directly faced my trauma for the first time since my actual Trauma Response suddenly started rearing its head like 3 years ago and went to the gynecologist for my annual today! it went very well :] i was like "hey these are the accomodations i need" to the nurse and she went to check with the doctor and came back like "she said 'whatever floats your boat'" lmfao
