#guess i should be grateful i never had medical care for any sprains or broken bones#that means I'm used to going on as if I'm not injured and just pushing through pain to do whatever i have to do#i don't think i broke anything#but i have a migraine and fell (vertigo) and slammed my wrist into my fridge#then fell again a few minutes later and slammed the inside of my other wrist onto the corner of the furniture i tried to catch myself on#then i almost fell a third time but i only strained some muscles and mostly crashed into the back of a chair#i am *not* proceeding as if uninjured. i am crying and holding an ice pack between my wrists#while i stare longingly at the food i had just finished making#I'm hoping the ice numbs one side enough for me to eat at least because i am so hungry
