a concept i dont see people use enough is the idea that the su/per so/ldier s/erum used on stove was meant to make someone the ‘perfect physical representation of a man’ and having stove be a trans man who volunteered bc hes smart enough to know what that means and, lbr, a trial steroid is gonna be a fuck of a lot cheaper than surgeries that werent widely available yet
