my adhd meds got upped and for the first 2 ½ weeks it was all the time all the time but now I've adjusted so making bread, bagels, and waffles. at home.
#i have a little dinky betty crocker waffle maker. i dont even know where i got it. but bow howdy#ive made badels 2 times now and i have to find a middle ground bcus they both tasted GREAT but the first#the dough was too hydrated and the second it wasnt hydrated enough#so i just have to#yknow. adjust a bit more the flour. or catch the too much flour before it becomes owie ow ow hell to knead#theyre sooo fucking good tho lmao i ate. 4. yesterday. and passed out.#bread products my beloved#i do think i need to find a different bread recipe or adjust the one im working with a bit because its a bit.... idk it doesnt rise as much#as i think it should ?? does that make sense....#i am using older yeast tho.... not old old its still doing its job but.
