Because I personally don’t, especially how Shizuku’s supposedly “friend” put her name into an idol contest without her even knowing.

shizuku mentions how she already was put aside by her classmates bc 'a pretty girl like her shouldnt be stupid' so she definitely had No long terms friends bc ppl were either put off by her personality, her looks, or a mix of both.

and as we know shizuku literally Never bears ill feelings towards ppl. she literally justifies what cheerful days did to her as well as the agency pressuring her image as Her being the root of it all. so her hanging out with friends before that time who have thoose soft bullying methods of fakely including u into the group only for their own entertainment. and the Peak entertainment to them being putting you in a contest without telling you about it. yeah i definitely think it was out of bad intent.
