bought a flute cleaning kit and i’m looking at the materials included and wow. this is stuff that probably hasn’t touched my flute in 40+ years..
#my mom played it in college then i started playing in 4th grade and since then i have had exactly one cleaning tool for it#that being the metal rod included in the case + handkerchiefs borrowed from my grandfather#i don’t even have the handkerchiefs anymore since my grandda passed away. and there’s nothing u can do with just the rod#anyway the flute will be so clean now. and maybe play better we’ll see
