Hey y’all artists out here, uuuhh, y’all need to learn how to draw not beautiful people? Like it’s really disheartening to see characters that are decidedly plain, actually described in canon as not being conventionally attractive, have their features warped or nidged or downplayed in some way that makes then more symmetrical or what have you. I get that everyone has an art style but just like you wouldn’t say “oh i can’t draw fat people they’re just not my art style” you probably shouldn’t be like “oh this character has to have plump pink lips and lush eye lashes and wonderfully flowing hair at all times it’s juts my art style” humans aren’t always pretty. Art doesn’t have to be pretty to evoke real honest emotions. Idk that’s just my two shiny pennies
