#i can do this#i adore field work but hate moving and moving and moving#and there's no time for the other things i need to do#i was meant to spend the today packing and cleaning but instead i'm writing up an iacuc#so NOTHING is packed it's fine i'm fine#and they're burning my sites soon so i need to take down the fences and pray that they don't fall apart in my hands#(they will)#then immediately put them back#academia is a trick and a trap that isolates and punishes#and i am evidently a masochist
