like even without the upcoming Selbstbestimmungsgesetz (a legislation which will allow ANYBODY to change their name and gender marker for a minor fee) german society as a whole is way more tolerant and accepting in my experience

#german politics are in large more liberal than polish ones too #i also dont really count myself as trans because my own gender is p irrelevant to me #and in my 4 years of living there i was at teh doctor like 3 times anyway so its not like i have a Lot experience with healthcare #but like. getting hrt is at least not a yearlong process as in poland #sadly #no joke but i recommend r/germantrans and r/poland if you have specific questions since im afraid that i dont have much knowledge abt that #ask #anon
