i fucked up my sleep schedule so much and i woke up too late to do what i planned to do today and i can't even properly panic about it bc i am still. too sleepy for that

#ok maybe those sleeping pills are more potent than i thought.#i also got woken up by a rocket siren around 1 pm. but somehow managed to fall back asleep p easily afterwards. wow.#maybe i'll try to take that pill early tonight and see if it actually helps me fall asleep at a better time. maybe #but anyway yeah i may not be panicking but i am never too sleepy to beat myself up for shit like that 👍 and boy am i angry now
