frustrating being-disabled-in-public things: when the accessible stall has no toilet paper whatsoever... but the two inaccessible stalls have both toilet paper rolls completely topped up fresh that very morning

#stfu blue #cripplepunk #disability #bathrooms #discussion of ableism #it was bad enough that i had to use a gendered washroom because i was going to promptly shit myself otherwise (thanks ibs)#but then i had to ask a stranger to pass me some toilet paper. because there was NONE. in the ONLY stall i could use #like did the person stocking the toilet paper just think there are no cripples in town #i and another cane user i haven't properly met are visible around town all the god damn time #there are plenty of wheelchair users. plenty of rollator and walker users. another person who goes to that same park uses crutches #we're out here. we're visible. and we're ignored. and left with no toilet paper #the disrespect of it all
