at 9 o’clock when i still hadn’t eaten breakfast yet there was a plumber in my house and i have a lot of social anxiety about these sorts of things and hate especially when strangers see me in my pajamas and i don’t know how long they’ll be in my house. so i stayed in my room and watched star trek (2009) in full and when i was finished he was gone.

#ive been meaning to watch those movies bc of my crush on chris pine #and i've wanted to get into star trek sorta for like. well years now i guess. just seems like a sorta iconic thing i wish i was into.#but i kinda wanna be like those ppl i know who like spider-man. but like their favorite spider-man iteration is the tasm movies #bc they find andrew garfield cute.#i respect the hell out of that. im tryna have that energy.#if you find the lead actor of a franchise attractive YOU DON'T NEED TO JUSTIFY LIKING IT. internalize that.#maslow's hierarchy of needs as 'hot guy in lead role'#tales from diana #i asked kaily a few weeks ago if i got into star trek through the reboot movies what that would mean for me #(like in terms of nerd cred)#and she just did not care at all #she was like 'it means zachary quinto is spock.'#i do have to admit. zachary quinto was in it & he was spock.
