Fun Fact: OneRepublic’s contribution to the Top Gun Maverick Official Soundtrack, I Ain’t Worried was first teased by Ryan Tedder on February 28th on Instagram. The song was then officially announced on OneRepublic social media’s May 4th, and teased on May 10th. The track serves as the 6th entry to the soundtrack of Tom Cruise’s sequel to the 80s classic Top Gun. The song is set to release Friday, May 13th as the second single off the soundtrack, preceded by Lady Gaga’s “Hold My Hand” and followed by the movie and soundtrack release May 27th.

I was wondering of how much Planes with the duo between Bravo and Echo are taking inspirations from Top Gun, both the original and the Top Gun: Maverick. Never been into Top Gun at all besides enjoying that one OneRepublic song that was on Top Gun: Maverick, "I Ain't Worried" that I bought it on iTunes.

It was because Tumblr somehow giving me recommendations from Top Gun fandom as if I was interested on those, but I'm not really into it. So I was confused with how I interact with post that are relate with this duo. As if people smash it together because they're somehow similar. I mean, the Planes teaser (if I'm not wrong) was very much inspired from Top Gun. Maybe someone could make a short "essay" of how Planes taking the inspiration from Top Gun itself?

I hope this is not discourage you if you happen to like both of them! It's just that I'm frustrating that the "Not interested" menu on For You page is not working at all. I usually maintain all my post and recommendations strictly to Cars and Planes only.
