thinking about the sk8 the infinity boys. boy. langa ..my fellow canadian brother. i have so many thoughts about him.
#biggest debate is which province he's from.#anyone who says anything other than BC is wrong#i could MAYBE accept alberta. because mountains and stuff. but i feel like he gives off BC vibes#like. langa suits either bc or alberta#but his parents suit bc. so my answer is because#he's also definitely a lulu boy#he's particular about fabric texture and seams so lulu it is!#AND he's a stoner#stoner!langa you will always be famous to me#i have such a funny scenario in my head where reki sees langa smoking weed once and goes “DUDE YOU CAN'T DO THAT SHIT HERE”#and langa's like “??? why not?” cause he thought when it was legalized in canada it was legalized everywhere else#also you don't want to know how much food langa consumes when he's high#the munchies go actually fucking insane#$2000 worth of groceries GONE in about thirty minutes#it's genuinely fascinating#anyways. i don't think i have a sk8 the infinity tag :C#just gonna throw this one out into the wind and pray i can find it later

Do you have any Until Dawn headcannons?
Wow! Since I don’t tend to advertise that I’m a member of the Until Dawn fandom because it is so different than the rest of the fandom stuff I reblog, I never expected to get an UD related ask, so thank you anon!
As for headcanons… I do think I have some, but to be honest they aren’t nearly as sophisticated as other people’s.
So here are a few:
- Chris and Ashley don’t last as a couple. Chris can’t get over the trauma he experienced the night on Blackwood, and Ashley ends up being a constant reminder of the roar of saws, the feelings of panic, the overwhelming sense of loss, and, worst of all, the complete lack of control.
- The only way Matt and Emily last is if they’re sole survivors together, and thus only have each other afterward. Otherwise they grow distant after the mountain, remaining friends, but in a very surface level way. If Jess survives, she will work to bridge the gap between the two of them.
- After the night on the mountain, Jess and Matt both believe there is a bond between them that will never be broken. It’s not necessarily romantic (this depends on who else survived), but as long as they both make it off the mountain, they will always love each other, at least platonically.
- Jess and Emily make up their fight, and become even closer than they were before, as long as they both survive. If one or the other doesn’t, the one left alive regrets how their friendship ended, likely for the rest of their life. Maybe, if things happen right, Jess works up the courage to tell Emily she’s bi. And maybe, just maybe, Emily is able to respond that she is, too. What a coincidence. The girls eventually find out that they were each other’s first crushes.
- Beth’s ghost really was on the mountain that night, watching as things happened, and desperately wishing she could help. Who she would have helped, if she could have? Beth isn’t sure. All she knows is that it wouldn’t have been Mike.
- Ashley is addicted to coffee. It’s a problem. She knows it is. It makes her even more anxious. But she just can’t stop.
- When Josh takes his first bite of human, he has no idea what he’s doing. All he knows is that he’s so. hungry. And then suddenly he’s six and the twins are five and have stolen some bread and jelly from the kitchen. They’ve made him a jam sandwich to eat, because they know he’s hungry. And there it is, sitting there. Finally, food. Josh eats it. That’s the last thing he remembers.
- If Wolfie dies, Mike gives up his dream of being a polician to work in a wildlife refuge. If Wolfie lives, Mike may or may not go back for him. And try to sneak him across the border
- Even though I know it’s canon that they’re from Alberta, I headcanon them from the US. As an explanation for the bit about the border in the last one.
- Chris, or Sam, or both will go back for Josh. At the very least. Maybe they all would go, I’m not sure. But Chris and Sam would. For sure.
- It’s possible to exorcise Josh. I refuse to accept the endings he was given.
- Sam can’t take baths anymore. Not since the lodge. The only way this wouls change is if Josh is rescued alive. This gives Sam a chance to confront him, talk to him, and work through her feelings. She won’t ever fully do this if she isn’t ever able to interact with him again.
- Any and all feuds and bad feelings the group experienced toward each other from before and during the night eventually disappear, afterward. Even Emily’s grudges. It just takes a while. A long while.
- The whole group is eventually able to reach a point where they understand Josh and what he did better. When you wake up screaming every night, and have to check your front door lock 12 times, and are sure you see a wendigo lurking just our of your line of sight at all times, it’s hard not to begin to understand.
- When Sam was running for the door, Handigo is shaken. Internal Hannah realizes that she can feel her muscles again. That she has momentary control over them. When she sees the miner wendigo reaching for Sam, she acts. Sam. Must. Not. Die. Hannah dies happy, knowing that she was able to save her best friend. Sam will never know what happened in the cabin behind her.
And… That’s it for now. I ended up writing more than I intended, but I’m glad! This isn’t everything, but it’s a start! Thanks again, anon!
#okay so now i'm on the online version and can properly tag this darn thing#until dawn#until dawn ask#until dawn headcanons#ud ask#ud#until dawn fandom
