Brenki was in the Dantooine Militia before during the Battle for Dantooine (around the time the Treaty was signed so 0 ATC) and saw a lot of conflict in the few months she was stationed and made her PTSD even worse. Quit right after it was over. I guess also consolidated a lot of her opinions on the Empire and the Republic, which is to say pretty negative although the empire wins out for Worst Faction, holy Shit war crimes

I guess it's a matter of desperation (and a whole load of railroadery, hey Bounty Hunter story!!) taking jobs from Imperials although she does try to maintain a level of honour and not take marks on innocent people

Loves spicy food, from just eating cathar food and her other tendencies, it just kinda… fit? "If it's not capable of making a human feel like they're dying, it's not hot enough." Don't let her be in charge of seasoning for cooking unless you want half the crew down for a week, just give her the chili seasoning for her own food.

I think her sense of smell and taste is a little messed up from all the fires she's set off. that might also be why.

OOH now I've decided she can embroider, she picked it up bc she wanted to make custom patches for herself and she got really good at it, she already knew how to sew and fix up her clothes so why not make them look cool too??

Has gone through the entire rainbow dyeing her hair, including at one point having the rainbow and the aro flag. I guess when something traumatic happens it's like, wellp better dye it.

speaking of, she cuts, styles and dyes her own hair bc doesn't let anyone touch it except her family or very close friends

she'd be a pretty good hairdresser I feel since she'd do her siblings hair (and eventually her mothers' hair) too bc it was just cheaper and more convenient for the four of them.

absolutely hates the texture of berries with loads of seeds in them and especially anything where they're preserves n making it all gritty. Like she barely eats fruits (cathar aren't meant to have much fruit) and it's just all out rude that food has the audacity to taste so bad

oh yeah spicy nerf jerky is a favourite of hers, she likes her dried and cured meats
