Interesting on how CEDEF is originally more of an actual family with an elite group specialized for intelligence...

Black Cat, Full Moon, Vampire, Bat, and Mummy for Byakuran please 💕 Honey, I love all of your replies so much (if the reblogs aren't an indication) and oh god, it's such a shame the fandom is now small (reboot pls Amano-sensei, but keep the VAs), KHR is so fun!

Aww, I’m so glad - I love your reblogs so we’ll call it even! But I agree - the fandom is really small, though thank god it’s still mostly alive. I keep waiting for it to die completely, since KHR has been over for a while but remain eternally grateful it hasn’t. This and one other fandom are like home to me because they’re so free of toxic people and drama and are just so supportive! And yes, please, reboot the anime and actually finish animating all the arcs or give us new chapters of the manga...just be like ‘oh, I thought up a new arc and this is happening’....something, anything. I miss it. But enough of my ramblings - onto the headcanons!

🎃Black Cat: Are you superstitious?

Byakuran’s fickle on his superstitions. He claims to believe in them one day but goes and throws a bit of spilled salt over his shoulder the next week. His views on them are ever changing but for the most part, he’s skeptical of them and laughs at most of them, though he also has a little part of himself that truly believes in the old wives tales and he never fails to follow the superstitions, just in case they are real.

👻Full Moon: Do you prefer nighttime or daytime?

Byakuran is not an early morning person. He likes the evening hours and the late hours of the night. He can pull all nighters without little fuss but it’s not really the early morning hours of the day that appeal to him so much as it is the late night hours. To him, midnight is the magic hour more than two or three in the morning is.

👻Vampire: What is your favorite supernatural creature?

Byakuran’s rather fond of the legend of the Black Shuck. The fact that there’s two sides to the story - it’s either an omen of extreme bad luck or a protector spirit who guides lone women home safe - is what really makes him like the legend, the duality in the nature of it and the very extremes of that duality appealing to his own dual nature. Overall, any legend of a ghostly black dog interests him, since there’s so many of them, so many interesting variations.

👻Bat: Do you have any pets?

Does his dragon count? If not, then no. He just doesn’t really have the time and attention to give a pet, though that doesn’t stop him from wanting one whenever he passes by a pet store. It just so happens that someone he knows just always seems to come along and stop him from buying any pets before he makes it out of the store...it’s usually Kikyo.

🎃Mummy: What is your biggest fear?

While I could spout off a bunch of superficial, silly things, in all honesty, Byakuran’s biggest fear is himself. He knows full well what he’s capable of - he’s seen those futures. He knows what he can do and what he sometimes wants to do, he knows his darker impulses and his most treacherous thoughts...he’s in his head enough to know that he has a reason to be afraid of what he could do if he didn’t rein himself in, if he didn’t have those small guides and helpful hands in his life.
