Hi there! So I'm working on formatting AST for binding. I'm right now just on the first pages with the title card and table of contents, and getting the chapter page formatting set up. The plan is to have the chapter number, title, and then a translation of the word under that. This is all going great! Except for chapter 43. I think I have it figured out but I wanted to check with you. Best I can figure joha'kaan breaks into 'joha' meaning language, and 'kaan' which doesn't have a direct translation but is involved in basically every word involving cutting/slicing/dicing/fighting anything. From that I've come up with 2 translations - 'cutting words' as in 'his words cut deep', or 'fighting words' as in 'those were fighting words'. I was wondering which - if either - it was? If I'm totally off the mark, I'd love to know your translation so things are right when I finally get it printed. Thank you!

The two words that I used to put together "joha'kaan" were "johayc," which means "spoken" or "pronounced," and "akaan," which is the word for "war." "Joha'kaan" is a compound, where the repeated "ah" sound of "joha'akaan" is skipped to sound nicer and smoother.

The literal translation would be something along the lines of "spoken war, spoken battle," but the colloquial translation is "politics."
