Why, thank you, it’s very true. See, all of them were complex human beings, as it happens when you’re a person, and just because this is what I think doesn’t mean I’m saying they didn’t have layers or something like that. I’m just saying John was a very impatient person in my opinion. The reason why so many men of that time worshiped the ground he walked on was because he was somebody who didn’t hold back and said all those outrageous things they didn’t have the courage to say. So, of course they romanticized him, even though they failed to realize he didn’t quite get to say what he actually wanted, and a lot of it was simply bullshit. 

The bottom line is that people can be more than one thing at the same time and we shouldn’t try to lock them in silly stereotypes. That’s what happened to them back then and they hated it. And as for Hogwarts houses, I do believe that as much as personality is involved, it counts more what a person values at the end of the day.
