Plans for today involved playing Sims 4, which I did...but only for two hours because my wrist stiffens tf up and then pain settles in. I have one of those nifty booby mouse pads on my list, in case anyone feels like snatching it up for me. My current support is a folded washcloth. None of the office supply stores in my area carry the booby style mouse pads, hence why I haven't gotten one yet.

Fairies. I collect fairies, but am extremely picky (I haaaaaate Amy Brown's stuff but looooove Brian Froud's). Do I need them? No. But I want them.

Coffee mugs and teacups, which I also collect. My favorite mugs are the handmade type with C-shape handles. I have only one teacup, which is strictly decorative. My entire teacup collection was destroyed in a house fire, so I'm rebuilding it.

Wood postcards from national parks, reserves, and zoos. 100% not usable, but I love them and have them on display.

I used to hoard collect fountain pens, but now I'm unable to write by hand. Then pens have since found new homes.

ok i’m interested. what non-necessity do you buy whenever you get the chance? like what’s something you love that you always feel you need more of? mine are phone cases and stuffed animals.

I have an ergonomic keyboard on there too. If anyone buys that for me, I'll write again. Over the past couple months, I've been getting the random fanfic itch, and reading what I have on AO3 (link on my profile).

Oh, that itch started when I finally got a prescription for ADHD meds. Then a month without, and now I'm on a different version of the med.

So, hey, I'll write again, and edit what I currently have. Typing on my standard keyboard is very uncomfortable for my wrists.

LOOK AT HOW CUTE THIS IS!!!

I collect teacups/mugs, and have nearly replenished what was destroyed in a house fire back in 2017. At some point, I need to install shelves to show off my collection. Currently, they're all in a cupboard.

My rule for teacups/mugs I will use is that I must be able to fit two fingers through the handle. If I cannot, I wonder able to hold it. I have a penguin mug and a sewing pun mug that are 100% display because I can fit only one finger through the loop. The pun mug is on my cutting table, and holds scissors and marking tools. The penguin can be seen on a shelf in the kitchen.

What would love in my collection is the second Dragon Age mug (I have one for The Hanging Man) and the Grey Warden mug. I have the glass stein as well as the ceramic one, and both serve as oversized tea mugs.

Fun fact: I didn't realize I was collecting these until the house fire. 😅
