I kind of took a break from perfume the last few months but it’s been slowly creeping back into my interests. while making notes on the third for the fics I’m working on rn I’ve been toying around with what the twins + naberius might wear

ianthe: rostracto by rogue perfumery or lust by lush. rostracto is what i imagined ianthe wearing when harrow comments on her perfume in htn (rose, vetiver, and musk) though it lacks the vetiver; it’s a jammy-rose with a smoky, musky base. lust is ‘dirty, heady, voluptuous, indolic’ according to one fragrantica review which I have to agree with. way more jasmine and ylang ylang forward than rose but it’s sweaty and musky and kind of gross in a way that makes me think of ianthe lol.

coronabeth: where ianthe tends to go towards musky fragrances, I think coronabeth goes more fruity or gourmand, at least back on the third. I can easily see very good girl by carolina herrera (fruity, floral, trendy, the bottle is shaped like a high heel shoe, has rose and vetiver to match ianthe), or angel’s share by killian (cognac, vanilla, cinnamon, praline. very ‘yummy’) on her vanity. as crown, nona mentions that she always smells like cinnamon. I see crown wearing something more simple like black phoenix alchemy lab’s scorched clove, cinnamon bark and tobacco absolute perfume oil.

naberius: dior sauvage. and way too much of it. just kidding, I actually think naberius is pretty knowledgeable about perfumes even if his tastes tend to trend a little basic. I think he might like armani’s acqua di gio or mfk baccarat rouge 540. he and coronabeth trade fragrances all the time. also he looks like jeremy fragrance in my head.
