continuing my DP, Wolverine, Spidey teamup movie ideas I live for a situation where Spiderman offhandedly mentions he is going through this subplot in his own 'verse where he has this really evil villain. Like this is a vile, inhuman, violent fcker with no regard for life, no hope of seeing the light, just a downright scumbag fascist.
We see it's weighing on him because Spiderman always strives to help "villains" who have lost their way or at least lead them to redemption if possible, but in this situation it's just... impossible. There is only continued violence in the face of which an impotent Peter always fails make a difference. Spiderman - hero or menace? Deep down he feels like he has blood on his hands because he doesn't have the "guts" to do what it takes.
But we know, since he's PG-13, Spiderman can't ever actually technically unalive villains himself. So he's just being tormented by this ahole for longer than anyone can imagine, and the Villain himself knows he can't die - bc of the moral & writerly strictures on Peter - which just emboldens said Villain further to do more and more heinous shit. This, of course, just destroys Peter who we know has lost so many people and carries a heavy guilt complex. He knows he can never actually stop the Villain good.
So at one point we have Wade, bedecked in the completely ill-fitting Spiderman costume that he lifted off screen, looking significantly more sinister than usual, striding into said Villain's lair and lethally taking out every goon with next to no effort. It looks jarring because he has none of Spidey's grace and fluid aerobatics, just some cold hard heat.
And upon seeing "Spiderman" again the Villain is delighted, ready for another twisted moustache-twirly convo in which he can destroy Peter's self-esteem but before he can pop off with his Mocking Villainous Monologue, Wade just lays into him with every weapon in the book, leaving him a bleeding husk in his chair.
That's all she wrote.
Meanwhile, there's some serious shit going down and Peter cannot find his Spiderman suit so has to resort to throwing on Deadpool's too-big costume - he's like hurling about it ("Does he ever wash this!?"), but swings into action with the katanas on his back (falling and slipping several times because of the strange weight distribution) - rounding up a few DP villains with a lot more Friendly Neighborhood Spiderman than Merc with a Mouth.
Everyone's like wtf because he's doing acrobatics and looks absolutely possessed in the too-big suit. And they're just generally so afraid by the appearance of it and what they perceive to be Wade's new skills they just lay down their weapons peacefully, shaking in fear.
Meanwhile Peter is trying to impersonate Wade while talking to them and they're all soooo confused. The costume looks like a creepy, deflating balloon on Peter. Okay whatever you do just don't hurt us, Deadpool! Meanwhile Peter is like, What? Why would I hurt you? And they're all getting more and more terrified by the second lmao, volunteering for community service, screaming and promising to donate all their spoils to the poor, throwing money at him.
So in the end it results in some really good press for both of them and a moment of Justin Timberlake "Mirror" realization when Wade walks in wearing the Spiderman suit covered in like 6 gallons of blood and Peter walks in wearing the DP suit carrying like 12 bouquets of flowers and covered in kiss marks from the thankful public.
Then Wolverine comes in from a completely unrelated errand and the music stops and he's like, ??? and Peter starts to explain everything and Wolvie just stands there arms crossed listening with the most disgruntled expression. And when Peter is done Wolvie is like - Not surprised, I could never tell you apart anyway.
And we find out he could never tell the difference between the two of them while they're in their suits in the first place. Peter and Wade are sooo offended, they're like we sound totally different and we are completely different heights! We've been on like 5 missions together!
and Logan is just like, studying them, we can see from the shot they look totally different. Peter is shook, "Well?"
Logan's squinting at them, no recognition, and then rolls his eyes, grunting,
"Whatever, Murdock. I need a beer."

So, I really like body horror and horror in general, but Iâm also physically and mentally disabled, and I tend to notice a lotta ableist/eugenicist folk flocking to the horror genre. Do you notice that too? Or am I just like, paranoid?
Also, do you have any suggestions for horror movies (especially body horror ones) that ARENâT oozing with Hollywood flavoured ableism? Would really appreciate it bc Iâve been getting so dispassionate about the genre lately thanks to certain kinds of fans.
i don't think you're paranoid, there are definitely people who engage with horror in ways that can have ableist implications and be very upsetting if you actually experience those reactions to your own conditions in real life, because for you it's not just fiction, it's your lived experience. the line between horror and ableism (and other forms of bigotry, like homophobia, transphobia, racism, etc.) can be a very fine one, and it's important for people who enjoy horror to be self aware and willing to listen. and at the same time, there are disabled people (and queer people, and people of color, and people from all kinds of marginalized groups) who find comfort and empowerment in horror and reclaim and make use of it to express their lived experiences. a lot of horror fans are disabled. i'm one of them, you're one of them, and i know there are more than a few on this site and in the world at large, enough to form communities. i'm friends with some of them. it's a complex issue.
the way i see it, you can't control your instinctive reactions to seeing something you're not used to or expecting, which horror often uses to its advantage to shock a response out of you, sometimes with ableist implications. you can, however, become more comfortable through exposure and learn to think critically about and control how you respond outwardly, especially if you're prepared to have those experiences, which in choosing to engage with horror you probably are unless you're being tricked or forced into it. so if you're a horror fan and want to avoid (or minimize) being ableist, take care not to let portrayals of mental and physical disabilities in fiction create misconceptions of what those conditions are actually like in real life. it's horror; it's not usually intended to be an accurate or flattering depiction (and even horror that DOES portray disabilities respectfully will still likely reflect experiences specific to the creator that aren't entirely accurate to actually living with them, because nobody's experiences are completely universal, and it's fiction). use it as an opportunity to learn more. do research, or talk to people if you have anyone willing to share their experiences with you. unpack your fear and sit with it and examine it. try to understand it so you can control it instead of letting it control you. thought crimes aren't real and don't harm anyone, but how you outwardly express yourself is something you can change and improve if you become aware of any issues. horror can help dig up those issues and get you to confront and consider them, and that's worth making use of.
that last part is directed more at horror fans who aren't disabled, but i included it because i hope it might be helpful in making you feel more comfortable and secure that there are ways to engage with horror without being ableist about it, and people who do so. unfortunately i don't have any recommendations because i think that horror is very personal and my ideas of what does or doesn't make good horror might be completely different from yours, so i'm unsure i could provide you with what you're looking for. i hope this was helpful to hear, though.

My Favorite TLK Scene: Mufasa and Simba's Talk
Okay so I wanted to ramble and squee about this scene for a while bc it's one of my favorite scenes in the whole movie. It perfectly showcases the emotions of what just happened and shows us the father-son bond between the two, as well as set up the tragedy for Mufasa's eventual demise.
So here we see Simba wince as his father sternly calls his name. He obviously feels horrible about letting down his dad. When he steps into his father's enormous paw print, we get a sense of his realization that he was a child playing at a grown-up's job and not wholly understanding the responsibilities of it. You can really tell that he's asking himself what he was thinking, trying to pretend to be like his dad.
Before Mufasa lectures his son, we see him wince. He clearly doesn't like disciplining him, even if he does feel it necessary if he is to be king someday. He expresses his disappointment and when he says that Simba could have been killed, the worry and sadness in his demeanor is palpable.
Simba is on the verge of tears and explains he was just trying to be like him. His dad is everything to him, his protector and hero. Mufasa's tone softens after that, telling him that bravery isn't the same as looking for a fight. He understands his son's desire to prove himself but he also must teach him that's not what a responsible king should do.
Simba expresses his confusion here. He has misconceptions about kings never being scared. After all, his dad is big and strong. Why would he be scared? Mufasa admits to his fear of losing his son, much to Simba's surprise. He has to let him know that being king isn't always going to be fun and that it will often be frightening.
Simba expresses understanding and relief, gaining a sense of comfort from his father's love for him. Mufasa smiles in return, knowing his son did not intend any harm and that he has grown from the experience. Simba further expresses his admiration of his father with a mischievous comment about how scared the hyenas were and Mufasa laughs, playfully boasting to his son about how nobody messes with his dad.
Mufasa playfully noogies Simba and the two begin to roughhouse, with him giving a playful cry of defeat as he is pounced on. The two affirm their friendship and Mufasa teaches his son about the Lions of the Past, in an effort to answer Simba's question as best he can without being unrealistic. Simba reacts in awe, even though he's young and can't quite understand the implications of what his father meant.
The emotions in this scene are quick, yet well paced, each emotion influencing the next. Mufasa's harsh tone at first upsets Simba but then he softens it to help him communicate why what he did was dangerous. Simba is confused but then comforted and placated upon witnessing his father's vulnerability. He then confides in his father about how scared the hyenas were and Mufasa responds to his playfulness readily. This really speaks to the emotions that TLK illustrates so perfectly and also is excellent foreshadowing for the inevitable pain and tragedy of Mufasa's death.
Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

which dungeon meshi character do you think would be most likely to do drag and what kind of drag do u think they would fw the most. i think senshi would love going to drag shows and tipping a generally ludicrous amount of money
This is the only ask in the worlddd to me.
I'm can't imagine most of the core party doing Drag themselves but the one's that come to mind immediately would be Fleki & Lycion.
Fleki's just bursting with personality, has the kind of confidence and banter that you want for a Drag artist. The little fashion explorations Ryoko Kui did too are soooooooo right for this. I think she'd 100% be drawn to the glamor and camp and stupidity drag has to offer. Probably play around between king and queen aesthetics. I also think she'd be so squarely be a baby queen tripping over her own heels but it's part of the fun and humor of it all.
Lycion is here bc he's besties with Fleki and also because his whole Everything of wanting to escape into being beast to alleviate his discomfort with his body and identity. Which idk I could talk about for ages, it's like Laois and Falin, another character who I have never seen before in media who speaks so deeply to myself as a person. Lycion is absolutelyyyyy doing monster drag it's not even a question. Like if we're talking about this in a modern setting then he's absolutely using some kind of wolfman drag persona as a way to alleviate his distress with himself. I think he'd be aiming for as inhuman as possible. I think he'd get a huge thrill out of performing it and it'd be an easy 1 to 1 with him feeling validated in fight rings as a beast. I think he'd also be able to beat his face so right if he was just dressing up nice, I know him and Fleki r doing makeup looks together.
Last character is Laois but also not quite. Like with any other modern day headcannon people have for him like fursuiting, being trans, being otherkin ect even if on paper these would absolutely speak to him I just don't think he'd ever come to those conclusions himself. I think that kind of repression and isolation are really crucial to how he views the world and I think he's more likely to be formulating his own ideas rather than fitting into any kind of community already. I'm putting him here for similar reasons to Lycion, since they're both characters who want to become beasts. Lycion though feels like an out twink with gay friends, who knows who he is and what brings him joy and I don't think Laois is quite there yet as a person.
UM thinking abt it now he'd be more likely be a creature suit actor. Drag monsters still are more symbolic / character focused, and with creature suits I think he'd be really abnormal talking about how he's bonded with the silicon. You know he'd be asking a thousand questions abt the designs biology. You know he'd ask about its diet so he can go eat like that too to get in character.
Other than that I think the main crew would show up to drag shows and have a good time. I'm kind of obsessed with the joke of Marcille being a bit of a prude / not knowing what a butch is so I think her going to a drag bar with Falin would be really really really funny. You know namari is a local, this might be out of left field but I could also see Chilchuck being around a drag bar a lot as some old queen (twink) manager who's catty about baby queens or ppls bar etiquette.
Kabru is there because he is gay. I think if Kabru saw Laois in his local drag bar he would burst a blood vessel and talk shit about how some people just shouldn't come to shows because they're not actually gay and how it's ruining his night and he stole his seat so now he has to stand or he's blocking his view LMAO. Senshi would absolutely be buying the queens drinks bc he wants them to stay hydrated.
I also think the winged lion would do drag, is that anything. I think the winged lion is a pageant glamour queen.

In relation to the whole what on earth is Tai doing rn situation, am I the only one who thinks it could be related to Summer? Don't get me wrong, I think there's a good chance he has some involvement in guarding the vault/relic somehow but. My first thought when Yang said what could be more important than being there in Vacuo (with them, his daughters) was just. Summer.
Hear me out, his two daughters whom he loves and he probably assumed were dead are alive and well in Vacuo, Qrow is doing better than he has been in a long while and is in Vacuo, even Raven has rejoined the fray for good and is in Vacuo. Even if he's on a super important mission guarding the relic or something else, there's a personal edge being asked by Yang "what could be more important to Tai than his family?" And a mission guarding/securing the relic, while important for the big picture, feels like it somewhat lacks that personal edge for Tai as a character (but in fairness, like Ruby says, we might not have the full picture). Everyone Tai cares about and would consider family is in Vacuo. Except for Summer. Who he believed would one day come back when she left on her last mission. In v4 we hear Qrow, in a lucid state, saying to Tai "she's not coming back" and since Ruby is the one present when this scene occurs, and judging from her reaction, it's safe to say this concerned Summer's last mission and her not coming back, and Tai's belief she would, and not being able to move on.
If the theory of it being a Grimm!Summer that Salem contacted in V4 about finding the relic in Beacon via the Seer Grimm (as she only uses the Seer Grimm to communicate with other people), and with Vale now being destroyed by Salem and her implied to be looking for the relic there more actively with less and less pretense for secrecy, I wouldn't be surprised if Tai got wind of information that Summer might be in Vale and is now on a mission to find her. Ruby also states in V3 to her mother's grave that Tai misses going out on missions with Summer. And now he's out on a mission. Possibly to find Summer. Especially if Raven had some kind of talk with Tai in between the end of v5 and the v9 epilogue and confided in him what really happened on Summer's last mission.
I also kind of think it'd be really funny if Tai, knowing all his family, Ruby, Yang, Qrow and Raven, are in Vacuo, somehow finds out that Summer is in Vale and is like. Well. If we're going to do a family reunion in Vacuo, then we're going to have EVERYONE for a godamn proper family reunion. In summary he cannot leave for Vacuo to be with his family unless he's done everything he can to find and bring Summer along too, so all of their family, STRQYR, can be together again.
I think this also could be more interesting from a character perspective too. Tai not being able to let go of Summer and his grief for her in the past is why he wasn't as emotionally present in Ruby and Yang's childhood (though he definitely tried his best given the circumstances). It would fit as a parallel that he is now not physically present with Ruby and Yang because he's pursuing Summer and can't let her go.
But also, it could be both! Tai is out there trying to, idk, secure the relic and make sure it's safe, and Summer is actively trying to find it for Salem. So Tai has to guard the relic from Summer. Which would be so deliciously angsty. Especially if Summer has not been able to find the relic, and all she needed to do to find it was go back home. (whether that's Patch or Tai or both, take your pick). After all, there's no place like home.
you're not the only one in a sense that for a while now i've been thinking that at least part of the reason why tai hasn't left anywhere from patch is because he's still waiting for summer to return. it took me embarrassingly long time to realize how well "summer is looking for the relic" and "tai is guarding the relic" click together, especially if summer's memorial is somehow involved, bc then it's not just that summer needs to come home to find what she's been looking for, she also needs to come back to the books of living.
but the idea that it's why tai isn't currently in vacuo is new to me, and now i'm OBSESSED with it.
the only point of hesitation for me is that, like. writing-wise, would they make that 'reveal' off-screen, now that ruby has information that others might not have? would it 'undermine' it in a way if ruby asked raven about it, only for her to have already told tai (and possibly even qrow)? of course if tai didn't believe her that changes things a bit, but. . .
if tai caught wind of it on his own, that would 'fix' that issuesâand there's a non-zero chance of that happening; like you said, vale has been destroyed, and if summer has been looking for the relic at beacon for salem, having her be present in vale isn't out of the question. and i'm not even talking about her taking part of the destruction, quite the opposite in fact (tho much of this depends on what state summer is in; i'm personally leaving towards any option where she still has free will to do what she wants):
she could have been doing her job as a huntress, thinking that destroying the whole kingdom crossed the line for her, trying her best to minimize the damage and save as many people as she can. and at that point, all it takes is one person summer saved to evacuate to patch first and to start talking about this figure in a white cloak wielding an axe, saving people from the grimm but never staying long enough for them to see her face, for others to join in sharing their own experiences, and the word keeps spreading and spreading and spreadingâ
until it reaches tai. and at that point, he knows. or at least, there's a renewed hope that he might have lost a while ago, and before he can even think of leaving, he must be absolutely certain that it's not summer people saw.
anyway, thank you for the delicious food!! i'll be thinking about this for the rest of the month at least, if not for longer :D

Twst reasons to overblots & design rating !
Tw : SUBJECTIVE OPINION
Reasons to overblots :
1- Malleus
You mean to tell me that an almost immortal being is getting hate bcs he's loosing the closest thing he had to a friend and a father knowing that that'll happen to everyone he knows and can't take it like a mature adult ? When faes are canonically minors under the age of 200 and he's 178 and clearly struggling with his emotions since he was raised in loneliness ? Lmao. Okay. (I have to keep it short or I'll do a full Malleus analysis and no one wants that).
2 - Vil
I CANNOT put into words how much realism he was made with, and I could FEEL it through his overblot. Overblotting because no matter how HARD you try you'll always be second ? Because people will always prefer the other option because you're SO hard on yourself that you legit seems overworldly to others and it makes them feel intimidated ? Vil better than me I would've overblotted SO MUCH more in his shoes. And him being disgusted with his own actions because HE KNOWS THAT THIS ISN'T HOW HE SHOULD ACHIEVE GREATNESS OH I'M SICK. And the aftermath when Rook voted for the other team ? While I understand that it was logical and I don't blame him for that, it legit hurt me, so can you imagine Vil ? He literally almost fainted, and that's a tame reaction if you ask me. Vil overblot was perfect.
3 - Riddle
No need to elaborate I think. His overblot hit too close to home and I IMMEDIATELY loved him. Also while I love Ace he kinda deserved to be punished for the tart tbh. Like just don't steal what's not yours ? Use your brain ? Riddle punishing him was EXTREMELY reasonable, even more so when you know that he LOVES strawberry tarts, and Ace refuting that AND coming after his position when he could have just APOLOGIZED, is def one of the reason I wasn't fan of him for MONTHS. Not surprised that Riddle got very mad at him (I def would have too).
4 - Leona
Now his reason was very similar to Vil, but the reason I liked it less (doesn't mean that I disliked it) is because he knew he would be second from his birth, that nothing he could ever do would change that while Vil has the possibility to become first, and he's yet unable to do it and I find that even more tragic. Leona was literally doomed from the start and yet he still tried his best for years only for the people he would have been a king to if the successor was based on skills alone to be the one hating him ? Kill me. It caused him depression and ruined his life, so much that he gets held back on purpose to not go home ? Killed me even more. He deserved so much and he got so little hiahdqirongbzkzhzo.
5 - Idia
Listen, I understand the pain of loosing a brother, I lost one of mine, but never in my 20 years of life would I have ever thought of building an IA OF HIM ?? He kinda went crazy with this one. I wished we had gotten his parents' reaction to robot Ortho tbh. Him being unable to move on from Ortho was so good, especially when we know that he blames himself for his death, and getting CORRUPTED by og Ortho is perfect. I don't have a lot more to say, sorry.
6 - Azul - starting from here, there's a huge gap between the classements. The 5 firsts were TIGHT together.
He's an achiever who lost the empire he built, I get it. But like, just build it again. Stop crying and rolling on the floor, and get up and act like a man. Of course, I know he's still a minor too, so I understand why he reacts like that, but Idk. I didn't feel as attached to his overblot as the others, which I'm kinda sad about since I REALLY like him, he's just so enjoyable.
7 - Last and least, the bitch himself, Jamil
Could have prevented the overblot if he learnt what communication was and I'll stand by that. Tried to kill Kalim because he couldn't take his anger on their parents, the yk, lmactual reasons why he felt like this in the first place. And he held Yuu captive too. He has no excuses.
Design :
1 - Riddle
PERFECT. LITERALLY UNMATCHED. The cards, the dress, the makeup, the eye color change, everything was PERFECT !
2 - Vil
I didn't know I needed nun Vil before but I do now wtf. He made me think of Mary so much it's insane I was in shock. The spikes were GOOD.
3 - Jamil
Since this on design alone, this is the only time he'll ever be in one of my top 3. The color scheme was on point and the snake design was VERY fitting.
4 - Azul
It was GOOD. And since it gave us Azul in merform it's đ§ââïžđ§ââïž. The color was fitting once again and he just overall looked good.
5 - Malleus
I'll never say it enough but NEON GREEN IS SUCH A BAD CHOICE FOR DIASOMNIA LORD ! Forest green would fit them all MUCH better, and it's proved once again by his overblot design. The purple is good, but the green is such a thrown off dude... I also didn't particularly like the hair choice but I did like the tail. The rest of the design is just not very special.
6 - Leona (he's fighting with Idia for the last place)
The hair... the hair was not it. (I did like how it kinda matched Cater's (especially when you consider that Cater had called him sweatheart minutes before... my Leokei shipper sense is in action...)). The rest of the design was just meh.
7 - Idia
I'M SORRY BUT THAT WAS JUST HIDEOUS WTF. Idia with short hair is my nightmare dude.
#unpopular opinions I think#âb-b-but you mischaracterize Jamil đ„ș!â I donât care I hate him ! Hope this helps đ#twisted wonderland#overblots

I need to write this down somewhere, can't promise this will be a future fic but I really like these ideas.
The writing and explanations are a mess bc I have like 3 hrs of sleep, if anyone likes this, Iâll rewrite it in a more understandable way
So, jjk time travel fic where Megumi, Yuuji and maybe Nobara time travel to their childhoods.
(Im doubting adding Nobara mostly bc she was very isolated as a kid, lived far away, so it would be complicated for them to communicate, but that would be interesting too)
Anyways, from here I have 2 ideas: 1) Them arriving pre hidden inventory, and meddling and trying to distract Toji from killing Riko, they could try to use Megumi on purpose befriending Riko so Toji feels pressured to not kill her? (Could be comedic, because I canât really picture baby Megumi trying to purposely befriend Riko and not failing at it in the funniest ways lol) Or just them getting in between the assassination attempts and annoying the living hell out of Toji.
OR
2) Them arriving post hidden inventory and trying to get Gojo and Geto to talk, maybe using Nanako and Mimiko as an excuse? I just want to see all of them interact tbh, and it would be fun to see how both Gojo and Geto discover that the other is a dad now. I can also picture baby Yuuji dragging Megumi to a playground trying to find Getos girls so they can force them to interact, maybe getting the girls support because they also noted how sad Geto gets when thinking about Gojo? I absolutely love satosugu and the idea that their kids are constantly doing things to help them <3

angel gets sullen and withdrawn every time Oscar gags her
she bounces back after a day or two the first time but within a few months, itâll take her a week or so to get back to her normal self
even then, sheâs tiptoeing around Oscar, careful not to piss him off
one day, Lando looks around and realizes sheâs been gone for a bit too long - maybe he hasnât heard from her in 24 hours or heard from her in 36 - and is about to call the police to file a missing person report when he sees her on Danielâs instagram story, leaning into his shoulder out on Maxâs boat and looking like⊠herself? and he realizes she hasnât looked like that around Oscar or even him in a while
he goes storming into Oscarâs office, shaking the phone in his face and saying âlook what you didâ
oscar gagging gf are ab mean oscar im sorry đđ«¶đ»
oscar and lando love angel too much and are WAY too attentive over her to not notice her withdrawing from one of them esp bc she would latch onto the other one, which leads to the one sheâs withdrawing from getting jealous. then they have to talk it out bc whoever is being latched into notices theyâre acting weird. they work together to figure out what the issue is and then gagging would be off the table bc sheâs clearly not that into it if sheâs scared of making oscar mad and tiptoeing around him to avoid it ):
if it did happen like that, then lando wouldnât blame oscar bc itâs on him just as much, not just oscar. if angel didnât even feel comfortable enough to tell either of them itâs too much they would know they did something wrong because thatâs just basic communication. and him realizing he hasnât seen her in a full day or heard from her in almost two?? he always knows exactly where she is. if it ever got that far neither of them could forgive themselves bc it would mean both of them werenât paying enough attention to notice her mood change over months and her withdrawing from them and that would break them.
w mean oscar, i think he would he would too esp if sheâs actually withdrawing bc when sheâs being good sheâs not tiptoeing around him. sheâs being sweet and playful, bringing him treats between practice sessions and loving on him all the time. when sheâs being bratty, she doesnât go to his races, sits at the hotel and goes shopping while she ignores his calls until the third one, or sheâll just be passive aggressive when she answers like heâs bothering her. she rolls her eyes when he's trying to be nice. and sheâs flirting with his coworkers right in front of him.
she is always in control and he makes sure she knows that, especially when he uses the gag. he'd ask her before he puts it on, even when he's in a bad mood, his voice would soften and he'd look her in the eyes and make her tell him she wants him to do it.
he would never tie her up and gag her at the same time because she can't tap him or use her safe word. i hinted at it in a blurb when he first said he'd gag her while she was tied up, but it wouldn't actually happen bc that's unsafe, wasn't really thinking about that when i wrote it, sorry!
her hands are free so she can tap him three times and he can undo it. anytime that she uses a signal or safe word, they'd have a discussion about it once he'd undone whatever and calmed her down. he's absolutely in love with his gf and doesnât want to hurt her, he would notice her pulling away and connect it to the gag and throw it away and immediately start making it up to her bc he doesnât want her to be scared of him.

Okay I know I keep calling Macky all smol and cute and shy and he lowkey gives off those vibes, but his actual stated issue was not having the confidence to put his foot down and state his opinions in a way that everyone would listen. He never raised his voice and just was that person surrounded by so many people, yet still alone and cut off from the group, just following along with the one who was more extroverted and captured everybody's attention. Anyways, this is all to say that for so long we kept thinking Macky always runs, I mean everybody says it. Even Peng. Present day Macky uses his shadows to intimidate, but apparently he wasn't using his shadow form to scare people back then. I find myself wondering if the reason he talked to MK about making your own decisions...it doesn't quite cleanly match up with the War on Heaven. Like, if he was like "yeah I don't like this. Y'all have fun tho." That doesn't erase the consequences, and the issue was speaking up. I get it means "stop always following Wukong wherever he goes" but that ALSO doesn't erase other *hypothetical issues* on how the Brotherhood and Wukong would react. (Something I'm still concerned about bc how DID they react when he ditched them? That scene Tang sees with Azure had a dark, oppressive aura. Between that and Macky's opposition over Camel Ridge, Peng implying he knows how to sniff Macky down. I am concern.)
Maybe if he said he was backing out, Wukong would've been surprised enough to listen, but insistent, and if they kept going, and Macky really stood his ground, he may even have doubts. But then Azure and Co. could just as well reel him back in and create a nice juicy conflict of loyalties, but point is. What if it wasn't Macky's decision to run? Azure was treating Wukong like a warrior fallen in battle, a leader fallen in battle, in a way that was shattering the pedestal he was placed on. Was it really Macky's call to run? Or someone else who made the decision for him.
Cowardly maybe, but he always came back. He's always been loyal. Is the person he was in the past the kind to make ruthless choices like some army generalfleeing for the greater good, cutting their losses to try again? I mean honestly, leaving Wukong? What he's GREAT at is never telling Wukong the real story. Never defending himself when people accuse him of anything. Even now he doesn't answer to the "what about you- you just come back?"It would not surprise me if the answer to "cause normally you just rush to my rescue" wasn't just a matter of falling into the trap of thinking Wukong was too strong to need help, he never put up an image of that, wanting to be the strongest, but also a matter of "I'm sorry I couldn't, I was ordered to retreat." The Warrior always listens to the most commanding presence in the room. Never making his own choices. Thinking of Option A and Option B, never seeing he could have an Option C. And it's all deliciously wrapped up in the horrors of how, sincerely, getting punished alongside Wukong, he would not survive the furnace, (if kept in LMK) how this time, while Wukong's jab was right, it had an unfortunate extra layer of an additional factor between the two bread slices of Macky's communication issues. And the tasty angst of "everytime Macky chooses to rescue Wukong, it's to make up for what he couldn't do before even if he complains." "...there was nothing that could stop the two of them. Not on Earth or the Celestial Realm..." Except for the Jade Emperor. I need to know his thoughts behind this still. We know he cares enough to do stupid things for Wukong, now. And enough to leave the Brotherhood because he still had faith in him despite their fight. Still loved him, despite the "I never want to see you here again!" Question is, that enough for, in that singular moment where retreat seems to be the only option less they fall too, to ask. "What? We can't leave Wukong! You're the ones to came to our mountain to ask him to be your king! Everything he did was for you!" <-- evil parallel dialogue ^_^ <- also guy who doesn't realize Wukong meant it when he said "us" it did include him, and it wasn't just to get strong for the heck of it. <-- pairs nicely with guy who doesn't realize his friend thought he was already enough. "It doesn't always have to be you, he needs to know it's not all on him-" Wow, that history sure do be repeating.
i personally hop between the âthe Brotherhood fled the second Wukong had his back to the wall and deemed him a failed weapon, but Wukong only saw Mac leaveâ and âMac, already not on board with the plan, left the moment he was surrounded by celestial troops he could not overpowerâ
and both still fit with Mackyâs whole âi never gave myself a chance to really choose my path and stand my ground, believing there was an inevitable one i was meant to followâ
he is a fun character to study because a lot of his actions s1-3 is him still upset that his path isnât up to him. and then we get to s4, Macky finds his previous belief shaken and thrown out the window no thanks to MK, and he finally realizes that he never needed to follow the predestined path. all the choices and lines carved for him that he felt he could not escape in the past, were ones he did not need to abide by despite how much it felt like he should. he saw, first hand, MK shatter LBDâs well-ironed destiny because he refused to be beaten into submission into choices he did not like
and he is able to help work MK through that as well (in future seasons) and drag him out of his learned helplessness. also, how his teachings with MK complement Wukongâs??? how we see the same message repeated by Wukong in 5x03 but in a slightly different way. this just proves to me that shadowpeach mentorship is real and where both monkeys will fall, teaching MK from their learned mistakes and strengthening hi resolve
#think i got off topic but just your ask made me go âand this is why he would be such a good co-mentor for MKâ#because he did keep himself in the shadows (pun intended) throughout his past and with the brotherhood#sure he would bring up his concerns but nobody ever took them seriously enough (or him seriously enough)#and there was also the issue of Wukongâs pride and newfold powers that made the concerns laughable to the others#but yeah#asks#lmk#lmk six eared macaque#lmk s5#lmk s5 spoilers

HELLOđ€ I came across your blog bcs of the Iruma-Kun smut prompts and Iâm so happy Iâve been dying to read some smut of jazz . Idk imagine jazz saying smth along the lines of â Iâll steal your virginity â (in a consensual way) OR SMTH LIKE THAT ISK ITS CRIMGEY BUT IT FITS HIS CHARACYER IFYKWIM That thought has been stuck in my mind for a long time I really felt like sharing it đ„đ
Thank you I hope your doing well btw đ«¶
Sry if my ask is like all over the place I suck at communicating
Aww, no reason at all to be sorry, my lovely anon! I liked hearing your thoughts and you are right, that is such a great though and feels so in-character for him! I hope you'll enjoy the headcanons I came up with and, as always, smut is under the cut!
Okay, so first off, it's been shown that Rock, Jazz's brother, is a playboy. He always has multiple women on the go and I think that that, combined with the fractured and unhappy relationship between the two brothers, has really influenced some parts of Jazz's sexuality. I do see Jazz as being someone who is very, very sexually monogamous. He cannot have sex with more than one person. Polyamory isn't something he says he'll judge and if it works for someone else, all the more power to them, but he doesn't get it at all. He would never be someone who could cheat sexually on someone and it would really bother him if someone was sleeping with someone other than him while being with him sexually. Because of that, friends with benefits or hook-ups aren't things he'll really seek out or be okay with, unless the friends with benefits agrees to be monogamous sexually only to him.
Okay, so going along with something you mentioned up aboveâŠJazz does like to think he's a pretty smooth talker. He likes to think he's suave and seductive when he wants to be and he's definitely going to try to initiate sex by using pick-up lines that he thinks are so great and smooth but sometimes can be really corny and cheesy and unintentionally funny. Please don't laugh at him though when he says them because it really will hurt his sexual confidence.
Now, I do think that Rock also impacted Jazz's sexual leanings a little bit more than just disliking multiple sexual partners. The bullying he endured at the hands of Rock means that Jazz is surprisingly sensitive to his sexual partner's opinion of him. Any comments that down-talk him or make him feel less than will really impact him and actually will make him lose any erection he has or any desire he has to initiate sex. Degradation, giving or receiving, is a strict no-go while in a sexual relationship with Jazz. He loves receiving body worship though and has a praise kink. He really loves hearing his partner tell him how good he feels, how much they love this or that that he's doing to them, how he hits so deep in them, how he's going to make them cum.
However, he's equally likely to praise his partner. He'll either verbally praise them or he'll show them, through his actions and just how passionate they make him, that he worships them sexually.
Needless to say, dirty talking is a huge thing for Jazz sexually, both giving and hearing it. It's especially good when him and his partner are around others and one of them will whisper something dirty and hot in the others ear, something that can't be acted on for a little while. The anticipation, the wait, really heightens the eventual pay-off and it's when Jazz will get the roughest.
Jazz can, and will be, rough at times but it's not an all the time thing for him. He's not hugely into rough sex, it's more a nice change from time to time.
Something that is an all the time? I do see Jazz really being a giver in bed, someone who is just as concerned about his partner's pleasure and them getting off as he is about his own pleasure and orgasm, if not a little more so.

how do you think levi's insecurities about becoming a father would manifest itself? (action wise bc i don't think he'd outwardly say as much given it's levi, but maybe you could make sense of him verbally expressing his insecurities?? seeing as you give the best levi analysis imo)
the baby's sex here is male for jus practical reasons btwđ
writing this gave me baby fever
//self-doubt/hatred
He wouldn't say much at all, that's right, but considering he's at a point in his life where you carried his child and brought new life into this world with him, Levi would try his best to communicate his feelings instead of pushing them down. The fear of doing something, anything, to hurt his son or give him less than the best is paralyzing for Levi. And for the majority of his life, whenever he has any fear, he avoids it/buries it. That's not an option anymore. If he doesn't act, that'll hurt both you and your child.
Levi is the type of person to read all the pregnancy books and even take notes. He bought and did more than everything you ever needed during your pregnancy, and that doesn't stop when the baby is born. Him learning about SIDS was a mistake because for the first 6 months of the baby's life (the timeline in which it's most possible to happen), Levi stood pretty much sentry whenever your baby lied in his cradle. You can't stop Levi when he has that look in his eye, when he's not only determined, but desperate, so you can at least stay up with him as long as you can, bring him tea, rub his shoulders and tell him he's doing a good job. It's hard for Levi to believe in compliments toward himself, but he really really needs the assurance as far as being a father goes, though he doesn't convey it out loud.
He runs himself ragged very quickly. It doesn't matter how much the advice says that no one is a perfect parent, Levi is determined to be. He's not only new to parenting, to being a father, but the very idea of what being a father means. Kenny didn't make any effort to father Levi so to speak (he was more of a teacher), but he was all he had, as the worst-possible example. He just can't mess this up. The only reason something bad could happen, would be because of him.
Thus he overcompensates for his insecurities by completely burning himself out. He's determined to prove himself, which hurts you in the process, because he becomes distant, and turns into a bit of a control freak. One day you just have to take him by the shoulders and shake him, you know?
"I've never seen you so scared," you tell him, using that forbidden word. Levi, according to him, doesn't get scared. But he's going to make things worse if he deflects from now on.
When he tries to express his insecurities verbally, he needs a lot of time, sometimes minutes, to collect his thoughts between explaining. He speaks slowly. Tries to make you understand that he never understood the love a parent has for their child until he held yours for the first time, but he still feels like he has no idea what he's doing even after going out of his way to learn, and in fact has only ever learned the wrong things to do.
"Hurting you... wasn't my intention. I want. To do well. And give him a different life from what I had."
He doesn't realize how good it is to get it off his chest until all this invisible weight feels like it slides off his shoulders. Even though he isn't used to being comforted after talking like this, when you embrace him tightly, he brings his arms up after many seconds and hugs you back. You promise that you're a team; that there's no way he can be perfect, but he's doing a perfect job; you can keep Levi in line if he does get something wrong. His eyes sting.
It's hard to change the way he thinks. He's still almost always the one to get out of bed if the baby starts to wail in the middle of the night (unless the baby's hungry, in which case Levi brings your son to you so he can breastfeed), and you both spoil the baby rotten, but he starts asking for help for once if there's something about the baby he's not confident managing on his own.
"How do I... turn the mobile?"
Poor Levi doesn't know how to wind up the mobile above your baby's cradle. He had no idea little music would start tinkling out as the moon and stars dangling from the strings whirls round and round, much to your son's little giggles (which is music on its own). You smile down and Levi can't help matching it. Every time he beholds his face and the tussock of hair beginning to appear on his head, Levi's stunned both by awe and fear how you made this little life together, the way he resembles him as well as you. Part of Levi hopes that that only extends as far as the good qualities about his appearance goes, and most of your traits. He doesn't want him to grow up to be bitter or sardonic or awkwardâbut even if he does, he can't imagine feeling anything other than love for his son.
(Okay I went on a bit of a tangent there.)
Levi... never rocked the cradle on his own because he struggles to be gentle, and he was paranoid of hurting him. You show him how to gently rock it side to side, and eventually his hand appears beside yours. He doesn't realize he's holding his breath until you chuckle and remark that the baby is falling asleep.
When the baby cries, especially if you're taking the rare outing on your own (months after the birth, when you both have settled into routine), he gets nervous. One time, after he's done all he could do, Levi becomes a nervous wreck. He was never a hypochondriac until it came to the health of your baby. All through his life, he's suffered loss, and almost every time unexpectedly. He's not a superstitious person, but he never even liked to name his horses because it seemed like everyone he ever got close to dies. It's not worth it. For once, he found the exception in you, and then in your child, but he can never let himself just. Feel secure.
The baby doesn't have a fever, he's been changed and rocked and all his other needs met, but he simply won't stop crying. The only lulls in the screams are when he takes a breath in order to wail some more.
For once pacing is helpful for Levi because that should help settle the baby, but it fucking isn't, and the potential of ruining everything washes back over him in waves. How a dirty thief like him holding this innocent little bundle is tainting just through touch. He's not conceited enough to think that just because part of your baby is his that he's cursed from the womb, but Levi can't help thinking, not just how unsuited he is, but how unworthy.
He sighs in an extremely stressed way and endures the crying while doing his best to comfort him (mostly based on things you have done), but nothing is working. The baby is inconsolable.
When the front door shuts behind you, Levi doesn't know whether to collapse in relief or shame. From the instant he appears in the entranceway, holding your crying baby to his chest with total helplessness on his face, you worriedly hurry over.
"He won't stop crying. I've tried every damn thing, but I just can't seem to..."
You look intently from Levi to your baby and hum. "Have you tried talking to him?"
He somehow looks even more stressed than before, but intrigued too. "Talking."
"Yeah! He can't understand you yet, but he knows your voice, so maybe that'll help." You stroke the baby's back. "It's alright, it's okay..."
You're caressing Levi's shoulder with the baby sort of held between you as you stroke your son's back. He's still wailing louder than ever.
Levi begins softly, feeling a little lost. "Hey... did you just want to talk to me? We can talk, honey. Stop crying, you're just fine. I've got you. It's okay."
He's not the best at it his first time. It's sort of like talking to a mannequin in his mind, but to his shock and your elation, it works. His wails quiet down to sniveling weeping as long as Levi keeps talking, but not without your support too, in his opinion. Relief floods him.
There is something about your son just wanting to hear his voice that helps erase the heaviest insecurities in Levi. It's hard for him to be confident by any means, but he ends up talking to him a lot, whether you're with him or not (but usually, you are). Mostly after you put him down for the night and Levi wants to spend more time with him. It becomes one of his favorite parts of his day. He watches the mobile turn and talks idly about whatever's on his mind. Sometimes reassurance.
"Your mother and I love you. Did you know that? Well... you better remember," he murmurs. The baby just goggles up at him sleepily. "You can tell me anything... and I'll listen. Whatever you want matters, baby. You're a good boy. If anyone ever tries to hurt you... then they'll regret it. Always gonna look after you."
Unlike the life he had. But now, Levi feels confident that he can provide that for his son.

are you out of the TSS fandom for good, do you think? just burned out on lack of updates?
I mean, it's complicated.
Edit: pressed answer instead of save to drafts while trying to back out, tumblr what the fuck
Anyway, it's complicated. I've become burnt out creatively lately, and I've been part of the sanders sides Fandom since 2018, it's been a big portion of my life, I'm not letting it go that easily.
However, this is my main blog, and I cant really shift everything to a new side blog, so I do feel bad for those who followed me exclusively for sanders sides are now seeing a v distinct lack of it.
But for the most part, yeah, I'm burned out on a lack of updates, I was a fander creator doing as much as I could to create content to entertain myself just as much as for others in-between the hiatus-gaps while awaiting updates. I love these characters with all my heart, but every gap in between has gotten longer and longer, I can't keep waiting for a year at a time for one single update even if the finished product is grand and *absolutely worth* the time it took to make. I was scrambling, bc I no longer have the time I used to to create my own fanart and fanfiction and animatics for this fandom, and I can only reread the library of my favorite saved works over so many times before I feel hollow and under-stimulated.
It'd be one thing if the rest of the fandom was as active as it used to be, I bounce off others creative energy far easier than single handedly manifesting my own inspirations all the time. But it's not, and interaction with my own content slowed way down. (Not to say that I'm leaving just bc of this or anything, but its become a struggle to feel motivated to keep going when there's literally nothing new from Canon to keep riffing from.)
I have the want to finish my remaining fics, specifically The Lost Guardian in particular at the very least, but I just can't solely be a sanders sides blog like I used to be.
I'll be here when that season finale comes out, but at this rate of progression, I think Thomas has overestimated the fact that this could very well be a series finale, not season finale. And I've come to peace with that, if only Thomas would be more transparent abt it.
Sure, Thomas has other content, but funfact, I've had very relatively low interest in getting super into it, there isn't the same level of comfort in shipping characters of a single person with the versions themselves when other characters played by other people are involved, especially when u know that they are alot of his v close friends. I don't ship real world actors together, especially if they play a character very close to representing themselves. The characters they play, maybe, but that's why I'm far more entertained and comfortable with animated media.
In short, I'm tired and burnt out and for now-for *whatever* reason- the silly lanky clown jesters from fnaf have more of a grasp on my brain than sanders sides does. I'm following the serotonin.
I may still create sanders sides content in the future, but getting maybe 100-500 notes on a piece when u have a fandom following of roughly 11.5k followers from over the years has spoken volumes on how active the community is rn. I'm not leaving, but I can't be stagnant and hyperfixate on this anymore after doing so for almost 6 years straight. Yknow?
And for those who have always left a comment, shared my work, interacted with me in any capacity over the years in this fandom, and have made my time in this fandom worth while, thank you. I love you. U have made every second worth itđ

abt your men being proverbially shit on post: i mean i agree sorta, bioessentialism is unhelpful and hurtful, and rn you see a lot of shit from cis women abt how men cant help but be bad people etc. and that kinda shit is not helpful at all. but i agree w the person who replied to that post too. i mean i wouldnt make a joke like "i hate men" to a dude's face bc it's unhelpful in the same way i wouldn't say i hate white people to a random white person's face, but like. yknow? i dont know specifically what example you're thinking of but i would pretty confidently say there IS a difference between how women talk abt men and how men talk abt women. i agree that it's unhelpful for them and YOURSELF to genuinely earnestly think men are genetically unable to be better bc it just. isn't true. but i would definitely say misogyny and "i hate men" are different. again though idk what example you're using here, but just like... when i walk around as a woman, and even when i walk around as a man, i see like every third guy talkin crazy shit on how Fundamentally Different women are from men and women are This horrible thing and women are That horrible thing and women Can't Help But Be Crazy and when i talk to women all i get are "well he's a man. he's stupid." and usually that doesn't read as bioessentialism, it reads as tiredness from dealing with misogyny all the time. so i agree to an extent, bioessentialism is an issue, and all the "feminine energy astrology balanced by male aggressiveness and men can't help but be stupid people because their brains are wired differently" are contributing to a worsening of some kind, but also i don't know that i'm seeing more manhate than i am misogyny, still to this day, and i am able to opporate socially as both a man and a woman so i see both sides pretty frequently. i feel like you have a specific example you're thinking of that i don't know, because all i can think of are the times i've personally seen men freak out and do shitty stuff because they know a woman who doesn't feel safe around men that they are close to, and both are really horrible about communication, which is a two part thing and a lot more complicated than just random negativity
I don't think I said manhate is more common than misogyny, and I'm sorry if I did because that's not really what I was going for. The point of that post was more to point out the hypocrisy of taking low blows at men while women doing the same thing gets crickets and tumbleweeds. Maybe you haven't experienced this, but I certainly have as a man. Just as there's things I can do that are easier for me to get away with as a dude, there are things chicks can get away with easier than I ever could.
I don't really think the way different genders talk about each other is that different, pre transition I heard women talk crazy shit about dudes, about how we can't control our sex drives and how we're useless if we don't make enough money, and tbh I don't really see how "he can't help being dumb and useless, he's a man" is any less of a meanspirited generalization than "she can't help being oversensitive and hysterical, she's a woman." It's both generalizing stereotypes that are, on some level, hurtful to the demographic they're being hurled at. There's plenty of men who have greivances with abusive and shitty women and we (RE: LEFTIST SPACES) don't let them speak poorly of women, so why is it ok in these same spaces to let women say whatever just cus of their trauma? It's like you say, respect is a two way street. I'm not listening to anyone who makes blind assumptions about me because of my gender and presentation.
I'm going to parrot my friend's reply as well: I don't think a lot of this is "just venting", I don't think making generalizations and saying cruel things about 50% of the population exists in a vaccuum. And even if it did, I still think I'm allowed to say "hey, it hurts my feelings when you say I'm dumb and useless", because at the end of the day you can't deny feelings.
I'm glad you don't say shitty things about men to their faces, but women have done those things to me so you can't speak for all of them. I've been called a moid and told I wouldn't get respect until I "stopped raping and killing women and children" even though I've never put my hands on a woman or child in any way that could be described as anything short of "platonic and consensual". I've been told that I'm not allowed to feel hurt and upset when women verbally abuse me because women are saints who can do no wrong, because they're lower on the social pecking order than me, because other men are nasty and cruel so I have to suck it up and take one for the team. I think people only think this stuff is "harmless venting" because they don't actually realize how biased their perceptions of men and masculinity are. I've had many trans men who can testify to my experiences word for word going as far back as the 70s in the very queer and feminist spaces that I've been bitching about for the past 3 years. So while I don't think institutional misandry is real, or anything, while I don't think women are at fault for being annoyed with how shitty we can be, I do definitely think prejudice is real and I think it's dished out rather unfairly and uncritically.

Stonybrook Community College - TWST
Just some worldbuilding stuff and. uh even more OCs. I've got my other ones here and here.
Stonybrook is a picturesque part of the Sunshine Lands, known for it's gentle rolling hills, babbling brooks, and shockingly clear night skies. Because of how clear the night skies are, the belief of wishing upon a star was an integral part of the community. Nowadays, light pollution makes it difficult, but the North star is still always visible when there are no clouds around, at least in the suburbs of the city.
Anyways, Stonybrook Community College is meant to be an opportunity for locals to attend post-secondary schooling without travelling as far or paying as much as they may have had to in order to attend other schools. (Or did not receive an invitation to NRC/RSA/NBC)
So I got my Toy Story OCs
Cody Whitner - Twisted from Woody
One of the teacher's sons
Complete asshole to his half brother
An asshole in general, but he can be charming when he wants to...you just have to tolerate the asshole part long enough
Makes up for what he lacks in academic smarts with manipulation and emotional intelligence. (Yes, he uses his intelligence for typically malicious reasons but it doesn't mean he's not intelligent)
Brett Lancaster - Twisted from Buzz Lightyear (loosely)
Cody's half-brother (doesn't really care for Cody)
Total nerd, genius IQ but also kind of gullible
Best friends with Idia online, goes by the name 'space_rangerTIAB'
Also friends with Cody's crush, which. is a source of tension between the half-brothers
Nobody at the school knows they're half-brothers except Cody's dad
Wheel-chair user + amputee - Idia helps him develop blueprints to make a 3D printed prosthetic leg as well as some funds to make sure he can customize it how he wants
Tyrell Roe - Twisted from Rex
He is baby, ok, please be nice to him
1/4 fae and proud, his grandpa is based on an actual T. Rex (yes I think that the really old fae should be based on dinosaurs so that the Draconias can be the THE Draconias, like they're the only ones based on a dragon, but that's an HC)
He get's anxious easily, his sweater is absolutely his comfort item
He is constantly inviting friends to his place and his mom is the sweetest person alive
He wants to get into engineering soo bad
He customized spoke guards for Brett's wheelchair/generally very artistic
The Betson Twins - Twisted from the Benson Brothers (Alec and Xander respectively bc their birth parents were only expecting one child so when they had a Bonus one they just split the OG name in half skfhlskdjfhlksjdf (AKA I could NOT think of a name for the second one and Xander fits fine))
Grew up in the foster care system, but adopted when they were 12
FIERCELY protective of their (adoptive) little sister (totally not a partial response to PTSD whaaaat)
Both come off as fairly intimidating, but as you get to know them. Alec is not. Xander can, but he's intense/passionate
Alec has dyslexia, when they were younger Xander would always read things out loud for him
Xander has high-functioning autism, please ask him about computer sciences or Norse mythology he wants to infodump so bad
Alec wears contact lenses, Xander can't stand the feeling of them
Elle Betson - Twisted from Gabby Gabby
Also raised in the foster system, adopted when she was 14, her brothers were 16
Selectively mute, but at home she's a little chatty patty
Steals Xander's jackets alllllll the time they are big and comfy and comforting
Can handle herself in a fight. Will never have to.
Wants to become a veterinarian eventually
Very artistic
She and Alec have a lot of friendly spats in the comfort of their home
Do not let her cook. This girl cannot do it to save her life.
Jordan Persnickety - Twisted from Jessie (I remember blushing so hard when I went to Disney and Jessie gave me my own special nickname I should have known I was queer sooner /j (I was 8 LMAO))
Sentient doll, don't ask me why they're a sentient doll and Cody isn't, they just are

some thoughts I had after watching season 3 part 1 of Bridgerton:
I missed Kate and Anthony (but mostly Kate, my goodness she's gorgeous) and they're still my favorite of the main couples
Penelope is also beautiful and I want her to have a suitable match, but I'm still not convinced it should be Colin.
I'm conflicted about Penelope being Lady Whistledown and the leading lady. I'm supposed to root for her in her pursuit of romance, which I do, but she's using her secret identity to her advantage, and that seems sneaky to me.
maybe it's bc I like a good slow burn, but I don't really like that Colin and Penelope made up so quickly. The mutual yearning/pining friends to lovers didn't last long enough for me.
My favorite new couple this season is Francesca and John! They're literally autism to autism communication, and him giving her that thoughtful gift was so damn sweet. I hope nothing bad happens to them.
I'm interested to see if anything comes from the budding romance between Lady Bridgerton and Lord ?. Who says an older (widowed) woman can't find love again? Lady Danbury doesn't seem to like that match though, probably bc of her brother's past.
It feels like there might be something fruity brewing between Eloise and Cressida and while it would be nice to have a w/w couple, Eloise needs to work on some shit first. For ex., making up with Penelope. Another thing: is she really into women that way? Because she's kinda mean to the woman in her social sphere, annoyed that they're too vapid and focused on finding a husband. Cressida could very well be secretly a lesbian performing comphet, but if they're trying to set something up between them, then Eloise needs to stop being so disrespectful to other women first.
