#tryna plan my birthday cakeee#i wanna do smthn Interesting#last year i didnt have a ton to work with so i did peanut butter chocolate butterscotch marshmallow#year before i did spiced lime shortbread + pistachio mousse + rose buttercream#and before THAT i did champagne cake + icing w mascarpone and candied ginger filling#as well as each layer having a different jam#and lemon marshmallow as decor. it was great#maybe ill do lavendar......or sakura........i wanna do something fun and actually put my degree to use X0#fully makes myself an entremet because. fuck it#i do not have the acetate for that lmao sighhhhhhh#ill think of something. hopefully.
