honestly the mech suit was a brilliant idea because deku might not take himself into account in a fight but I bet he’ll take “the precious gift which my friends worked really hard on” into account��like not that he wouldn’t still wreak it to save someone, but there’d probably be a second of hesitation in there. and thats a step up from his normal self preservation instincts
