Edit: I’d like to highlight again that this is not an apologist post. This is a post pointing out despite leading pretty similar paths, Aaravos is the one expected to carry the absolute responsibility compared to figures like say Sol Regum and Avizandum who were known to bully, oppress and slaughter (innocent)humans. The parallels between Thunder and Aaravos are particularly intriguing when you consider they both lost children and made people pay for it be it directly or not, but we still don’t see the dragons as being in the wrong.
