
“You’re alright, darlin’,” John rasped, sparing a quick glance at the weapon in your hand. “Gonna need you to take a breath with me, yeah?”
You were sweating but cold, shaking but frozen, all at the same time.
You were a mess.
A fraud.
“Saint,” the Captain ducked his head to meet your dropping gaze, “look at me.”
His fingers came to rest softly against your chin, tipping you up to meet his eyes miserably. You sniffled, tears running rampant down the length of your face and neck. You wanted to sob, you wanted to tear yourself from his grip and beat against the door.
You weren’t sure whether you were too scared to move or too safe.
“You’re safe. I’m not gonna let anyone lay a fuckin’ finger on you,” John reassured, genuine and firm in the statement. He wasn’t fucking around, he wasn’t spitting pretty words just to break them.
John Price was right about one thing, there was a difference between boys and men.
And there was no way to confuse which one he was.
“Yeah,” you rasped. It was dry and crackled but it was a sign that you still had some control over yourself. It was a sign that you weren’t going to snap.
“Yeah?” The Captain smiled. The sight of it put you at ease. The sound of his chuckle comforted you.
“Yeah.” You reaffirmed, nodding your head this time.
You were okay and you were safe and it was just a fucking door.
“Good,” John said, eyes sparkling with mirth. He flicked his eyes upward at where he still held your wrist. “You reckon you could drop your machete then? Fearin’ for my life.”
You jolted at the realization that you were still holding the scalpel, the blade still pointed directly at the man before you. Your knuckles had gone white from how hard you’d been gripping it.
You sucked in a deep breath, dropping it as if it had burnt you. Price hummed consolingly as you stared up at him with wide and teary eyes.
“Im sorry-“
“Don’t.” John warned gently, releasing your wrist. “Don’t apologize for defendin’ yourself.”
You closed your mouth and offered him a shaky nod. You needed him closer, you needed comfort and for once that didn’t involve you craving isolation. Usually, you wanted nothing to do with people when you were like this. Now, your fingers itched to touch him.
The Captain rocked back on his heels a little, observing you from beneath his lashes.
“You alright?” He asked. His hands moved to touch your elbow but he paused halfway, as if he thought better of it. You watched as they dropped, wishing that he’d just done it.
“Could be better,” you said honestly. “Could use a drink.”
Price laughed, short and sharp. His fingers flexed.
There was a long silence as you both took each other in. You wanted to say something, literally anything. You could slip in one of your dry jokes or maybe ask him to sit back down as you searched for your phone.
Instead, you found yourself watching him, enjoying the visage of the Captain behind the lense of a new perspective.
And he was watching you right back.
His hands moved again, this time slow and with intent. John was giving you the option to move away, giving you the time to reject his touch. Some part of you tried to remind you that you should be afraid, that you were alone in a room all over again. But there was no reason to be afraid of this man, he was not some broken soldier- he was the master of his own ship. He was the Captain.
He was John Price.
When his fingers came to rest on your arms, goosebumps rose across the places that his warmth trailed.
“Let me take you out,” he whispered, so close you could taste the words. “Let me get you a drink, Saint.”
Again, the intentional use of your call sign. The name that you had given him but he’d refused to use up until today.
“John-“ you hesitated, shifting where you stood.
You wanted nothing more. However, your thoughts had a way of running away from you, taking your fears and experiences and sprinting from where you stood. You knew he was a good man, but at the end of the day military men had a stigma for good reason.
What if he would fuck you over in the end?
What if he didn’t come home?
“I know what you’re thinking,” John spoke, stepping closer. “I know where that brilliant fuckin’ mind of yours is going and I want to stop you right there.”
You snorted softly. “You don’t know what I’m thinking, Captain.”
His palms settled against your biceps, fingers enclosing around your skin. You could feel his thumbs rub into your arms, as though he was grounding himself as he spoke.
“I do. You’re thinkin’ about me doing wrong by you. You’re thinking I’m full of hot air and pretty words and all that shit.” John rattled off, shaking his head as he spoke. “You’re thinking ‘bout what happens if one day I don’t make it.”
Your breath caught in your throat.
“Well,” his eyes bore into yours with an intensity that you’d never seen. “I’m not here to play games. What you see is what you get and if I have you to come home to, I promise not even God could take me.”
John’s breath was shaky at best as he scanned your features. It was nerve wracking to put yourself out there but it spun you out trying to process what he’d just said. Everything in you wanted to kiss him the second he’d finished his sentence.
You swayed on your feet, mouth opening and closing as you tried to muster a response. Your heart beat against your chest, trying to escape its prison and run right into John’s grasp.
“Okay.” You said.
You wanted to die. The man had said the most romantic thing you’d heard since you’d binge watched Bridgerton, and all you had was one word. The most unenthusiastic word, mind you.
But, in true John Price spirit, the man only laughed. Full bodied and victorious.
“Okay?” He sought confirmation with the biggest smile you’d seen from him in months.
“Okay.”
You wanted nothing more than him.
Sealed Pt. 5
first try 😎 (5th really)
1 / 2 / 3 / 4
Tumblr media
It didn’t take long to buy what you needed, but your funds were running low. Which led you to believe it was a good time to return to the temple you had opened, immediately after opening the doors there was a line of women and children. It didn’t take long as you started to go through them all, “blessing” pregnant women and healing sick children. Grateful women who couldn’t bear children or didn’t want to lose their children were more than willing to pay any price for healing. You’d been there almost all night when you felt an all too familiar presence. Your back was to the door but you turned looking over your shoulder. There he stood, tall, pale, long black hair and black robes. You turned completely to face him, “You must be Lady Y/n of the Shrine, I’ve heard so many stories of how you… help people, I’m curious of how you do it.”
Kenjaku, those stitches on his forehead would give him away easily to anyone who had common sense. “Sorry men aren’t allowed in the Shrine, with the exception of my husband and son.”
“You have a husband and son?” His face was smiling in disbelief, you didn't trust him even if he and Sukuna had chatted more than a few times he always left an uneasy feeling in your stomach. “Yes but that’s not important , so tell me why you’re really here. I get the feeling you're not leaving so easy.” He hummed, shrugging his shoulders, “I came looking for something. You have it and I might need it. So one sorcerer to another we both know what you have that’s helping you so much, it was awakened when Ryomen Sukuna was reincarnated. Do you know who that is or did you stumble across this little artefact and decide to keep it for yourself.” You watched his hand move from his sleeve holding up one of Sukuna’s fingers. Unamused, you looked away, “Sorry to tell you the only thing I see is a rotting dismembered finger, if you're not here to benefit both of us please leave.” You tried to wave him off but persisted in following you, Morí put himself between the both of you so you didn’t bother to look back at him. “I’ll give you one warning, you give me whatever you took and I’ll leave. But if I have to take it myself-“
He was cut off feeling hot liquid run down his face, your hand held up over your shoulder, “This is your warning, there won’t be a next one.” The sound of his skull cap hitting the floor was disturbing, Morí wanted to gag at the sight of the brain exposed. “That was a mistake.” You turned around your robes ruffled noisily “No! You turning your back when RYOMEN WAS BETRAYED WAS A MISTAKE KENJAKU, your damn lucky you have that binding vow and that he never found out the truth you two faced coward, I used to think you changed bodies so frequently because you actually had a plan. It turns out you're just lowly scum and your intentions were never clear, you’re a coward and when things become difficult in one life you’d just pop someone’s else’s skull open and go for a joy ride until it’s all used up.”
You saw those Fox like eyes light up followed by that unhinged smile, “Well if it isn’t Mrs.Ryomen Sukuna, I heard the rumours you escaped the prison realm, I just couldn’t believe it.” You felt your lip twitch like you were going to bare your teeth, “Believe it, I’m free and don’t think I’m here to support your silly little flip flop grill cheese bullshit plan. I’m also not going to join your little club of misfit cursed wombs and deranged psychopaths. I’m here for Ryomen and my son, if you do anything to hurt either of them I swear on your life Kenjaku I’ll be the one pulling you out of that man’s skull and making sure you never find another life. I have my plans already and I don’t need you.” He seemed displeased, “That’s the problem here Y/n, your wedding vows can’t do a thing to break a binding vow.”
You laughed “That’s the thing Kenny, you two made a binding vow, Tyler’s say there’s this cute little red string tying to Ryomen, you can both push and pull in the same direction as long as the rope never breaks. But, what happens if a third party comes in and manages to cut that string.” Your head tilted with a passive smile, “Get out.”
————-
“Alright Mama-dori, it's time for little Itadori to go out on his own on a mission!” Gojo seemed excited about breaking this news to you. You couldn’t have given him a more bewildered look. “What do you mean on a mission?” Mori was by your side taking the cracking tea cup from your hand before it shattered over the tea table. “Think of it as a field mission … erm Lady Y/n.” Your face didn’t change much while you were staring him down, he could swear he’s seen that look before. “Where’s it going to happen…?”
He gave you a mischievous smile, “Well if I told you how do I know you wouldn’t interfere.” “If you didn't, what makes you think I wouldn’t find Yuji on my own.” Your smug smile didn’t go unnoticed. “Good luck finding us then.”
———
It didn’t take long of you spending your day at home lazing about waiting for Yuji to come back, you weren’t held captive in this dingy little house but you started to wonder if this is what Sukuna felt like now that you understood he was trapped inside of Yuji
“Mooriiiiii”….. “hm.” “MoorIIIIIIII” “I’m sorry?” “MORI.” You finally lifted your head from being laid out on the cushions on the floor, Mori sighed with a sympathetic smile, closing the book he constantly kept your records and plans in. “Yes Lady Y/n?” You rolled over laying your head on the pillow not looking at him anymore, “I miss- Yuji? Or is it your husband this time?” You fell silent huffing and burying your face into the pillow “bof” Mori shook his head with a small smile at your muffled speech. “We’ve talked about this Lady Y/n, if you do want both of them back they really do need to know the truth.” You moved around so the side of your face was on the pillow and you could just barely see Mori looking at you from the tea table, “Do you know how difficult it’s going to be to explain to Sukuna he was reincarnated into his son that he now sees he’s being held hostage in?” Mori’s eyes didn’t leave your face as you watched a ladybug crawl past you, “But he recognizes you even without your cursed presence Lady Y/n…”
Finally you sat up looking at him, “Do you wanna know a secret Morinozuka? Something almost no one else knows?” He seemed uneasy at the thought, hesitating as you continued, “I’ll have to kill you if you ever tell anyone else but do you know why I lived so long? Why don't I age? Look at us Morino, you were a child when I found you all those years ago. You’ve grown, look at me, I have the same face and appearance as the day we met.” You held your hand out to him, he took it in his looking over the back of it, he remembered your hands well. When he was a child you gave him that motherly love of wiping away his tears, he’d take your hand whenever he’d get scared walking in public. He watched you fill out every paper, he admired the way you would heal people, but he always noticed how people’s hands changed with their age, but your hands were the same as the day he met you. “You haven’t aged Lady Y/n but I can’t tell why.”
“I’m a curse Mori, there’s a beautiful story behind how I became a curse” he watched how you smiled looking at your hand, he watched a mark form over your finger, “But that’s a story for another time!” You were quick to get up, “Let’s make something to eat. I doubt Gojo’s not going to feed them so we can eat at least.”
It didn’t take long for You and Mori to throw together a hot pot with meatballs. You were serving Mori who insisted he should be serving you, “oh be quiet Mori I didn’t take care of you for years for you to take care of every little thing I do now, now eat.” He huffed and started to eat watching as you started to serve yourself, it was when you were about to eat your own meal Yuji busted into your new home excited to tell you about everything. Mori caught your food as Yuji tackled you in a hug “Mom you should’ve seen us it was so cool we…” he paused looking at the table where you had set up the pot of broth. “Oh you were eating, sorry.” You watched as he smiled sitting back on his heels rubbing the back of his head with a big shy smile. You couldn’t help but smile at him, “cmon sit I’ll serve you some if you want and you can tell us how your… field test went.” He sat cross legged beside you leaning against your shoulder rambling and stuffing his face telling you about the revolving sushi and this Girl Kugisaki he and Fushiguro met. You laughed hearing how he whined that she sighed after just looking at them. You leaned your head on his and he kept talking, you listened to every word until he eventually fell asleep in your lap.
You looked down at him, your sweet boy, until you saw that eye open up, and a mouth form, it was a soft call and out of character, “Y/n.” You looked at him, Ryomen, “Ryo…” you saw the malicious smile on his face “If this brat trusts you so much I think you could do a little talking and get me out of here don’t you?” He watched and you smiled, shaking your head, crinkling your nose, “Reincarnated not too long ago and you're already making bigger plans…” your smile fell “what the hell was that where are the women and children moving about anyways hm?”
He looked away making a “face” “I don’t know what you're talking about woman, must’ve misheard….” “Mhm.” He looked back at you before looking away, “It’s been lonely you know…” you leaned down pressing a kiss to Sukuna’s “cheek”, he didn’t bother trying to fight you, “I know it’s been lonely you’ve been locked up for centuries Ryo.” He hummed, before looking at you upset “What are you doing HERE Y/n! Why would you surround yourself with these sorcerers and this brat? Who is this brat? WHYS HES SLEEPING ON YOUR LAP!?” Yuji stirred and you rubbed his head, you should send him to sleep in his dorm, “Ryomen-“ you gave him a look, he rolled his eye, “as much as you’d hate to hear this, Yuji Itadori is our so- mm, hmm?” Yuji sat up rubbing his eyes, “What time is it?” He yawned and all you saw was Sukuna squinting at Yuji before disappearing.
“It’s 10:40 Yu,” you started to stand up, “You should go sleep in your dorm so Gojo to Fushigumi don’t freak out if you're missing.”
He laughed, “Fushigumi.” He’s gonna love that one.” He stood up from the ground stretching and yawning before he squeezed you in a hug, “Gnight mom I’ll see you tomorrow.”
————-
“Hm, it’s July… I wonder if Yuji will want to go watch the fireworks later this month…” you yawned leaning against the post on the porch of the little home. The afternoon sun shining on your face, eyes closed, head resting back against the post. Ungratefully one leg was propped up the other was swinging off the porch just barely grazing the grass, the vibrant red of your robes shining bright. The shoji doors were open wide with fly nets set up, futons were airing out for when you wanted to laze about on the porch or in the living room on the floor, Morí had gotten tired of watching you throw all the cushions in a pile just to complain when you were on the floor and the cushions wouldn’t stay still. You heard him hum still scribbling away, you looked over picking up the hand fan laying at your side, “This was my wedding fan, did you bring it?” Morí hummed again “you said bring ALL your precious belongings when we first left the temple I assumed since it was wrapped in fine linen and in a red wooden box it was preserved for a reason. Then I saw a painting in your temple and it all made sense, Lady Y/n.” You waved it around unceremoniously watching the little charms sway around, “Lady Y/n… was Ryomen Sukuna really your husband?”
“Is he really my husband" is what you mean, he still is my husband even after all these years being forced apart…” you paused looking down on the school, “…he’s my husband…surprisingly he was different then to now. I still love him regardless, he gave me his heart and I gave him mine, sure the wedding vows today would probably sound occult but I was his he was mine, it took years to be comfortable by his side and then we he’s our first child, Yuj-” Morí watched the panicked look on your face, when you pulled your sleeve up grabbing your arm where your binding vow has marked you. He watched you squeeze the muscle hissing through gritted teeth, “Yuji.” It sounded like a forced grunt. He watched you cough from trying to bear the pain, it stopped and you let go, you were visibly confused “Lady Y/n what- I don’t know” you cut him off, “that’s never happened before.” You watched as the mark became a lighter colour almost blending into your skin then you understood, “I NEED TO FIND YUJI.”
———
“….s..Go..” You couldn’t get the words out, you wanted to scream at Satoru, you wanted everyone to die and it filled the room the moment he didn’t let you enter and you forced your way in to see your son laying on the cold metal bed. He was stripped bare with a gaping hole in his chest, the woman in a lab coat and Gojo watched you walk right past them. You could still feel a faint lingering of Sukuna’s cursed energy. Your hand moved up slowly taking Yuji's. He was so cold. The hand you squeezed as a child, the tiny chubby hands that wiped your tears “It’s okay mommy!” The hands you held onto walking him to school, you shook your head, tears in your eyes, it’s always these damn sorcerers who are so prideful in what they do they try to play heroes and fix the world. Putting the lives of others at expense even if it means they’ll only save one or two people. Your hand trailed up his arm fingertips brushing over where your binding vow was disappearing. “Some proud jujutsu sorcerer you must be.” You could feel Gojo’s stare, having ignored all his rambling but knowing he was upset.
“My son is dead at the expense of what Satoru Gojo?”
Your hair fell over your face when your tears started to fall, ducking your head down feeling like your chest and shoulders were curling in on you. You placed your hand on his chest and it felt like everything changed. You weren’t in that room, you were standing in an all too familiar place.
“Oh,” you felt the heat in your cheeks rising when you heard Ryomen’s voice, “Well if it isn’t my pretty little wife finally coming to visit me hm?” He was behind you, his left arm lazily wrapped around your waist the right around your shoulder so his hand could hold your jaw, he turned your face to look back and up at him. His eyes were lidded and smiled down at you, “Ryomen…” he moved in closer, his lips ghosting over yours, “y/n.” He closed the gap kissing you, he could feel the way you broke out and smiled against his lips, it made him crack his own smile when you tried to hold back your giggles. You were so happy to be able to see him after so long, “Ryo.” You pulled away and he frowned slightly looking at you, “what- LET GO OF HER-“
All you saw was Sukuna grabbing Yuji’s fist and throwing him and sending him flying into the liquid a distance away. “Oh Yuji..”
you were ortho’s best friend.
that’s what idia thought for the most part. not that it bothers him much, please continue to be. he has never seen his little brother happier, the excitement in his voice melting his heart. two of his favorite people getting along well, this must be what heaven felt like. wish he could get there too.
“we have tons of CDs and old movies back at our dorm too!” ortho smiles, chatting away with you at a desk. “really? what kind of movies?” you ask, smiling and listening intently as he lists the movies one by one. you could barely keep track of them all! idia felt a small smile tug at his lips, admiring the view before inventively snapping back out of it.
“idia, i still believe it is your turn.” azul clears his throat, pointing to the board game on the table. “o-oh yeah, right.” he stammers, drawing a card and performing the said action. it could just be him, but idia could swear azul looks much more smiley than usual today. creepy.. he’s not even winning.
“fufu.. perfect.” he mutters, moving his piece on the board. oh yeah, definitely creepy. “uhm, azul.. you’re literally losing right now.. not something to be proud of, yknow.” idia states bluntly, taking his turn. “i am well aware, but thank you for your kind words, idia.” azul responds sarcastically.
it was a little back and forth, but eventually idia won the game. board game club ended a little earlier than they both had anticipated. “done already?” you ask, hopping off of the desk. “i don’t think azul was really trying, but a win is a win.” idia shrugs, a smug smile on his face. “yes, yes, congratulations idia. i must say i am impressed.” azul cuts in, standing between the both of you.
“prefect! just the person i was looking for,” he smiles charmingly, much to idia’s small annoyance. “mostro lounge is planning a movie night before winter break, and i was wondering if you’d like to test watch our projector?” azul proposes, leaving you confused. “huh? can you repeat that?” you ask, tilting your head.
“would you like to watch a movie in the mostro lounge this evening? we need to test our projector, and you are perfectly suited for this job!” he beams, making you skeptical. “what’s the price?” anyone and everyone knows better than to take an octavinelle students words at face value. there’s always a string attached, but you need to find out what. “the price is you get to watch a movie in the mostro lounge nor free of charge, and in return i receive the feedback you provide.”
“really?!” you and idia shout in unison, startling azul for a moment as you raised your voices. “of course, i’ll be there alongside you! it’ll be just the two of us.” he grins, holding his hand out for a handshake. “damn.. free movies is hard to pass up.” you mumble, thinking about it for a moment. this seems sketchy.. but after a stressful day.. maybe.
in the nearby corner, ortho could see the look in his brothers eyes. jealousy. taking a quick scan of the room, his brothers heart rate was at an all time high! it doesn’t even beat that much during PE! even scanning azul’s heart rate, it was just like idia’s. so that’s how it is.. if idia liked you.. then..
you’d be his older sibling-in law? that sounds AMAZING! but wait. if azul is asking you out to a movie right now, that could monopolize the chances of you being his cool in law! we can’t have that! time for cupid to intervene. ortho. ortho is cupid.
“sounds pretty fun..” you mumbled as you assessed your options. “i got movies too yknow.” idia pouts, muttering phrases under his breath. “im sorry, what was that, idia?” azul asks, raising his brow. “he said we should tag along, too!” ortho interjects, startling azul. “i beg your pardon?”
“that’s actually a great idea!” you smile at the now energetic ortho, not noticing a grumbling octopus next to you. “i apologize, but this deal is for the prefect only..” azul sighs, trying to keep the act. “that’s fine. we can pay to get in. plus, ignihyde dorm is known for its tech expertise!” ortho chimes, seeming innocent when underneath this all he’s just trying to score his brother a date. sorta.
“those are excellent points.. and there’s money involved..?” azul grumbles, gritting his teeth. “ortho, what are you doing?!” idia panics, feeling anxiousness bubble up in his stomach. “didn’t you wanna watch movies with [MC]? im helping! and besides, i wanna spend time with them too.” ortho giggles, giving you a hug.
“aww.. ortho! azul, please let them come along!” you plead, patting ortho’s head while looking at azul sadly. how he hates the way you look at him. putting him in a position where he must accept how could you. “hmmph.. if they’re willing to pay the toll, then perhaps..” he gives in, crossing his arms with a pout. “yay! you hear that idia! we’re watching movies together!” you point, putting him on the spot.
“c-cool, i guess.. hopefully it’s not some trash movie..” idia throws you a thumbs up, standing near the desk awkwardly as you and ortho celebrated. azul felt disappointed. another plan of his foiled, job well done. he can’t resist you! it’s killing him! he even selected a scary movie for this occasion! you have to be joking!
it was all perfect too.. with you visiting the board game club and all. he should’ve waited for idia and ortho to leave but he got excited. curses! they even offered money just to go! “i’ll see you later this evening, prefect! idia, ortho, you too. please hand the necessary payment at the door.” he smiles, walking out the door swiftly.
“hey azul, why are ya looking so pissed today?” floyd asks, watching as the housewarden laid on the couch extremely still. “his date plans have been foiled. truly tragic.” jade answered, not sounding empathetic in the least. “shrimpy is hot on the market, yknow. nice try but ya gotta do better than that, chief.” floyd states bluntly, poking azul’s sides. “enough! both of you out, now!” he suddenly rises, pointing to the door of the VIP lounge.
“we’ll get the lounge set up for you then. floyd, let’s leave azul to his tantrum for now.” jade chuckles, walking by towards the exit. “i am NOT having a tantrum.” he groans, seeing as the twins cackled before they left. such lovely right hand men. how supportive of them. this is bad. diving deeper into it, what if you liked idia back? dated him? married him? start a family?!
the panic is overwhelming! he has to win your heart by tonight or he can kiss his happy ending goodbye. you’re already close to ortho, which is already a lose on his part. he is playing matchmaker, which means his current enemy isn’t idia.. it’s ortho. that damn robot! very well, two can play at that game. with this horror movie, you’ll be crawling up to him and screaming with fear. he’ll watch ortho and idia stare with a bitter glare as you cozy up to him. (delusional)
he’s going to win your heart, no matter what. whether you’re a machine, human, beastmen, whatever, nothing is going to stand in his way.
he actually cried during the movie and nestled up to you but shhhhh. (idia and ortho were smugly glaring, but also lowkey annoyed).
(self indulgent. Look away!!)
“So, your plans after this?”
the question had caught you off guard so you quickly look up to Sargent, the quietness of the hide out almost enough to suffocate you. So you give a dull laugh, “Wash up? Get dinner.”
Kyle rolled his eyes and nudged your boot with his, “The war, silly.”
“Oh. It’s stupid.”
the blunt and quick answer made his face contort and he gave a dull laugh, “Soap wants to start a boxing club, can’t think yours will be worse than that.” Your eyes look out of the landscape barely hidden by the thin price of plastic protecting you from the sandstorm and your breath faltered, “No. I mean…it’s stupid.”
“can’t be that bad.” He looked so honest in his attempt to get you to open up, so when you seemed to relent a ghost of a smile came over his face.
“don’t laugh,” you begin slowly, moving to sit differently, “i…I wanna be mom. I wanna bake and I wanna go grocery shopping, and I wanna fix the broken hearts and skinned knees and I want to help them grow up and I want to see the people they become, I want to support them, and love them through the pain and it’s stupid.” You finish with a laugh and look down, “A waste of talent right? Went to all of that schooling for nothing? I get it, and I know it won’t happen.”
there was a long silence and he spoke, “It’s not stupid. You’re the best shot aside from LT but hell it’s your life and there’s no difference.”
“it’s a waste.”
“of what?”
“the money for school, the effort I’ve given to get to this position, I’ve fought every step of the way to get here and the fact I want to throw it away is…it’s stupid, like I said.”
He seemed dumbfounded, “You’re not throwing anything away. If a mechanic becomes a doctor did they throw away all their years as a mechanic? If a swimmer plays football are they no longer a swimmer? The idea that the person you were before something vanishes is idiotic. If anything you’re ensuring that your children will have a safe future, and I think that’s damn noble.”
hell of a time to start crying, you sniffle up your reaction and turn your head away. “Anyway, what about you? What are your plans?”
“Honest? And don’t laugh?”
you give a chuckle and wipe your eyes, “Cross my heart.”
“Follow you around like a lost puppy dog.”
“Nuh huh.”
“Yuh-huh-“
(Literally if this gets even one not or comment I will consider that a win. I…have no words, um, just a self indulgent piece :p toodles!!)
could you do like a bookworm kinda quiet reader with E42 Miles?????
I Always Got You, Got That?
Characters: E42!Miles Morales x Fem!reader
Genre: Fluff
Summary: Going on an impromptu bookstore shopping run. (Requested) Thanks for the request sweets 🖤
Warning: none :)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
While sipping your coffee, you continued to walk throughout the mall when you spotted the bookstore. It was practically calling your name but you didn’t have enough money and you already took too much from Miles.
You weren’t exactly sure about what his job actually is, but he made a lot of money from doing that. So realistically he wouldn’t have a problem with you asking but you didn’t wanna seem like some gold-digger. Your mama raised you better than that.
“You wanna go in there?” Miles asked you. He caught you eyeing the place but was confused as to why you didn’t go in.
“Oh, no. We don’t have to go on and it’s probably boring for you,” you answer and turn back around.
“Nah, nah.” He takes your hand and starts pulling you into the store. “If you wanna go in, then go in. And don't worry about the price, you know I always got you.”
“But you already spent a lot on me,” you argue. And he has. Last week, he took you on a date to a fancy restaurant and the week before that a concert to see your favorite artist. Both of those were extremely expensive and you felt guilty about it when you searched up the prices.
“Because as my girlfriend, you deserve to be spoiled. It’s how I show my love.” He gives you a playful pout and comes closer to you, “Are you gonna stop me from showing you how much I love you?”
“Of course not,” you're quick to say.
He gives you a smirk, “Good.” He drags you into the store, “Now shop to your heart’s desire, okay?”
You nod and go deeper into the store. You pick up some books that caught your eye and put them back because they didn’t interest you as much as the others. You weren’t that greedy.
Little did you know Miles was behind you and picking the books back up to buy them. He watched as you went around the store, going into different sections; YA, Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Romance, etc.
Miles loved seeing you smile as your fingers glided on the book spines, he loved the way your eyes lit up as they read the summary of the book. He loved how you talked so passionately about the books you’ve read and are planning to read. The ones you loved with all of your heart and the ones you hate with every fiber of your being.
You turned around to see Miles carrying a stack of books that pales in comparison to the ones you have in your hand. When you looked closer, it was every book that you liked but put back.
“Miles…” you narrow your eyes at him and walk back to meet up with him. “Why are you picking up these books? I didn’t take you for a fan of romance.”
“1, don’t put me into a box and 2, you can’t carry all these books so I’m carrying them for you. That’s why you put them back because they were getting heavy,” he explains and lies without any shame knowing damn well that’s not the reason.
“Now Miles.” You say and stare up at the ceiling to combat the incoming headache. He doesn’t have to keep spending all this money on you.
“Hey.” Miles called out to you and lifted your head by your chin to meet his eyes. “Listen I told you this before and I will tell this until you get it through that pretty little head of yours, hermosa. My money is yours, okay. You need something you got, you want something you got. I’ve always got you, got that?”
He was being so intense about this which was unusual for him since he’s probably the most nonchalant guy you knew. You suspected there was more to this issue, but you decided not to push it. With being a nonchalant, Miles is also not the most emotionally vulnerable person in the world.
You give him a smile, “Okay then, don’t come crying when I drain your bank account.” You turn to continue shopping, being more liberal in your choosing. And where do you put all the books you pick up? Right in Miles’ hand.
He chuckles at your response and carries the mounting books with ease, “Trust, you won’t hear a peep outta me.”
(masterlist)
Tumblr media
Simon “Ghost” Riley
“Simon,” you almost yell through the kitchen. You’re on tippy toes, trying to reach for that one mug but it was just out of your reach.
You huff, giving up and start to nervously tap your fingers against the counter. “Simon,” you call for him again and suddenly a pair of arms wrap around your stomach.
You shriek, flinching at the sudden touch. “What’s it lovie?” he asks, amusement clear in his voice. He presses a gentle kiss to your neck.
“Can you hand me that mug,” you clear your throat, trying to hard not to get flustered. He knew how he was able to throw you off at any moment.
“What mug?” he asks, his hands leaving your waist, wandering down to grab your hips.
“That one,” you tell him, your finger pointing into its direction. “I need it so measure the rice,” you explain to your boyfriend, turning around to face him.
He smirks down at you while his arm reaches for that damn mug, caging you in against the counter. You swallow. Shit, he had power over you…
Simon places the mug besides you, that shit eating smirk not leaving his face. You raise your eyebrow, more than aware of the fact that he was planning something.
And then he lifts you up, his hands wrapping around your thighs with ease. You wrap your arms around his neck to steady yourself and let out a yelp.
“Simon!” you then scowl at him. “I told you not to pick me up!” He places you on top of the counter and pulls you in for a kiss before answering your question.
“I know. I don’t care,” he mumbles, his mouth trailing down your neck, his hands playing with the hem of the shirt you were wearing—his shirt.
“I’m heavy Si,” you say in a pressed voice, well aware of your weight at that moment. “You could hurt yourself,” you continue but he stops kissing your neck and looks in your eyes.
“Ya ain’t heavy t’ me.” He slightly tilts his head, confused by your statement. “‘nd I ain’t gon’ injure myself fr’m carryin’ ya.” He pulls you in for another kiss.
He knew your insecurities and he wanted to do his best to take them away from you. He even started training with heavier weights in the gym to be able to hold and carry you.
He ain’t gonna let you walk around like you weren’t his one and only love and girlfriend. You deserved to be spoiled, just like any other girlfriend or wife.
You want to open your mouth to say something but he silences you with another kiss. “Y’know what?” he humbles. “Gon’ carry ya ‘round the flat just t’ prove ya wrong.”
You wanted to complain but he didn’t let you. He picked you up again, urging your legs to wrap around his waist and then he left the kitchen.
He would show you that any man could, if he wanted to.
John Price
“Hey Sweetheart,” John mumbles as he leans down to press a kiss to your lips.
You sit on the couch, legs tugged under your body. “Hi,” you return the kiss, your hand immediately finding its way to his cheek.
“How was work?” you ask in a gentle voice as he sits down beside you and leans against your body. You start playing with his hair and he lets out a satisfied hum.
“Though,” he mumbles, his eyes closed already. “How was yours?” he then asks in return while his hand finds the way onto your thigh. He starts to gently caress it with his thumb.
You purse your lips before you answer. You promised you’d be honest with him. “Been getting some dumb comments again,” you quickly say, hoping he’d just take it but you already knew he wouldn’t.
No matter what, John always defended you and told you to ignore what other people told you.
You normally tried to take that advice but life was hard as a plus-sized woman, who was also short. You practically got shit from everyone.
“Don’t listen to them, Sweetheart!” John immediately tells you, his grip on your thigh slightly fastening. “They don’t know what they’re talking about.”
You let out a small chuckle at his enthusiasm. “You think so?”
He huffs, turning his head to look up at you. “I don’t think. I know. You’re my wife for a reason, no?” He starts to smirk as he leans up to kiss you.
You deepen the kiss and before you can even blink he pulls you into his lap, your legs on either side of his hips.
“Am gonna suffocate you,” you mumble between kisses as his hands wander to your hips to squeeze them.
“Bullshit,” he breathes out, pulling your hips down so you’re really sitting on his laps. “I’m a grown man. You ain’t gonna hurt me with anything.”
You grin into the kiss, pulling his closer to you with your arms around his neck. “Have I ever told you I love you?” you ask him after ending the kiss, leaning your forehead against his.
“Everyday…” he whispers, hugging your close. “And everyday I find myself loving you more than the day before…”
From a great power comes great responsibilities
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Wandanat x Bioquake x Bobbi x reader
Plot: Reader goes beyond her limits with her powers to help others (exhausts her powers)
TW: death for a moment(?)
It all happens so fast that you don't realize it until the building starts collapsing over your heads. You see a chunk of concrete the size of a car fall on top of you, and before your brain can connect, your body acts on instinct, carrying you, Daisy, and Bobbi out of the building. You concentrate on teleporting all three of you, intact, inside the quinjet where Jemma, Natasha and Wanda are running the operation, or at least, were before everything went to hell.
You land on the floor of the plane with a thud, falling forward and coughing hard to expel the dust that has filled your lungs. You glance at your girls making sure they are okay and then, you cross your arms to teleport again but Natasha's hand on your left arm stops you.
"Don’t even think about it, everything is collapsing, you can't teleport in there. It is suicide and you are not going to save anyone if you are dead, do you understand me?"
You swallow, watching the building collapse, and so, with a small smile on your lips, you lean toward Natasha and kiss her. It lasts a few seconds and she is distracted enough to let go of her grip on you.
"I'm sorry but I have to do this," you whisper and then, you close your eyes and feel the earth vanish from under your feet. You focus on the 'one safe place inside the building that you know with absolute certainty will not collapse. The beauty of a secret Hydra base was the bunkers, after all. Those crazy fucking Nazis had thought that sacrificing at least a hundred of their own people was a fair price to pay to take out three S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, and they had blown up the load-bearing walls of the building with a simple and very trivial click. Nazis, they never change.
When you open your eyes again and realize you are not dead or under some boulder, you gloat internally and mentally thank Natasha for forcing you to learn the floor plan of that base. You remember perfectly her stern look when she had presented you with the mission and forced you to learn every single detail by heart. At that moment you had hated it but now...now you really wanted to kiss her.
You raise your hands in the air when you notice a score of soldiers pointing their guns at you, hiding behind them their "incentives," as Hydra liked to call them. Wives, husbands, children, mothers and fathers hid behind those men and women in black with a crest that did not belong to them.
"It's okay, I just want to get you out of here. I can teleport you all but in multiple groups."
You curse yourself internally, you know you'll never be able to take this much effort, the last time you tried to teleport five people together you fainted and were unconscious for six hours you can't even imagine what would happen with forty, including soldiers and families.
You take a deep breath and think quickly about how you can take everyone out of there. The floor under your feet trembles and just as the children begin to cry, the earpiece in your ear comes alive.
"Y/n, damn it, Daisy can't hold it much longer...you have to get out of there, do you hear me? The structure won't hold much longer" Bobbi yells in your ear and you nod, well aware that she cannot see you, before giving her a verbal response.
"I'm trying honey, thanks for the advice though."
You mumble sarcastically, no longer listening to what your girlfriends are shouting at you over the comms and focusing instead on getting the people in front of you to safety. The soldiers lower their weapons and pull off the bands on your arm, throwing them to the ground.
"Are there others in the base?"
"They're all dead, ma'am" the lieutenant, or who you think is the lieutenant, answers you by looking around as if to confirm what she just said. Your stomach clenches at the thought of all those people who died for a cause they didn't even believe in but you quickly shake off that feeling, you don't have time for it. You quickly count them, noting that there are twenty-five of them before thinking about how to get them all out of there safely.
"So… I can take all the children outside."
You point to the little ones; some of them are crying while others are looking at you with wide, fearful eyes but charged with the same admiration and hope with which a child looks at his favorite superhero. There are nine children but you can make it, they are worth four times one adult, right? You can even take four adults with you, then; you have to do it, you won't have the strength to make three more trips, you are sure.
You gather them around you and have each of them touch arms or legs, depending on where their little hands reach, and do the same with the four women, two old and two young, who accompany them. As they say, women and children first.
"Y/n, we have set up a camp out here, four hundred meters from the base in a southwesterly direction."
-What the hell is the South?" you think, before shrugging your shoulders and closing your eyes. The feeling of the floor vanishing beneath your feet is not something you will ever get used to, if you have to be honest. You hear the children scream, whether from excitement or fear you can't tell, and then, in less than a second, you find yourself at that poorly set up base camp Jemma told you about a few seconds ago. A little dizziness forces you to lean on the ground, on the hot sand beneath you, and small drops of blood color the grains beneath your fingers. You raise your hand, reaching up your nose and finding the source of the bleeding. Children are being rounded up by an officer but you fail to recognize him as your girlfriends run toward you. Jemma has a first aid kit in her hand, but before she can set about playing cheerful surgeon with you, you scan to the side, staggering on your own feet.
"I'm fine, I've got to get back in there."
"You can't stand y/n, you can't-"
You frown, noticing only in that moment that Daisy is not there with all of you.
"Where's Dee?"
"She fainted, tried to absorb as many shocks as possible. She's collapsed y/n and that's also what's going to happen to you if you continue, you're already in a very bad way."
Jemma lifts your head, causing your gazes to cross and looking critically at your pupils and the nosebleed that doesn't seem to have any intention of stopping coming out. You back away a few steps, looking into their eyes.
"Go to Daisy, I'll take care of this," you say and then disappear again.
You repeat the same process as before, surrounding yourself with six soldiers and watching the remaining six.
"I will come back for you, I promise."
And as you disappear into thin air, another tremor shakes the ground.
The landing is more abrupt this time. Your heart beats so weakly that you feel as if oxygen is not getting to your brain. Contrary to what you expected, Natasha grabs you by the arms before your face can splat on the scorching sand. You struggle to stay awake and if so out that you don't even notice Daisy, pale, sweaty, and trembling, over the shoulders of the former Russian spy. You blink a few times to focus on the image in front of you and finally the sounds reach your ears again.
"Y/N!"
Natasha shakes you by the shoulders and you awaken from your stupor. The worried gazes of Wanda, Jemma, Daisy, Natasha and Bobbi are fixed on you as Natasha gently lays you on the ground and Jemma places a bottle of water on your lips, helping you drink it. As soon as you remember where you are, you try to sit up but Daisy stops you, simply putting a hand on your chest to keep you down.
"I'm-I'm fine, mm-missing six people-D-I have to an-go."
You stammer, the effort you've put in doesn't even make you able to utter a coherent and clea sentence. Another jolt shakes the floor beneath your feet and Daisy groans in pain, bringing her hands to her head and squeezing her eyes shut. That small advantage allows you to roll over and with an absurd effort you manage to get to your feet and disappear back under their gazes.
When you get to the bunker, the first thing you do is fall to your knees and throw up. You completely empty your stomach under the disgusted gaze of the six soldiers in front of you. You wipe your mouth with your suit, wrinkling your nose at the disgusting taste of vomit in your mouth and leaning against the wall to pull yourself up without passing out. You must hold on a little longer, just a little, and then you can collapse to the ground.
The six soldiers surround you-diligently avoiding the pool of vomit on the ground and the blood that keeps coming out of your nose-and in a moment you are out.
As soon as you hit the sand, you sprawl to the ground. Your cheek scrapes against the sand and this time Natasha is not quick enough to catch you. Jemma drops to her knees next to you, turns you so that your face is facing her but your eyes are closed. She checks your chest and when she notices that the latter does not rise or fall, she checks your pulse before a gasp of terror and fear escapes her lips.
"Bobbi, adrenaline and defibrillator. Now!"
Natasha tilts your head back, her eyes glazed over as she opens your mouth and blows air into your lungs. Jemma begins compressions.
1,2,3,4,5
Nat puts air into your lungs and your chest rises and falls once before falling back inert. Wanda's sobs and Jemma's barely stifled ones are the only sound before a crack makes your girls nauseous.
"It's okay, it happens during compressions," Jemma's voice trembles as she says it and then, she performs another round of compressions. Your arms burn but that pain is nothing compared to the dull ache that is burning in your chest at that moment.
1,2,3,4,5
Natasha forces your chest up again and then Bobbi arrives with defibrillator and adrenaline in hand. She is sweating and her heart is racing. She has never run so fast in her entire life.
"Bobbi, take my place."
Jemma continues with compressions, then, on her go, Bobbi gets in place and follows her own rhythm.
"Come on rockstar, it's not your time yet, come on."
Bobbi's breath barely hides the tremor in her voice but not the tears that line her cheeks. It takes two defibrillator shocks before your heart starts beating again.
"Oh my God" Wanda bursts into tears, leaning over your face and gently kissing your forehead, brushing a few strands of sweaty hair off your face.
"Good, you did great love" Natasha whispers, taking your hand in her own as Bobbi laughs from relief.
Daisy instead stands by, frowning, and Jemma is the first to notice.
"Dee, what's wrong?"
Daisy looks at you and then, nods.
"Something's wrong, her heart, it doesn't have the usual vibes, non-"
And then, your heart stops beating again.
"Fuck, Bobbi give me the adrenaline."
Jemma Simmons never swears but there are always exceptions.
Jemma performs two more rounds of compressions before injecting adrenaline into your chest. She hooks you up to one of the monitors that Fitz had devised a few months earlier, at the request of the biochemist, for just such situations, and when he sees that the line remains flat, his heart, too, seems to stop for a few seconds.
Your body is shaken by the shock emitted by the defibrillator; it arches upward and then falls back to the sand as hard as a puppet whose strings have been suddenly dropped. The line remains flat and Jemma's tears now gush without limit.
"No no, Jem you have to try again. She can't, she can't..."
Wanda bursts into tears, looking at your lifeless body lying on the ground. Natasha punches the ground with such force that the crack that can be heard echoing cannot mean anything good. Bobbi cries as she takes the former Russian spy's hand and gives her a look. Anything not to think about what just happened.
"No, it doesn't end like that."
"Daisy...she-"
Daisy takes your lifeless body in her hands, shaking it by the shoulders.
"Do you understand me? You can't fucking die, you can't. You promised us, you stubborn idiot, you promised us!"
The Inhuman hits your chest hard, her fist closed, and without her really being able to control what she's doing, a powerful jolt goes through your chest and crashes against the ground, creating a small crack beneath you, and then, the flat line of the monitor disappears, replaced by regular little roller coasters.
"W-what?" Daisy whispers, sitting on the floor suddenly much more tired than before from the effort she has just made. Jemma hurries to personally check your pulse and when she feels the pulse under her fingers, a shuddering breath of joy leaves her lips.
"I...I think your tremors got her heart beating again Dee."
Jemma does not detach her fingers from your wrist, lulling herself into the sweet sensation of your heartbeat, albeit weak. Wanda covers her face, bursting into tears, and the other girls also let out a liberating cry, releasing all the tension and fear they had felt up to that moment.
...................................................................................................
Your body takes five days to heal just enough to open your eyes. You realize you are in the Quinjet's medical capsule within seconds, by now you have been there so many times over the years that you know the smallest details: the familiar beeping sound of your heartbeat, the red button to call Jemma just below the lamp behind the back of the bed, the IV that feeds drugs into your veins, and the glass from which Jemma checks that you are not doing anything the doctor has forbidden you to do. A little unfair of her since she is the doctor. You feel as if a truck has hit you and then a car has run over you to complete the job. You raise your hand to scratch your nose but the oxygen mask prevents you from doing so so you squeeze it between your fingers to remove it but just as you are about to do so, a hasty knock against the clear glass causes you to smile a small smile of exasperation. Even before you turn around, in fact, you already know that you will see your beautiful doctor on the other side. To your surprise, however, she is not alone.
"You just woke up and already you want to take off your mask, I have no words really. Who is the doctor here? You have to do what I tell you if you want to get better, between you and Dais I really don't know who is worse."
Jemma admonishes you and you blush, feeling like a child being scolded by his parents.
"Hey, what do I have to do with this now?" Daisy pouts before slinging herself into your arms. You can't help but notice that his forearm is completely bandaged. When he notices where your gaze points, the Inhuman shrugs.
"It was worth it."
She slides the mask off your face, kissing you with so much passion and love that it leaves you breathless for a few seconds before the Inhuman promptly rushes to slip the mask back over your face.
"You scared us malyshka" Natasha approaches you and her plastered hand makes you frown. The Russian blushes, and for some reason you realize you don't really need to ask her how she broke her hand. Wanda caresses your cheek, leaving a tender kiss on your forehead.
"How are you feeling detka?"
"I'm just a little tired but I'm fine; exactly what happened?"
Their faces darken and that joy you had seen quickly fades.
"You collapsed, your heart couldn't take the strain, and we had to revive you twice." Bobbi's voice trembles as she says this and you reach out your hand toward her; the blonde grabs it and intertwines your fingers, turning a small smile to you.
"You were really a rockstar but if you do that again, I think we might actually kill you."
"Oh yes, don't think we haven't thought about what punishment to give you. Besides not being able to use your powers for at least four months-"
"What? Four months? But that's an eternity-" you jerk back to your seat, removing your mask and immediately regretting it as your vision blurs and the pain in your ribs increases exponentially, so much so that you lean to the right and vomit into the only thing you can grab.
Jemma strokes your back while Wanda holds your hair as you empty the meager contents of your stomach. As soon as you finish, you are so weak that dizziness takes over and your head falls back forward. If it weren't for Wanda, your face would be splattered against the floor. Jemma casts a glance at the heart monitor, and the value it reads makes your heart beat so fast you're afraid your chest might explode. She puts on your oxygen mask and then checks your vitals again.
Your pupils roll back, and as you fall helpless into Wanda's arms, the Sokovian panics a little.
"Hey, hey, detka wake up."
Wanda taps your cheeks but the only thing that changes is the further lowering of your heart rate.
"Jem, what's going on?" Daisy strokes your face, putting her hand on your chest to check your heart vibrations.
Jemma rummages through the drawers of the medical capsule and then, at the fifth drawer she ravages for something, she finally finds what she is looking for. In her hands she clutches a small glass case, inside which she glimpses a metal disk less than three centimeters in diameter and less than two centimeters thick.
As soon as she sees this, Bobbi cuts off your suit exposing your bare chest except for the three electrodes and the black bra you are wearing.
Jemma places the diskette on top of your left breast, just above your sternum, and presses the button above it. The disc blends in with your skin, being invisible to the human eye, and your body jerks, before your heartbeat returns to normal. The small jolt causes you to open your eyes and grimace in pain.
"What the hell-" you mutter, reaching out to massage your chest but Jemma stops you before you can.
"Hey, your heart rate was extremely low and I had to put a pacemaker on you. It's not invasive, Fitz designed one that blends in perfectly and doesn't give any problems whatsoever but you'll have to avoid EMPs but you can't take it off love, okay? I think the effort you put in was such that it damaged your heart, and without a peacemaker you could have another heart attack so until we find another solution and until we have done more tests, you can't use your powers."
You nod, squeezing your eyes shut as fatigue takes over.
"Rest now, we're here malyshka."
Natasha leaves a kiss in your hair while Daisy leaves one on your cheek. Jemma dims the lights to allow you to rest and Wanda lies next to you in the crib while Bobbi closes the glass curtains facing outward to give you all some privacy as you fall into dreamland surrounded by your girls.
You don't know it yet but one of those children you saved is going to become one of the best agents S.H.I.E.L.D. has ever had so maybe a slightly battered heart is worth it.
Thank you for reading, I hope you enjoyed it. Leave like, comment and if you like support me on ko-fi. Have a great day!
Rumor Has It
Tumblr media
Series Masterlist
Task Force 141 x Male OC
“Laswell, info, now!” Price thundered over the radio, ducking quickly to avoid losing his head. The comms remained humming with static as the captain cursed it out wildly. Soap and the rest of the 141 crouched at his side, firing over the destroyed wall.
“Watcher-1, do ye copy! We’re fuckin’ losin’ ground over here!” Soap’s Scottish brogue cut through the chaos, his voice tinged with urgency.
“Bravo Six, you are heard. Would you settle for me, sir?” An unknown male voice answered the call, a touch cheeky in his response, the lilt of a Welsh accent unmistakable.
Price slumped a bit in relief, as did Ghost, much to Soap and Gaz’s confusion. “Rumor, good t’hear ya, love.”
“It’ll be even nicer t’see me when I save yer arses, sir. Buildin’ to the left, hug that wall like yer mam and send it into the treeline. Exfil ETA 4 minutes,” Rumor responded, his tone confident, almost teasing.
“Copy that, Rumor, out here.”
The captain signaled his men to follow the instructions, leaving the two younger males beyond confused.
Soap cast a quick glance at Price as they moved, his curiosity getting the better of him. “Who the hell’s ‘Rumor’? And why does Ghost look like he’s about t’kiss the ground in thanks?”
Price kept his focus forward, leading the team as they hugged the wall and made their way towards the designated building. “Rumor’s a bit of a legend around these parts, Sergeant. Operates on his own terms, but when he shows up, things tend t’go our way.”
“Bloody right,” Ghost muttered, his usual stoicism cracking just enough to reveal a flicker of relief. His voice was deep and gruff, his Mancunian accent giving the words weight. “Best damn spook there is.”
Gaz, still processing, chimed in with his London accent, smooth and quick. “You mean he’s not with us? Just drops in when he feels like it?”
Price smirked slightly. “Somethin’ like that. Bit of an odd duck, but when he’s on our side, you can bet your life on ‘im.”
The chatter ceased as they reached the building. Soap peered through a shattered window, scanning the treeline for any movement. “So, what’s the plan here?”
“Rumor’s plan,” Price corrected, moving to the front. “We’re gonna light up that treeline, give ‘im the cover he needs t’get us out of this mess.”
With a nod, Soap and Gaz got into position, weapons at the ready. The minutes felt like hours as they waited for the signal. The tension was thick, the distant sounds of gunfire and explosions making it clear that this was far from over.
Then, as if on cue, a flash of movement caught their eye. A lone figure emerged from the shadows, moving with a fluidity that seemed almost inhuman. Rumor, in the flesh. Dressed in tactical gear that blended seamlessly with the environment, he moved like a ghost—silent, precise, deadly.
“Bravo Six, this is Rumor. Treeline’s clear for now. Move yer arses; we don’t have all day,” Rumor’s voice crackled over the comms, his Welsh accent carrying a note of urgency.
Price didn’t hesitate. “You heard the man, let’s go!”
As they made their way towards the exfil point, Soap couldn’t help but steal a glance at the mysterious figure leading the charge. There was somethin’ about Rumor—somethin’ both familiar and enigmatic. He moved with the confidence of someone who knew exactly what he was doin’, yet there was an air of unpredictability about him that kept everyone on edge.
“Nice t’finally see ya in action, Rumor,” Soap called out as they ran, his words tinged with his Scottish inflection.
Rumor glanced back, a smirk playin’ at the corners of his mouth. “Stick with me, Sergeant, an’ you’ll see plenty more.”
They reached the exfil point just as the chopper descended, the downdraft kicking up dust and debris. Rumor motioned for them to board, covering their six as they scrambled into the helicopter.
As the chopper lifted off, Soap leaned back, catching his breath. “So, what’s the story with you, Rumor? You always drop in like this?”
Rumor shrugged, securing his gear before taking a seat across from them. “Only when you’re in over your heads. Which, judgin’ by today, seems t’be pretty often.”
Gaz chuckled, the tension finally easing. “We’ll take whatever help we can get. But seriously, who are you?”
Rumor met his gaze, his expression unreadable behind the tinted visor of his helmet. “Just a man who likes t’keep things interestin’. Stick around, an’ you might just figure it out.”
Price, watching the exchange, couldn’t help but smile. Havin’ Rumor on their side was like holdin’ an ace up their sleeve—unpredictable, but always a winnin’ hand.
Wonder why he's back.
A Deadly Secret John Price x Vampire Female Reader WC: ~1.5K Summary: You always tried to be good. Normal. But that falls apart the moment John Price finds out what you are. Content Warnings: Talk about blood, Smut, MINORS DO NOT INTERACT, John Price (He's absolutely a warning)
Tumblr media
It had been a secret for a long time. No one fully understood the depth. You had kept up a great plan. Always hiding away on missions, feeding on the bodies of half alive soldiers. Enemies. Never your own. Until one mission, Price saw you get shot. Saw the bullet pierce your flesh. All but running to you, while returning fire. He had to stop the bleeding.
Cursing, he sat beside you, ready to press his hands against the wound, only to find no wound. “I’m okay.” You smiled softly, and got up like it was nothing, running to the evac point.You weren’t hurt, and not once did you falter. He was baffled.
It was a few hours after the evac before you had all actually made it to the base again, and you still hadn’t had any signs of someone who got shot. Price couldn’t understand it. Once everyone was settled in the mess hall that night, Price opted to find out.
He practically cornered you after dinner in the lounge room, and asked very softly if he could speak to you, so as no one else could hear him, and lead you to his office.
You knew exactly what his line of questioning would be, it was what kept you hopping around team to team. Never staying in one place for too long.
But damn it. You didn’t want to keep hoping from team to team anymore! You liked this one. The 141 had become a home, though no one truly knew you, knew the secrets. They treated you like you mattered to them. Each one becoming a friend in their own right.
Johnny was friends with everyone, loud and boisterous, you could be a bit more reserved with him. Kyle had this quiet charm about him, someone you felt like you had known for years before you actually did. Simon was a bit harder to crack, but once you did the bad jokes flowed, and Simon had always been someone to listen to you before asking if you needed solutions, or just to vent. Price was probably the friend you had treasured most. Though, you’d never admit it out loud. He was the protective figure you weren’t aware you needed. Always checking in, and making sure everything was going okay.
Once in the confines of his office, with the door shut tightly, the dreaded conversation started. “I need to understand.” He walked around his desk. You had stationed yourself near the small sofa in the corner of the room, but not sitting. Sitting meant this would be a long conversation, and you didn’t have the stomach for it.
”No, you don’t… you want to. There is a difference, Captain.” You spoke, eyes never leaving the cracked leather.
“Then, help me understand.”
“It’s not that easy.” You began picking at your dry cuticles, calloused skin flaking off.
“It could be.” You felt his eyes, and somehow that made you finicky. It made you want to crawl out of your own skin. Something you very rarely ever felt.
“Can we just let it go? It’s nothing. I didn’t get hurt, didn’t get shot. I’m fine.” You finally had mustered the courage to look up at your superior, only to find him leaning back further in his chair. Thighs spread wide. Arms crossed in front of him, and you cursed yourself for finding him so attractive in that moment.
“No, Sergeant. We can’t let it go. I watched the bullet pierce your flesh. I saw it.” His eyes narrowed, as if he was trying to figure it out before you could tell him.
You really didn’t see any way out of this. But you had to try, one final time. “Please.” You whispered.
John looked at you, not saying anything else, but the resolve in his eyes. You knew he wasn’t going to let up, wasn’t going to let you leave his office, until you told him. You sighed in defeat, before once again turning your attention to the cracked sofa. “I’m not like you. I’m not,” you struggled for the words, “human…”
You didn’t have to see John to know the look of confusion his face most likely expressed. But you powered through, “I’m a vampire. And I know.. ‘They’re not real’. I assure you they are. Assure you that I am one. I,” You took a steadying breath, before fully turning to face him, “I only feed on the enemy. I only feed on the half dead soldiers, that you and the boys leave alive.”
John still didn’t say anything, leaning forward, and grabbing a sharp hunting knife out of his desk. You held your breath, and softly, “what are you doing?”
Finally, he spoke up, “here I thought fresh blood was better.” He believed you, though you had no reason to lie to him, you found yourself relieved. It was, however, short lived.
“Well, it is. That’s why I have to feed more frequently. The blood congeals in the bloodstream if it’s left for too long. Which forces me to have to feed pretty quickly after you make the kill. But I don’t mind!” You, once again found yourself picking at your skin, “Am I going to have to find a new task force…?” Your voice thinned out.
You felt your stomach drop as John admired his knife, before putting it straight up to his hand. “Not if you don’t want to”, came his reply before he applied just the slightest amount of pressure, and opened a wound on his hand. Your mouth ran dry.
John held his hand out to you. You shook your head despite everything in your body screaming at you to go over there. Fangs push their way out of your gums, causing your mouth to slightly shift. “Let me see you. The real you.”
“This is reckless.” This time when your mouth settled, he saw the edge of the fangs poking out.
“You won’t hurt me.” He was so resolute in his statement. He didn’t think you would hurt him, he truly believed it.
“I could.” Your hand slid through your hair. Though you would try your best to not hurt the captain, you couldn’t make any promises. “Will you please stop the bleeding?”
“Your self control should be admired… but I want you to come over here and stop it yourself.” He was bleeding on the carpet. You could hear the little droplets hitting the floor, the sound of air whooshing through your ears, his heartbeat.
“Please.” You slowly took a step towards him.
“That’s it.” You could see the smirk on his face, but all you were focused on was his hand. You continued to advance towards him, saliva pooling in your mouth at how you thought he’d taste. “Just one little bite, dove.”
That had been your nickname, you thought it cruel at the time it was given to you. “No.” You uttered firmly. Taking his hand in yours, you licked a stripe up where the blood had pooled to, due to gravity, all the way to the incision point.
John watched in awe as your saliva had healed the wound almost instantly. You stood to your full height, headed for the door, before he grabbed you.
He pulled you into his lap. Though you didn’t resist very much. It was a trance, it had to have been. Caused by the taste of him. You settled yourself on your knees, straddling the captain. “Take your fill.” His voice washed over you, as his hands settled at your waist.
You just couldn’t help yourself as you sank your teeth into his neck. John let out the most guttural moan you think possible, as his blood, his life line, flowed into your mouth. You didn’t want to take too much… but you needed this. Needed a warm body, as a chill took over yours. He was so willing. He trusted you.
Whimpering, you leaned closer, hands grasping at any part of Price that you could. “That’s it sweetheart..” You could feel his breathing stutter under your hands. ”Shit..” His hands pull you further into him.
“Fuck, that’s it..” You could feel him lean further back, taking you with him. “Good girl…”
You let out a soft moan, you had never been one to get into the feeding. Most of the men you fed on were half dead, but not John. His hands were caressing every square inch of your waist, hips lifting off the chair up into your body. Grinding so softly you wondered if he even realized he was doing it. That’s when it hit you. John Price was getting off on you feeding on him.
“Fuck, dove. Please.” He whined. Deciding to toy with him, if only slightly. You stopped feeding, but left your mouth latched onto his neck, tongue gently licking over the puncture wounds, as he ground against you firmly.
A slight noise of surprise escaped before you started feeding once more. The moans, and soft grunts leaving Price’s lips got louder and louder. Until you felt his entire body tense under you, and then shudder, one final pornographic moan and he relaxed against the chair and you disconnected entirely.
John’s hand caught your wrist before you could fully slide off him. “You’re not going anywhere. Once I get my strength back… I’m repaying the favor.”
Author's note: Okay listen y'all I did not plan on doing this whatsoever. I was in the middle of writing a Graves thing when I got this idea and I knew I just had to get that damn little brain worm out before it ruined my life further. This is gonna be a series!!!!!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The mission had gone wrong. Oh, so horribly wrong. 141 thought they were smart by teaming up with Los Vaqueros again to take down a trafficking ring - “Positive international relations,” Price had called it. “We even got imported muscle.” He grinned, referring to the 6’10” man they had called in, after hearing of his ability to do his job and keep his mouth shut.
 However, the ring had decided on the same tactic, bringing in a nearby cartel to defend their location. Quickly, way too quickly, the group was overwhelmed, frantically phoning in to Laswell for extraction.
“Don’t worry,” She sighed, after directing the seven men to a relatively safe area, the black-tinted SUV already flying gravel. “I have a friend.”
You had just so happened to be the friend. Well, the relative was more accurate, being her sister-in-law. You knew what she did for work, but you never thought she would call on you for help with it.
“Please, (Y/N), it’ll only be for a few days, I swear. A week, tops.” She called you early one November morning. “I wouldn’t ask if it wasn’t important.” And you knew she wouldn’t. The fact was simple: You had lived relatively nearby, and the bed and breakfast you operated and lived in certainly had the facilities to house eight people, and it so happened to be the off-season.
You were eager to accept, happy to help your sister, and it would be nice to have some muscle with the chores that needed done around the property. When the SUV pulled up, you quickly regretted your decision. You had expected a house full of military boys, tearing around like a pack of dogs, but out stepped six of the most attractive men you have ever seen, all completely different, but equally as handsome and rugged. Two were masked, but Christ, were they big anyway. As they loaded packs out of the van, you stepped into the grass, the cold air causing you to draw your cardigan tighter around yourself. When you approached, you kept a safe distance - partly because you didn’t know them, but also because you were afraid that if you got too close, you’d get lost in the intricacies of their faces.
“Hey!” You spoke finally, the rustling of the dying leaves nearly drowning you out. “I’m (Y/N), I hope the trip out wasn’t too awful!” You internally cringed at yourself for giving them the usual spiel you reserved for guests, but continued anyway. “Come on in, all the rooms are pretty much the same, but you can pick, so… that’s something.”
“Ay, don’t worry lass, better by miles than where we’ve been.” One of them finally spoke, casting a friendly grin your way, and you turned quickly to hide the burning on your cheeks.
You were proud of the way your property looked, hidden well off the road in a small forested area, the whole thing had kind of an eclectic feel to it, but you still felt kind of strange leading them into the common area.
“Okay!” You clasped your hands together, and tried to remember that you were only a housing opportunity - they had more important things to focus on. “Well, uh, I’ll stay out of your way as much as I can, but you might see me flitting about here and there. What’s mine is yours.” Some nodded their thanks, others were making quick work of checking their bags for God knows what, and one, the one in a skull mask, merely stared down at you, his large arms crossed on his chest.
Okay… You took that as your cue to leave, and you quickly stepped out the back door, hoping to make progress on your chores before the sun set.
The frigid air felt nearly unbearable compared to how hot you were burning in their presence - you didn’t even realize that you were slightly sweating. With a sigh, you reminded yourself of your responsibilities. Repaint the gazebo, refill and hang the bird feeders, and fix the greenery so everything is in full bloom by summer. Leaves crunched under your step as the half-painted gazebo came into view. You could hear voices coming from your house, a few with different accents, mostly British, but you could pick out a Scottish, a vaguely German, and a couple Spanish lilts. A booming laugh echoed, and you relaxed your tense shoulders at the sound.
“Don’t make me regret this, Kate.” You mumbled as you settled into the grass and popped open a paint can.
She was pretty. It was the first thing Soap had noticed. It looked like she belonged here, in the woods, with the wind blowing her hair and birds singing in her presence. No doubt she kept them well-fed. He had barely listened when she spoke - he was much too focused on how her sweater wrapped tightly around her body, or how her eyes seemed to physically sparkle with curiosity. She had said something, Soap had no idea, but he responded anyway. Something about the drive? The rooms?
“Ay, don’t worry lass, better by miles than where we’ve been.” He answered, stabbing that it was an appropriate response. The way she averted her eyes and a hint of a smile played at the edges of her lips told him that he was successful. When she turned around to lead them into the safehouse, Price gave him a nudge and shook his head ‘no.’ No fucking Kate’s pretty little sister? Might as well ask him to walk on fucking water, next.
She had promised to make herself scarce, and Soap was silently thankful. He didn’t want this woman caught up in what they were doing, and he didn’t want her to know something that could get her in trouble - Laswell would never forgive them. When she left, Alejandro was the first to speak.
“Nobody talk to me about this mission tonight.” He grumbled, and Soap recognized that as a request long ago, based on the way his jaw was clenched nearly the entire drive to the location, muttering what Soap assumed to be expletives every so often. He trudged up the stairs with his bag, Rudy trailing not far behind.
“Right, then.” Ghost spoke, rolling his shoulders and pulling out a map of the enemy facility and laying it on the wood table, and Soap nearly laughed at how out of place it looked. “If they’ve gotten support from that gang, it eliminates them from support from anyone else, and makes them a target to others, not just us.”
“We need to get to them first.” Konig’s hand landed on the map, gesturing vaguely at an entrance. “This was lightly guarded.” Soap stared at the location, before his eyes flitted out the window to see you approaching a gazebo outside, and he itched to get this out of the way.
“Aye, they might reinforce that entrance since they know it’s weak now. Leaves somewhere else open to vulnerability.” Soap strategized, his eyes lingering on how your hands ran through your hair, and JESUS, how did it still look perfect after that? A light thump on the back of his head pulled him out of his thoughts, and he looked back to see Gaz with a raised eyebrow, the corners of his mouth turning upwards.
“No-go, mate. Red zone. Laswell would have your head on a stick.”
“Might be worth it.” Ghost chimed in, following his gaze to the woman.
Price pointed a warning finger to Ghost, his face stony.
“Ghost, stop instigating. Gaz, leave Soap alone. Konig…” He took a breath, considering the man had nothing to do with their antics. “Good job. Soap, I wish I had control over who a soldier decides to sleep with, but I don’t.”
“That girl in Ibiza left a bad taste in your mouth, Cap?” Soap retorted, recalling one of his more infamous hook-ups, and Price laughed loudly.
“Lesson for the inexperienced,” Ghost turned to Konig. “Remember your date’s name or she will throw a knife at you.” Konig shook his head at this, and slung his bag over his shoulder, ready to call it a day.
“Sounds like my kind of woman.”
Soap had already tuned the ribbing out, and when Ghost packed up the plans, he was already tracing your path, walking out the back door to meet you.
A rustling of leaves caused your head to perk up, and you turned to see the one who had spoken to you earlier, a small smile on his face.
“Need any help?” He tilted his head at the gazebo. “More hands make less work ‘n all.” You looked back at your work, having made minimal progress since you began.
“Oh! Yeah, sure. If you want.” You responded, pulling the paint tray out in front of you so he could take the spare paintbrush. A moment of silence passed before he spoke again.
“I’m Johnny. Most of the guys call me Soap, though.”
Soap? The nickname seemed to come out of nowhere, and you crinkled your nose at this.
“Why do they call you that? You shower more than everyone else or something?” He laughed at this, reaching up to cover the underside of a railing in white paint, and you fought to keep your eyes from lingering on his arms.
“Good at cleaning house, love.” Soap corrected you, your lips pursing at the nickname. “How long have you had this place?”
You shrugged, simply happy that he was making conversation with you.
“Coupl’a years. Since I was twenty. Bought it as a dump and flipped it.” He makes a noise of approval and takes a deep breath.
“Your, uh, boyfriend live here with you, does he?” At this, you can’t help but allow a laugh to tear through you, both in recognition of what Soap was doing, and out of pure shock that he was doing it.
“Not sure where my boyfriend lives, I haven’t met him yet. Let me know if you find him, though, yeah?” Soap shook his head.
“I don’t think I will, but thank you for the offer.”
The back and forth with Soap left your head reeling, and you considered your options as you painted in silence. Kate would kill you if she found out, but she doesn’t need to find out. It has been terribly long since you’ve even been on a date, or even had sex for that matter, and Soap certainly isn’t the worst looking man in the world. He clearly had a great body, and you delved down the rabbit hole of how his arms would look pinning your arms above your head, his battle-worn dog tag trailing cold electricity down your chest.
A flash of yellow light pulled you out of your musings, and a firefly landed on your knee. You took a deep breath and turned to Soap, his attention garnered by your sudden movement of waving the small bug away.
“Do you wanna have a drink tonight? With me?” Your face was comically serious, and Soap let out a soft chuckle as he replaced the lid on the paint, taking the brush from your hand.
“Aye.” He stood, sighing a bit at the noise his knees made, and handed you the paint tray.
“I’ll, uh, go put this up and meet you inside.” You offered him a small smile, and his head tilted at you, trying to hide his own.
“Yes, ma’am.”
Soap had to stop himself from running back into the house. Giddiness coursed through him, and he burst through the door to see Gaz, Ghost, and Konig sat in various places around the living room, the TV tuned in to the local news.
“Get the fuck out.” He stated simply, his eyes wide and a dumb grin on his face.
“Pardon?” Ghost barely spared him a glance, and Konig automatically stood, silently confused as to where he was supposed to go. Gaz merely stared up at him.
“I said,” Soap wrapped his hand around Ghost’s bicep and pulled, forcing the man to stand, and Gaz followed. “Get the fuck out.”
“You sendin’ us to bed, then, eh?”
Soap picked up Ghost’s bag for him, and shoved it into his chest, nearly pushing the men up the stairs.
“I am.” He turned to Gaz, his mouth already open to protest, and pointed a finger in his face. “If you fuck this up for me, I will end you.”
The second the three men shut the door to their respective rooms, you stepped back into the house, locking the backdoor behind you.
I raised an eyebrow at the television, and grinned at Soap.
“Did you turn on the news?” I ask, grabbing two glasses and a bottle of wine from cabinets, pouring us both a fairly full glass.
“Yeah, it’s a new form of foreplay.” He laughed, taking a sip. “Learnin’ that we world is shite.”
“Oh, so foreplay is important to you?” And that question was your first step. He glanced at you from across the kitchen island, and you could just see the gears in his mind turning, figuring out the best way to get himself into your bed. Honestly, he could have asked to bend you dead over the kitchen counter, his large hand pulling your hair as leverage as he thrusted into you from behind.
But your imagination always runs wild.
“Mm. ‘S very important.” You cocked your head at his answer, and he shrugged. “I prefer to have a girl simply beggin’ before I even think of finishing.” He took a step around the island, not quite in front of you, but leaning on the side. You sipped your wine again, trying to cover your reaction to his answer, but there was no wine glass big enough to cover how you pressed your legs together, one hand gripping the counter with slightly more force than necessary.
“How do you do that?” It was an effort to keep your tone even , trying not to show how badly he was affecting you.
“Eh.” He set his wine glass down, finger lightly circling the base of the stem. “Usually have ‘em coming a few times before I get my own.”
Holy fuck. You needed Soap, and you needed him bad.
“Ah, so only good reviews then?” Damnit, why is your voice suddenly higher? You cleared your throat to try to get it to return to normal, and the fucking bastard smirked at you.
“So far. Tell me, love.” That damn nickname again. “When was the last time you were fucked?” You opened your mouth to answer, but it didn’t matter as Soap began talking again. “Ah, lemme revise that. When was the last time you were properly fucked? The last time someone had you cryin’, had you just stupid on their cock?”
You were buzzing, shaking slightly at Soap’s vulgar words. His accent got lower, rougher as he spoke, and you could feel your arousal tying a knot in your throat.He simply stared at you, waiting for your answer with a dumb smile on his face, like he already knew.
“Oh, no, don’t tell me…” He began, in mock sympathy. “Never?” You shook your head at him, not wanting to tell him the truth.
In all reality, you’ve never orgasmed with someone else. It was all only you, and you learned quickly not to say this, as all men would try to be the first. Then you’d end the night by lying, and they would go with their egos inflated.
You both stood, the tension in the kitchen more than you could bear, and just as you were about to dismiss yourself for the night, Soap wrapped a hand around your forearm - Not tightly enough to worry you, but just enough so you looked up at him, your faces inches from each other.
“Love, I don’t like to, uh, think I’m all that, y’know?” He cleared his throat. “But I’d like to try. Show some thanks to our host.”
In one last attempt at quieting down your own perverse thoughts, you set your wine glass down, and looked at the floor.
“Ah, you don’t need to thank me Soap.”
“I absolutely do,” He responded immediately. “I really do need to. Nothin’ better than a pretty face while I work.”
You bite the inside of your lip, considering all the ways this could go bad. Every single one was overrun with the way Soap was searching your eyes, silently pleading for you. With a purse of your lips, you poured the rest of your wine down the sink, and smiled.
“Absolutely.”
You barely got the words out before Soap wrapped his arm around your waist and lifted, slinging you over his shoulder and making his way up the stairs, searching for any room that didn’t look like it was already occupied.
“Mine’s on the other end.” You breathed in an effort not to laugh at his eagerness, and he turned on his heels toward a door that was differently painted than the rest. He placed a hand over your head, protecting you from a bump as he ducked through the doorframe, and less-than-gently set you on your bed, locking the door behind him.
When he turned, you didn’t see the sweet man offering to help you with painting, you saw a soldier. A soldier tuned into your every breath, every movement, and every thought. He kneeled in front of the bed, between your legs, and began planting lighter than air kisses on your ankle, untying your shoes and setting them to the side haphazardly.
“Red means stop.” He whispered against your skin, traveling upward to your knee. “Yellow is slow down, green is good. Repeat it.”
“Red is-“ You were cut off by your own gasp as he delivered a light bite to the inside of your thigh before kissing it again, and you could feel him smile against you. “Red is stop. Yellow is slow. Green is good.”
“And where are we now?” He breathed against the spot right where your thigh met your most sensitive area, and you felt your stomach jump.
“Green. So, so green.” A whimper escaped you, and Soap tsked, like he was about to scold you.
“Stay quiet, lass.” Teased Soap, as he slid your shorts down, along with your underwear, and he whistled lowly. “A Chriosd ann an ifrinn, seall ort, a nighean bhòidheach.” And with that, he licked one long, thick strip up your cunt, dipping down to tease your hole with his tongue. Soap was eating you out like a man starved, and you were obsessed.
Light, breathy moans left you, ever so aware of how quiet everything else was.
“Tell me what feels good, love.” He punctuated his command with a nip to your thigh, pulling your mind out of the pleasure-induced haze. His tongue traveled through your folds, eyes trained on you to see your reaction to his ministrations. Soap’s lips wrap around your clit, fingers toying with your soaking entrance, and it felt like all rational thought had left you. You didn’t care about who exactly was between your legs, nor if his team could hear your desperate mewls.
The pressure inside you was building, and your movement was strange - trying to wriggle away from the incessant barrage against your clit, and trying to grind impossibly closer to Soap’s lips, and by his huff, it was clear he had enough of that. One large arm wrapped around a thigh, his other pressing down on your abdomen, and the only noise Soap could muster was a few low groans as he continued devouring you.
The knot inside you was getting tighter and tighter, and it felt like it was going to snap any second. A split moment of panic ran through you as your back arched off the bed, Begs and cries tumbling out of your lips before you could think of them.
“Soap, please, please.” You cried, hands aching from gripping the sheets. “Please don’t stop, please…” Staying true to your direction, Soap was unrelenting against you, the combination of his sucking, biting, and licking at your clit had dizzy spots appearing in your vision. With one hard push on your abdomen, and a particularly slow drag of his tongue at your entrance, you felt that snap, and you finally understood why it was called the Little Death.
Your mind had gone completely blank, mouth open in a silent scream, and your thighs clamped around either side of Soap’s head, where he still had yet to stop drinking you. It felt like your heart had even stopped beating, until the pounding was heard in your ears. As Soap continued, you felt your body lurch upwards, fingers tangling in Soap’s hair until he finally looked up at you, his hand coming back to slide a finger into you.The sudden intrusion forced a gasp from you, and he gently kissed your thigh, where you noticed the ache that predates a bruise.
“How we doin’, love? We okay?” His voice was impossibly sweet, a complete 180 to how he just made you feel. You nodded, despite feeling like every single sense in your body had been blown out. His finger continued sliding in and out of you, your walls pulsing around him.
“Green.” You confirmed breathily, and he smiled a wolfish grin before adding a second digit into you, his pace quickening. A quick flash of aggravation and desperation coursed through you, and you knew how to get exactly what you wanted.
You looked down at him, eyebrows upturned in a pleading look, and your doe-eyes were working overtime.
“Please, Soap, just fuck me.” You said, voice higher and more gentle than you thought it would come out, and he groaned, rolling his head against your leg. His fingers took on a ‘come here’ motion, and your eyes rolled in the back of your head at the feeling.
“Ah, I know what you want. You want these…” Soap planted a kiss on your thighs, interrupting his own speech. “God, these pretty thighs pinned behind your head, taking me so well, takin’ me so good.” He looked absolutely pussydrunk, his eyes darting between your eyes and his fingers, tsking and offering a slight noise of false sympathy when a tear rolled down your cheek. Your walls pulsed around his fingers, and you could feel that fire building inside of you again. “Christ, love, you wanna come again, huh?” You nodded furiously at his question, one hand coming up to absentmindedly play with your tits. A bright look crossed Soap’s face, and while his hands continued, his mouth met your hands.
His lips wrapped around your nipple, and before you could think, he bit down - the orgasm that crashed through you was stronger than the last, and the muscles in your thighs screamed from being clenched so tightly. You felt his fingers work their way out of your pussy, hissing at the feeling of your walls clenching around nothing.
“You want me to fuck you now, pretty thing?” His face was almost smug as he climbed up on the bed, one hand going to your lower back to effortlessly raise you, and he peppered light kisses on your sweat-covered face. Of course you want him, how could you not? Your body was buzzing with the aftershocks of two orgasms, and here he was, lining himself up with you.
“God, yes, please.” You breathed, hands coming to rest on his back. Soap brought his lips down next to your ear, sending another shock straight to your core.
“Beg better.” He punctuated his command by rubbing his cock through your folds, and you twitched when the head ground against your already sensitive clit. Beg better? Fuck you, Soap.
You took his face in your hands, forcing him to look at you and, hopefully, how serious you looked.
“Fuck me, Soap. Now.”
The simple instruction was all it took for him to push inside you, and it was like it activated something in him - Soap simply could not shut up.
“Ach, mo Dhia, tha thu a 'faireachdainn cho foirfe timcheall orm. So perfect.” He planted a kiss to your temple. “So perfect, my pretty girl.”
You brought your lips up to his neck, kissing the curve where it meets his shoulder, and his babbling only continued as his cock dragged against nearly every nerve, your broken moans echoing through your room. God, his slow pace was nearly agonizing, you wanted more, you needed more. It was like Soap read your mind as he paused, hooking your knees above his shoulders, effectively pinning you into the mattress. He flashed you a wicked grin before he began his jackhammer pace, and this new position had him reaching impossibly deep inside you.
A vague, low ache began in your abdomen every time he bottomed out, his head kissing your cervix every single time. The depth combined with his pace, his groaning and endless praise in your ear - it felt like it was all culminating in a perfect storm, one that was threatening to break down every fibre of your being.
“Fuck, Soap, I’m going to-” You interrupted yourself with a low, hoarse groan, your admission only spurring him on as he replaced his hold on your knees with his hands.
“Look at me, love, I wanna see it, I wanna see you.” His stuttering hips told you he was in the same spot as you, and you both were not going to last much longer. “Come for me, pretty girl.” He growled, and that was all it took for you.
Your legs shook uncontrollably as you released around him, and your ending brought his own on. Curses left him lips as he buried himself inside you, collapsing next to you.
“Ach, come ‘ere.” He breathed, reaching his arm out to hook around your waist and pulling you to him, one leg wrapping around his waist. One hand rested on your jaw, planting kisses on your forehead, cheek, anywhere he could get access to. Your body felt numb, and you knew he stayed true to his word - you were fucked absolutely stupid. You wanted to talk, you wanted to ask where this left you? Would you ignore that this happened? Would it recur? Would he tell his team about it? You wanted to ask, and yet you didn’t - The song of crickets and his heartbeat was a lullaby, and one that you couldn’t fight.
The snare of sleep overtook you as your heart rate evened out, and only one thought was on your mind before you gave up the fight for consciousness:
You really fucking hope you don’t regret this.
