Personally I loveeeed aegon hatching the eggs at summerhall, can't wait for dany to find out! My girl deserves the joy in knowing her child is not the last dragon :')

YEAH like I noticed a lot of people think Dany is gonna hate Aegon but like, her wanting family is a heavy personal trait of hers. She feels alone so much, to the point she can't even think someone could love a dragon. Her loneliness around being the last Targaryen is a fairly heavy thing she dwells upon so while I've written Dany to be hesitant about him, since she thinks its a trick, but at the same time also hesitantly optimistic. She legit doesn't know what to think at this point but she hasn't gone full 'I will kill him' or anything, she's giving him a chance so when she finds out he has dragons she'll be ecstatic.

(like the reasons she was so aggressive towards him at Godsgrief was because she thought it was a trick, she didn't realize she had legit magically projected in front of him due to the glass candle and even then he was simping for her haha)

But yes, she will be very happy dragons were hatched! Her grief was over screwing up the Citadel mission, since to her Ghidorah was the last dragon still since she doesn't know he's an alien. Even if she does end up fighting Aegon, Dany has already made a vow she'll never kill a dragon even if she must kill the rider.
