British troops thought there was Some kind of cryptid stalking the tunnels with them as they'd just find whole units destroyed like they'd never even fought back- didn't really matter how low morale was tho because. Yk. Luna Was Running Out Of Troops. Tim and Jonny definitely Made Shit Up to add to the mythos after a point.

Jonny was Also a trench myth. But in a That Guy Won't Fuckin Die Way. The Disappointment the kaiser talks about in ttwtk is that Jonny did "die" not that he wouldn't. He also didn't see anything wrong with the toy soldier. He Really Had No Idea everything was about to kick off.

Whistling codes became popular, the echo in the tunnels would conceal the locations of the soldiers and pitch and length could communicate a lot of info quickly- a la morse code but Side Specific. It's a habit that then spread to the rest of the crew.

The lights in most of the tunnels were so bad that the only time you would clearly see anyone else was during alarms.

The kaisers quarters were dazzlingly bright. Not necessarily because they were any better lit than usual but because they'd just been in the dark so long it was painful.

This isn't really moon war but Aside From Raph And Marius, Tim is the youngest on the crew. We're A Very Established Group And oh god why does jonny have that look on his face.
