Fluffy Shigaraki headcanons??

I’ve been brainddead for the Shig man ever since last night so, yes, you can have a few fluffy Shiggy headcanons

🔹 he’s so bad at sleeping. oh my god he’s always fucking awake lurking around the hideout and scaring the fucking jeepers out of everyone when they stumble out to get some water in the middle of the night.

But when he does somehow fall asleep? Oh, he looks so soft. Face relaxed, body relaxed- none of that twitchy, cagey energy in him. He looks harmless then and definitely in need of hair petting- something that Mr. Compress has had to physically drag Toga away to keep from doing.

🔹 Surprisingly soft hair??????? You’d think it would be dry and gross because of his quirk, but it’s somehow not. Sure, it’s a little greasy but it’s soft too! And not that anyone would ever find out, but he absolutely melts whenever it’s played with.

🔹 Also things that turns Shiggy into goo: gentle head scratches, running your finger along his cheek and jawline, the simple act of laying his head in someone’s lap, someone nuzzling into him.

Honestly, any sort of affection is going to overwhelm him. He’s desperate for it and terrified of it all at one, can’t believe for one second that someone would want to be soft like that with him- he’s too dangerous, too awkward, too uncomfortable with that sort of closeness even if he craves it deep, deep down inside.

🔹 I like to think he’d be secretly thrilled to explain a game to someone that’s genuinely curious about it. Sure, he’d be a little standoffish and annoyed at first- but once you get the ball rolling he’ll start rambling without thought and explain all his favorite aspects of the game, the best features, how he prefers to play, etc. It’ll honestly lead to the longest he’s ever talked and he’ll look happy during it- something that is so sadly rare.
