Sometimes I forgot how fully shit your period can be

and sometimes i wake up in a sweat,nauseous and in pain at 1am and its been an hour and we are making the slowest improvements pain management wise in a long time

#txts #i am.so digusting rn too #literally cant get comfy bc warm and nice under blanket means i sweat so disgustingly much #and blanket off any bit means its cold and then pain worsens again as well #nibbling on toast rn to hopefully get a 2nd ibu in wout returning any nausea from before #oh i also need to get up in 5hours again #i....fucking hate this #i am so glad i dont have work vut just a dentist appointment of cleabing teeth #which will also suck bc of all the position changes #from upright to sit to up to sit to kay flat down to getting up again #flat can be nice especially if it crack the lower back open some #or it can be hell and pyt more pressure on things #its.....smth
